是晚放工和同事在公司附近吃這間北京菜, 以為餐廳是樓上舖會比較少人,怎料竟然座無虛席。茶品有很多特色的可以選,我們選擇了桂花烏龍,淡淡的清香桂花味,配上烏龍茶,非常解膩。要了一盤小食拼盤前菜,有五款特色小吃,有醉雞,鎮江餚肉,四喜烤麩,芝麻醬雞絲粉皮和青瓜,各款小食都水準不錯。主角當然是要點烤鴨,我們人少少便要了半份烤鴨。烤鴨有兩款,脆皮烤鴨和酒糟烤鴨 。之前吃過的烤鴨大多數是脆皮的,所以這次便試一試這裏的酒槽烤鴨。烤鴨可以任添各款餡料和醬汁,另外還會有烤鴨皮 。不過烤鴨皮的片數不多,而另外加一份要48元,我們覺得太貴了,所以最後就單吃那些鴨肉。單吃又是另一番風味, 更能吃到鴨肉本身的味道,不會被其他配料和醬汁掩蓋。黑醋骨份量十足,吃下少少甜甜味,不過感覺有點兒偏硬。炒黃鱔非常有驚喜,幼幼的黃鱔條連著芽菜韭黃一起炒,味道十分香口,而且獲氣十足,單吃或餸飯都合適。最後還要了一個上湯雞肉麵做主食,也是非常有驚喜。濃郁的上湯,還有很足料的雞肉粒和菜粒,感覺健康。

早已並非首次到古琴雅苑,可謂是在香港品嘗片皮鴨的不二之選,除了灣仔QRE Plaza之外尖沙咀及銅鑼灣亦有分店。南翔小籠包 ($82)餡料肉汁豐富,外皮不會過分透薄易破但亦不至過於厚實。津白雲吞湯 ($145)雲吞皮薄餡靚蝦肉爽彈,加上豆腐及津白湯頭清甜但性價比較低。蟹粉蓋飯 ($198)飯底加入蛋及青豆炒得粒粒分明,淋上蟹粉澎湃滿瀉,濃郁醇厚不過整體而言鹹度稍高。荷葉杭州雞 ($360)由於製作需時故此道菜式約等了整整一小時,雖然荷葉香氣並不如想像中滲入雞肉,但雞肉皮滑肉嫩之餘細緻多汁實在令人喜出望外,味道香甜近似瑞士汁。意大利黑醋骨 ($98)排骨加上黑醋汁煮得入味,酸甜開胃。烤北京填鴨 ($428)全隻烤鴨連皮帶肉分出兩大盤之餘每盤滿滿當當並非只得表面一層。是次肉質較瘦配上傳統京醬、京葱、青瓜、自家製蜂蜜黃梅醬及哈蜜瓜份外清爽。不得不提精髓所在正是鴨胸皮「一口酥」,蘸上砂糖入口油潤鬆脆。
