今天難得過開黎礸石山廣場,想食烏冬,就入左甘味食。 我叫左set A 壽司拼盤+烏冬,第一舊食三文魚覺得都不錯,之後再食卷物(入面包青瓜及黃色酸瓜,上面有層蟹子),一放入口就嗅到變壞左的味道。 不知是入面的食料定係蟹子,我立即兩舊都無食度,告訴侍應。當侍應轉告廚師,廚師立即用好嬲的態度問邊個客呀? 話d食物變壞? 剛好我坐在門口聽到。我覺得用好態度告訴你們食物變壞,不是要投訴,係吾想下一位客人食到,好心提醒。

看完大佬可以退貨嗎都差不多十時了,為了可以趕及餐廳關門前吃到晚飯,我們立即飛奔一列的餐廳,我聽到甘味的職員說十時就會截單,幸好我們9時50已入座,尚有一點時間下單。我們很快速點了照燒雞扒蕃茄湯手打烏冬,炸雞軟骨及吉列甘栗餅。先說照燒雞扒蕃茄湯手打烏冬,甘味的蕃茄湯底素來都以茄膏熬煮,所以味道蠻濃郁的,不過比起新鮮蕃茄煮成的湯底的話當然沒法比其鮮香味。照燒雞扒沒有醬汁,但勝在雞皮香脆,肉質軟嫩不油膩,少吃雞皮的我也多吃了數口。炸雞軟骨比一般的大顆,在金黃酥脆的外表下,軟骨帶有少許雞肉,跟蠻有彈性有咬口的雞軟骨相輔相成,吃起來非常可口,在等待烏冬的時候咀嚼一番還不錯的。吃完鹹食總想吃點甜甜的,脆脆吉列甘栗餅炸得不油膩,綿密香甜的紫薯蓉混合頗有咬口且甘甜的栗子,可謂一次過雙重品嚐兩種滋味好小食呢。

先說照燒雞扒蕃茄湯手打烏冬,甘味的蕃茄湯底素來都以茄膏熬煮,所以味道蠻濃郁的,不過比起新鮮蕃茄煮成的湯底的話當然沒法比其鮮香味。照燒雞扒沒有醬汁,但勝在雞皮香脆,肉質軟嫩不油膩,少吃雞皮的我也多吃了數口。
