每次來到新城市廣場食晚飯每間餐廳外都會企滿客人等位平均都會等上1-2小時非常誇張有時時間較趕只能揀一間人流去得快的餐廳原來是等食中式餐廳但等了1小時客流量不大於是再到其他餐廳取票眼見這間叫號去得快一舜間已經叫了10個票號所以如想快食下次一定再選這間食物好食與否都不再重要了最重要快!<日本流心蛋 $30>不過不失的流心蛋比較偏硬身而流心蛋黃相信是一早已切開擺放所以流心蛋黃開始有凝固狀態而家刀切口不齊有失美感<豬軟骨讚岐手打烏冬  $60>多肉少豬軟骨這個我有點失望肉質偏韌烏冬好食彈牙有口感<鰻魚柳川讚岐手打烏冬 $70>薄片鰻魚鰻魚浸在湯烏冬裡味道淡而無味所以來這間吃不要抱期望但求裹腹吧炸豆腐皮炸得不錯不過整體都是沒有味道喜歡吃得清淡的人會較合口味

午市時間吃了個“牛肉柳川木魚湯讚歧手打烏冬”, 個名好鬼長....我開頭以為烏冬上面有木魚飛飛下, 但食物黎到先知係冇既, 應該純粹個湯底用了"柳川木魚" 製成吧. 我一向最喜歡用鍋上的烏冬, 覺得特別好味, 而且總覺得用鍋上的烏冬會特別熱騰騰的. 呢鍋入面有啲蛋和紫菜絲, 木魚湯底味道OK, 唔算好鹹, 但冇乜特別, 同吉野家果啲烏冬湯底都唔差好多! 烏冬煙韌彈牙, 好食, 讚歧手打烏冬果然是這裡既招牌. 牛肉肉質唔韌, 都有好幾片. 整體都算幾滿意, 不過這客午市定食要$60 仲另收加一, 雖然包熱飲, 但烏冬份量唔算多, 價錢偏貴, 唔抵食!!

飲品是藍蝶花雪梨梳打,味道一般,有少許雪梨粒,介紹說營養好;我喜歡其賣相,深藍色的飲品實在少嘗,尤其是飲到一定程度後,藍裡透紫,視覺享受!海膽軍艦,不過不失。湯底算清,有牛肉在,依然不太油;烏冬彈牙,不失手打之名;令人遺憾的是,牛肩肉燒過頭,肉太韌,像在吃變硬了的牛肉乾,相當難嘴嚼;其中一塊還有點焦。艱難地吃了幾塊後,淨吃烏冬,感覺輕鬆多了……以後再來的話,不太敢吃燒物。服務還可以,環境較嘈雜

令人遺憾的是,牛肩肉燒過頭,肉太韌,像在吃變硬了的牛肉乾,相當難嘴嚼;其中一塊還有點焦。艱難地吃了幾塊後,淨吃烏冬,感覺輕鬆多了……以後再來的話,不太敢吃燒物。

昨天逛新城市廣場累了,就進了這間日本菜館休息順便吃個晚飯這間店的環境尚算不錯,座得都幾舒服,不過就略嫌冷氣不夠,而且上菜有點慢,可能是繁忙時段比較多人的原故吧休息了一會後打開菜單竟發現這裡原來有提供素食餐單,這算是日本菜館之中比較少見的,自己比較喜歡吃素食就點了一碗豆乳手打烏冬與一瓶藍蝶百香果梳打藍蝶百香果梳打的顏色實物比在餐單上看到的沈色一點,味道有點像元氣壽司的提子梳打,但更好飲,沒有加氣之餘糖漿的甜味也跟提子的鮮味配搭得恰到好處,十分可口這個豆乳手打烏冬的湯底有點咸,味道就像一般拉麵湯底的淡味版,不太能感受到豆乳的味道,估計是被醬油的味道給蓋過了吧。配菜方面我覺得還不錯,南瓜,豆角,西蘭花都是我挺喜歡吃的菜類,而且都很新鮮可口。至於烏冬麵底方面我覺得有點淋,不夠彈牙,但以五十幾蚊一碗麵的角度而言我覺得這還是可以接受的這次能找到一間有素食餐單的日本菜館對於我這種既喜歡吃素又喜歡吃日本菜的人來說真的是有福了,而且價格方面也挺經濟實惠,下次一定會再來
