 刺身:帶子刺身,三文魚/魚腩刺身刺身很新鮮,款式不太多,但比較大件,而且非常鮮味!

壽司:雞蛋壽司味道特別,同出面的很不同!呑拿魚拖羅壽司入口溶化,好正👍👍,好好食!我地每人叫左一件。推介!!

番茄小食:幾爽口!開胃!


網燒和牛:肉汁豐富,咬落很腍軟,很有牛味,鎖到汁,非常juicy,個汁用來伴飯應該一流

炸物:炸雞同雞蛋,表皮炸得很脆很鬆化,雞的肉汁依然鎖得住,不錯!雞蛋一般,無咩特別!


鰻魚豆腐:外脆內軟,甜甜的!很特別!


燒銀雪魚:魚肉很滑,有魚鮮味,燒得好香,推介👍👍👍


醬燒雞扒:雞肉不鞋,很嫩口,唔錯!


雞肉串燒:普通,無咩特別!

冷麵/冷烏冬:對於熱愛食冷烏冬的我來說真的非常滿意,麵身不硬,不腍,岩岩好,而且個汁調得不錯,用來配搭其他食物真係好正!所以我地叫左淨烏冬,你地可以叫其他,佢仲有好多款!


總結:
我們一家都非常滿意今次用鐥,餐後送上迷你雪米池作結尾!他們家服務很好,老闆娘很有耐性為我們推介食物,人很不錯!👏👏媽媽說下一次一定要再黎食,臨走時見到隔離枱叫左個牛肉鍋好似好正禁,下次要再黎試下!

Been to Zi Nen Ya 自然屋 quite a number of times now,  but usually for dinner.  In my head it is always competing with it's nearby Japanese joint Sushi Kato 寿司加藤.  Both have highs and lows during lunch or dinner.   Over here at Zi Nen Ya,  a few things definitely stand out.   The Fried Tofu and Eel 豆腐鰻はさみ揚げ,  Ume Shiso Maki 梅紫蘇巻き,  and during lunch time their $90 3 Colored Chirashi Rice 三色丼.Chawanmushi 茶碗蒸し - Steam Egg Custard Part of the $90 Lunch Course.  There are mushrooms and chicken pieces.

Chawanmushi 茶碗蒸し - Steam Egg Custard 

Part of the $90 Lunch Course.  There are mushrooms and chicken pieces.  Can't find Mitsuba, Gingko or Crab meat.  A little HEA but in fact this was steamed smoothly well with right amount of dashi stock.   I will accept it for lunch.   ~  6/10

Self-Selected 3 Colored Rice -  with Japanese Sea Urchin,  Buri Hamachi,  Salmon Ikura Roes and Eggs - FFS only $90 including all the above and below
I can refer you to places serving better quality easily,  but over here the pricing point is so attractive and the quality is decent,  albeit not many seafood adorns the rice.  But I challenge you to find any better deal in town and made by a proper Japanese chef in town.   ~  6.9/10

Ice Cream Mochi to finish -
All inclusive and this is sort of tiny.  But it's enough for lunch and appropriate.

小妹的炸雞肉定食出場啦﹗不僅有一大碟炸得脆脆的雞球配沙律菜,一碗粒粒分明又晶瑩剔透的白米飯,還有蒸蛋、魷魚前菜和麵豉湯。

日式小店擅長炸物,一口咬下雞球,發出酥脆的聲響,毫不油膩的粉漿吃起來毫無負擔,肯定是用了吸油面紙才上枱的﹗連雞皮也炸得脆脆的,雞球外酥脆,內嫩滑入味,惹味無比,可蘸上醬汁同吃﹗再配合鮮嫩甜的沙律菜同吃,更可減去炸物的油膩感,帶來清新之感。黏黏的白飯具嚼勁及咬口,份量剛好;蒸蛋十分滑溜,味道清甜,配料有冬菇、 雞肉及漩渦狀花紋的鳴門卷;前菜魷魚夠腍夠味,而麵豉湯口味則較清。

