據聞專做鵝肉餐廳日日香是由潮汕來的過江龍,位置雖近,但之前由於疫情關係,一直沒有外出用餐,襯着最近0本地感染,今晚放工約老公一同用膳后才番屋企。飯店裝潢簡潔明亮,最能顯出老字號的是一個個 牌匾寫着歷史用料。我們叫了兩個鵝肉雙併飯,鵝肉實在太美味,又 忍俊不住,再單叫一份鵝片,大滿足。我叫了鵝肉墨魚飯配凍奶茶,老公點了鵝肉豬耳配燉湯。燉湯是花旗參湯, 清熱生津,甘甘甜甜,用料十足,加$28都抵。鵝肉軟嫩,加上獨特鹵水汁,味道不濃郁但有甘草香, 每碗飯配有半粒蛋,酸菜,炸豆腐,不自覺便吃畢一整碗,太邪惡。因為老公係鵝肉愛好者,所以饞咀,再叫了一份鵝片,鵝片比鵝肉貴,每一片都連鵝皮,放得非常工整,片跟肉中間的油脂完整地呈現出嚟,底舖了豆腐,非常美味,$80是很值得。完滿的一餐,下次會買一些回娘家加料。

另外點了一份滷水鵝片,滷水鵝片肉質更為惹味,滷水鵝片每一片也厚切,啖啖肉,更多肉。比起鵝肉來說更為好味。而且滷水鵝片底下都放了不少豆卜,豆卜浸滿了了滷水汁很滋味。
是晚用餐很滿意,雖然看似都是簡單的食材,但做得十分惹味,滷水汁很濃郁而且餐廳很乾淨衛生。下次再來可以再嘗嘗另一些滷水小食。

每張桌都有一壺茶任裝任飲,不像外面的餐廳只給水,幾有誠意。金牌滷水鵝片飯:鵝片肉很香,沒有羶味,肉質很嫰,肉汁超級豐富,滷水不會死咸,還帶點甜味,幾十元有如此質素真是超值。飯是用珍珠米,粒粒分明不黏,配澳汁可以吃幾碗飯。燉湯:每個飯可以加$10換湯,一定不可以錯過。我喝的是蟲草烏雞湯,雞骨燉到軟掉可以吃,湯非常清甜,比起外面賣幾十元一盅湯便宜太多了。特選滷味飯:豬大腸很有彈性,紅腸和雞蛋都滷得入味。
