To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 90後對沙嗲王就一定唔陌生🤭可以話係由細食到大🤣白咖喱豬扒、芝士條、軟殼蟹呢啲就出晒名好好食啦🤩，不過今日lunch就想試下其他野，所以揀咗個新的冬陰功湯海蝦扎肉米線😙估唔到都好好食！湯底酸酸辣辣好開胃，估唔到啲蝦都新鮮😆 唯一缺點係可能太好味，食完都唔係好飽🤣Lunchtime 有時上菜要成半個鍾🤔 不過因為好好食，所以上菜後都好快食晒的😆價錢方面，Lunchset 大部分都係around $70，連凍飲+$3，另加一。順帶一提，download佢個app 會獲得coupon下次用，大概係九折，即免左個加一😛

出銅鑼灣揾食，今日想食飯白咖喱飯，所以即刻諗起沙嗲王，佢嘅豬扒白咖哩飯真係好食，今次仲嗌埋xo醬蘿蔔糕，仲有半價嘅芒果汁， 同埋焗雞扒飯，埋單二百零蚊3個人，絕對抵食之選。

沙嗲王從以前起就有很多分店，不知怎麼執笠一間又一間，最近才知道原來銅鑼灣還有一間沙嗲王，當然要去嘗一下。一進去就看到他的三大經典品牌，分別是白咖喱豬扒，沙嗲牛肉，還有一種我忘記了是什麼。但無論如何，他餐牌上的白咖喱令我以往的記憶。一下子湧上心頭當即叫了一個白咖喱飯來吃。一吃下去的時候以前的種種回憶和感覺都回到湧上心頭，我很喜歡那種非常適合送飯的飯，這個撈落白飯下味道非常之好令人一下吃着一下，停不下手。

完全不推薦，上菜極慢，服務差。星期一晚上7:25點單，叫左一份漢堡鐵板，等左30分鐘仲未上餐，叫左兩三次店員但係得到嘅回覆就係ehhh，或者你叫左咩，但係完全唔見到佢地入廚房check或者吹下。之後隔離入座點餐，佢地比我先上菜，然後我又一次問店員就黎等1個鐘個餐都仲未到，又敷衍咁去問我點左咩食，答完佢之後就走鬼左，亦無任何follow up。等到隔離檯吃到一半我個餐係8:03先到，然後個鐵板送到亦都唔熱，明明漏單可以出聲，好差嘅一個體驗，絕對唔會再幫親。
