趁着復活節假期嘅尾聲我哋去食好啲😊呢間打邊爐嘅湯底好正!$308 濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯 雞及花膠嘅份量好多,雞肉好味😊如果兩三人食叫半隻雞已經好足夠😊佢地嘅湯超好飲!濃郁雞湯配花膠,感覺健康養生😊花膠同埋雞嘅質素都唔錯,感覺勁多骨膠原店員建議我哋先飲湯及食雞,之後佢再幫我哋加豬骨湯才打邊爐鮮味炸魚角(魚片頭)感覺到呢個魚片頭很新鮮!彈牙好味胡椒豬肚貢丸呢個感覺好創新!胡椒味香濃,貢丸味道唔錯,裏面仲有一粒豬肚,口感豐富,夠彈牙紮實油墨菜食咗咁多肉都要有蔬菜平衡返,油麥菜打邊爐係好好嘅選擇,佢有種獨有嘅微苦突出菜香,菜嘅質地比較挺身,耐左都唔緊要鮮嫩筍尖片平時比較少食,亦都比較少喺街市買到靚筍,而家都應該算係春天收成旺季,呢個口感不錯,脆脆地也帶微甜中山脆肉鯇骨腩質素好好,魚味夠配合埋雞湯豬骨湯味道很好澳洲和牛牛展肉 我哋唔太鍾意食肥牛,所以揀咗呢個牛肉,佢肉味香濃,品嚐到本身嘅肉香雪耳杞子茶非常滋潤養生,清甜潤喉百香果梳打果香濃郁,香甜滿足的一餐😊 continue reading

半隻花膠雞湯 $308店員講解食法,首先飲湯-> 有職員會幫忙將雞剪開,方便客人食雞->再加豬骨湯打邊爐,無論雞定花膠份量勁多,花膠湯好入味,無味精好鮮甜,飲多幾碗都得!我同男朋友點左以下打邊爐材料油麥菜 $43份量多到以為比足一斤菜我地,十分新鮮,油麥菜最岩配打邊爐澳洲和牛牛展 $168份量巨多,入口即溶,唔會偏太肥,所以食落唔會太膩胡椒豬肚貢丸 $55極力推介鍾意胡椒豬肚既人士,滿滿既胡椒味,加上口感彈口,一個人都可以食晒成碗!魚片頭 $55十分卦湯,所以千祈唔好食粒食,會爆汁熱到條脷,口感好爽口彈牙荀尖片 $43平時好少食荀,好怕有味,但係呢款筍無論聞定食落都無臭味,而且切到好薄亦好爽中山脆肉鯇魚片 $78塊塊都加大碼咁款,十分豪氣,滾一陣就食得,好爽口,不過小心中間部分有骨百香果梳打 $30滿滿百香果粒粒,味道唔會太酸,幫助解膩巨峰提子梳打 $30超重提子味,有椰果,有咬口整體而言,店員服務好好,態度和藹,經常睇下我地需要啲咩,而環境寬敞,超級適合一大班人聚餐傾計,另外食物就大推花膠雞湯底,真係好鮮甜,滿滿骨膠原,飲左好多湯好飽! continue reading
