肉餡飽滿,皮薄多汁,咬落去一口爆汁,肉汁鮮味。
奶油津白
鹹香的金華火腿,加上濃濃的上湯,簡單得來味道非常豐富。
這裏片皮鴨來自北京的全聚德,不用北上也能品嚐到正宗的傳統北京菜式,人均消費才二百多元,實在非常難得。

年三十晚已經訂好位,而且按店舖要求付了$500訂金,準時到達前幾分鐘收到電話確認,但到達前台時姓譚知客說找不到我們訂位紀錄,我們一邊在等,知客先接待其他客戶不斷讓他們進場,等了15分鐘後發覺原來知客搞錯,把我們訂座紀錄(鉛筆字)擦走了,而樓面已經滿座,沒有位置給我們。之後知客要求我們去另一層一家火鍋酒家入座,但因為座位擠逼加上火鍋氣味很大,我們拒絕了。後來回到前台要求管理層或者經理出來解析,知客一直堅持說店舖裡沒有任何經理或者管理層,因為經理要跑幾家分店,最後唯有退訂離開。很不愉快的經歷,以後絕對不會來了。
