每次到香港必吃鏞記,疫情三年特別想念他們家的燒鵝。味道一如記憶,流心皮蛋也保持了原有的水準,絕不會令你失望。這次要特別提到是一道味菜炒揀手吊片,淡紅色的吊片味道濃郁,香而不靭,喻起來很過癮。另外一道燻蹄(豬手)也值得一讚,這道冷盤需經過烹煮、冷藏去骨等多重功夫,皮肉肥瘦相間,味道清爽。這次晚了到店內,差點吃不到燒鵝,建議大家要來記得先打電話訂座留位,不過不知道能不能留菜。

屋企有人來港,想佢地試下香港味道。一行9人夜晚六點半入座。侍應表示除了叉燒同燒鵝之外所有燒味全部賣晒,點菜的時候更表示乳鴿、炸子雞等等其他菜式都賣晒。更誇張的是,我提早一日打電話上去問有什麼要提早預留,收到的答覆係「你可以預留牛腩,其他野都有的」。咁大間餐廳係點解可以這樣營業???晚市唔使備菜???仲要一句sorry都沒講…其他菜式水準普通,同酒樓相似,毫無特色可言。班侍應同經理根本都唔知自己做咁乜,態度差之外都唔識察言觀色。如此基本嘅嘢都會出紕漏。咁我相信呢間餐廳如果再咁樣經營落去,幾十年老牌子同口碑一定唔保。總之我不會再幫襯。

Upon arrival, the waitstaff were very polite and attentive. We ordered their signature roast goose, which was delicious with crispy skin and tender meat. We also tried other dishes such as siu mai, shrimp dumplings, beef rice noodle rolls, steamed fish, deep-fried savory dumplings, and sesame balls. The roast goose was exceptional, and the other dim sum dishes were of high quality. The bill was quite reasonable given the quality of the food.
Following the renovation, the tables, chairs, and decorations showed no signs of wear and tear or an outdated atmosphere. Instead, there was an authentic sense of nostalgia. Yung Kee stands out as a rare gem when compared to some modern teahouses with faux-vintage decor.

The first time to have dinner here!!!Generally, all dishes are in excellent quality!!!If you order the roast goose, if possible, get the whole goose. It is not fat at all.