自然屋的名字很特別, 一想到的是新鮮的食材, 位於北角城市花園內, 未想到星期日中午一進去是人山人海, 要等位, 幸好兩位輪侯的時間不多, 很快便安排入座, 侍應便推介今日的精選, 是日天婦羅定食, 但因為跑完步, 很想食些清淡的魚生飯, 所以我們點了一個竹的魚生飯定食和一個三色飯定食, 另外, 再點了一客燒牛肉壽司和一客灸油甘魚壽司, 首先上菜的竹的魚生飯, 很豊富, 有三文魚, 熟蝦, 蛋, 鯛魚, 吞拿, 各式各樣一兩件, 顏色很繽紛, 很新鮮, 定食還有麵豉湯, 前菜是沙律醬豆角, 和茶碗蒸三色飯定食來了, 自選三色, 我選了三文魚, 鯛魚, 蔥吞拿, 都有麵豉湯, 前菜是田園茄子和茶碗蒸, 我覺得蔥吞拿最好味, 三文魚都肥美, 但鯛魚好像欠缺鮮味!熱騰騰的茶碗蒸, 有些菇和竹輪, 很甜, 燒牛肉壽司和灸油甘魚壽司都不錯, 好像還有很多特色小菜, 下次晚飯再試過!

照老闆娘介紹點了
1. 海膽豆腐(冷盤)-海膽鮮甜, 豆腐香滑, 勁正!
2. 明太子雞翼-燒得金黃, 乾身不油膩
3. 什錦串燒包括-冬菇/白果/茄子/牛肉/雞翼: 外面燒得脆鎖住d汁, 正!
4. 燒三文魚較-魚皮脆, 肉質嫩口睇得出好用心去燒, 美味可口
5. 什菜蠔鍋-呢個普通. 蠔比較瘦, 有d澀..湯味道ok

九時已經爆晒, 四圍的食客都係日本人, 仿如置身在日本食店

來過數次,雖然覺得這裏的食物不是太出色,但勝在近近地又容易揾位,所以又來午餐了。吉列豬扒烏冬($60) :試了一件,吉列豬扒真是做得麻麻,主要是炸漿較厚,又不脆,烏冬也只一般,不甚彈牙。天婦羅幼麵($65) :那幾件天婦羅又不俗,用料新鮮也脆香,喬麥麵也幼細好吃。燒鰻魚飯($65) :雖然略遜一番的,醬汁甜香,年輕人也說收貨。是日便當($100) :刺身新鮮,天婦羅香脆,魚肉和雞件等普通得很,連同那件薄牛扒都不吸引。什菜蠔鍋($75) :蠔鮮味,但不大嫩滑,賣相較一般。

終於到了年底倒數階段,各位同事好像如釋重負,所以吃的也比較奢侈,就是說所謂對自己好點喎。說到吃好點的日本菜,如果往北角方向走的話,此餐廳就絕對是大家的不二之選了。這裡雖然是今年年初轉手,但質素仍能保持著較高水平,所以本人與同事及親友均有惠顧過這餐廳。這裡午餐所提供的款式還算是挺多的,由最簡單的壽司/刺身、咖啡、烏冬、以及其他定食都有,應該總有一款適合大家的。但由於此餐廳的目標客戶群相對是消費較高的,以午餐來說最便宜的都要60多塊;當然說貴的,好像是一些魚生飯之類,就要1百多塊了。此餐廳每天都有提供一個是日精選SET,形式就好像以一個便當的隔開幾個空間,中間放下如沙津呀、刺身呀、主食呀及生果的那種。由於本人並不是特別喜歡那種SET (而且個好像也要80多塊,記得光顧過不下廿幾次都沒試過,但每次服務員還是會將樣版從門口端到大家面前參考的。 至於本人還是點了好像至今還沒改變過的午餐首選 : 刺身定食。刺身定食的款式其實跟其他餐廳也算是大同小異,不過他們部份的刺身只提供一塊從而多提供1/兩款刺身。而比較特別的是他們有提供吞拿魚腩蓉 (好像不是太多餐廳會提供吧),將此與飯攪拌一起吃真的會很美味。

不能不相信'一分錢一分貨'道理,花了1百塊,發覺他們所提供的刺身真的會較6/70塊的刺身定食來得要較新鮮及較美味。當然,距離頂級的刺身始終還是有一段距離的,但美味的程度也是絕對不錯。就當日而言,除了剛已提及的吞拿魚腩蓉外,油甘魚及立魚皆是比較美味的。

另外也要一提的是,個人認為他們的米飯
及蒸旦也是弄得挺美味的。當然你說他們的飯會美味得曉飛是有點太誇張,但無論嚼勁及黏性來說,他們的米飯都算是挺好的。曾幾何時有朋友說過餐廳也願意免費添飯,不過以我個人來說一碗的米飯就剛剛足夠了,所以沒親身嘗試過是否如此。


雖然餐牌並無提及,但一般此餐廳都有附送甜品,而當天的甜品則是綠茶冰淇淋。就個人及同事的意見,這個冰淇淋應該不是什麼平價貨,但是什麼牌子就真的吃不出來。不過個人認為這冰淇淋無論是奶味及綠茶味都算是豐富,但又不見得太甜,正合個人口味。
(真希望可以多吃一個...)

有惠顧此餐廳的食客曾說過這裡的服務並不是太好,而就本人吃午餐的經驗而言,由於顧客眾多,服務員也不足,所以服務水平確實受影響;不過如果大家是吃晚飯的話,可能會有點改觀,因為個人曾經光顧,覺得他們的服務 (無論是菜式的照顧/意見等等) 都很不錯。在餐廳內也見到有不少日本人在此地未喝的清酒放在架上 (個人認為此亦是一家餐廳受不受日本人歡迎的一個指標)。當然,純粹享受食物而言,這裡相信可以滿足一般人的口味。
感覺還算是挺地道的日式餐廳

3/10/09(六)這裏其實地方不算小,企企理理的。在北角區想吃日式,這裏也是佳選,當然天后的清風街有更多選擇。天婦羅烏冬和天婦羅定食都不會讓人失望,粉薄,蝦新鮮,蔬菜也炸得出色,不會有油膩的感覺。牛肉火鍋定食和雜菜蠔鍋勝在熱騰騰,如果天氣凍就最適合了。雖然用料一般,也算交足貨了,尤其蠔也不算細隻呢。海鮮納豆生薯飯也值得一試,用料新鮮是關鍵,吃得放心。是日定食可以滿足多個願望,其中紫菜金茹牛肉卷很不錯呢。

到附近街市走走,看看北角的市況,之前想找點吃的,就到這間想試已久的小店吃個簡餐。已過了「傳媒效應」期,但周末卻是出奇的多人,有質素的日本料理在北角也有一定市場,在花多眼亂的定食中要了中華冷麵,因為真的很熱,熟食已吃不下了!店員在忙著招呼客,要等了十幾分鐘才有人替落單,始終走質為路線,量一多廚房及樓面開始應付不來。等了十五分鐘有薯球吃,是傳統日式沙律,薯球帶著SB醬的酸味,青瓜、甘筍還有薯粒等開心元素健在,味道對辦,奈何是溫度處理出問題,入口即蓉,叫人難以接受。中華沙律等了近半小時才上,粗切的蟹柳、鳴門卷、蛋卷、叉燒還有蟹柳,不修編幅的舖在麵上,似乎是超負載下的出品,麵不夠冷吃起來自然不會高興,汁是甜口木魚汁加上醋酸,是甜了一點如醋再多一些會更開胃,配料亂作一糰,吃到頭暈。似乎在人多時不該叫此品的,草草埋單,去街市尋其他好吃的去好了。

P.S. 今次有叫錯0野之嫌, 有機會再食烏冬 / 蕎麥麵吧.

I've been to this restaurant before, and it is now completely run by a Japanese chef!

I highly recommend his Sea Urchin, which he imports the good ones from Hokkaido and is really fresh. His sushi's are quite good although boring and old-fashioned and there aren't a lot of varieties, but its all good, fresh fishes and shellfishes.

The other recommend is the Ume-Shiso maki - his is the best I've ever tasted in my life, and that's a big statement. The Jap chef takes his Ume plum really seriously, especially for making his Plum wines. The same great quality plums are used to make the Ume Shiso maki - WOW.. AMAZING!

The other hot foods are slightly boring, but the Udons are really great. Its probably been changed to be 'BIGGER' portions to cater for the Hong Kong eaters, but there are quite a few Japanese customers who come here.

But the taste of the food here is quite Japanese in preparation, both raw and cooked food. Especially compared to its previous guise, under another trading name!
