To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 次次來大館都係掛住影相,從來未喺度食過飯,今次就揀咗呢間裝修設計以典雅嘅西方風格為主嘅中菜!餐廳提供比較多元化嘅中菜,有別於一般嘅中餐廳~✨點心拼盤賣相精緻,店員話要由右至左咁樣順序食落去,味道由淡至濃咁樣,漸入佳境,最後以濃郁嘅喇沙小籠包作結,令人感受到味道嘅變化同埋豐富性~✨蔥油脆皮雞脆皮雞外皮酥脆,油而不膩!鮮嫩嘅雞肉同酥脆嘅外皮成咗一種鮮明嘅對比!蔥油超惹味,完全將脆皮雞嘅味道昇華到去一個更高嘅層次~✨金銀蛋炒時蔬菜芯口感爽脆得來又充滿住濃郁嘅蛋香味,湯汁味道亦鮮美清甜~✨金沙海鮮炒飯炒飯帶有濃厚嘅鹹蛋黃香味,仲有海鮮嘅鮮甜味,整體惹味無比~✨美綠糯米糍糯米糍外皮軟糯,而且帶有淡淡嘅美祿味,中間係暖笠笠嘅流心朱古力醬,味道有驚喜~✨腐乳芝士蛋糕味道同普通芝士蛋糕差唔多,只係味道比平時鹹少少,冇想像中咁怪~雖然價錢唔平,但係食物質素都對得住個價錢!如果想喺個咁典雅嘅環境影相打卡,建議日頭來食飯會更好~

早前到過對面的Cantina吃意大利菜,由於口味不是太習慣,所以這次和媽媽到同集團的中菜廳吃unlimited 點心brunch。餐廳環境優雅貴氣,我們叫了壺桂花鐵觀音。首先上的是任吃頭盤,不用自己畫紙,一入座會先上一輪給我們。🍄青芥醬凍蹄,口感呈果凍狀,QQ的🍄黑松露響鈴🍄韭菜拌鮮竹,薄薄的🍄醬蘿蔔,解膩神器,在後面發揮重大的作用😅😅由於今天的組合是兩名女士,肚腩有限,任食點心方面我們的策略是先叫了有特色的點心🤣🍄蜜汁叉燒腸,因為肚餓,所以先點它。豉油甜甜的,配搭之下份外好吃🍄胡椒雞湯小籠包,裏面全是熱湯,正😋🍄翡翠蘿蔔鮮蝦餃🍄黑松露素菜粿然後又陸續試了共享的菜式🍄雞米花雪燕羹,非常足料,一碗下肚便飽了7成😟🍄紅燒蘿蔔和牛坑腩,偏鹹🍄雞軟骨燒賣這個時候主菜到了🍄魚香腩肉豆腐,只有幾塊,見隔籬枱叫了沙薑手撕雞,似乎很精美,有點後悔沒有叫到🥲🥲🍄媽咪叫的原隻花膠筒,對比我的主菜,瞬間感覺這菜高級很多之後我們又叫了一些點心🍄山楂叉燒脆雲吞🍄炸茄子🍄還有送的和牛啤梨其實菜單上還有冬菇包、糯米卷、淮山麵等我們沒有吃到,因為肚腩真的就裝不下,要留肚吃甜品了🍮🍄茉莉花茶凍🍄流心紫薯球🍄椰奶藍冰粉🍄千層糕吃完好飽,但甚滿足😌

同好朋友慶祝生日,選了在大館的一間中式Fine Dining餐廳,享用兩小時任食點心Brunch.一直都好想去呢一間餐廳,今日終於如願。環境雅緻古典。有任食頭盤和任食點心,另外有個共享和主菜(每人自選一款)和甜品拼盤。水晶蝦餃胡椒雞湯小籠包蜜汁叉燒包雞軟骨燒賣木魚花蘿蔔糕翡翠蘿蔔鮮蝦餃冬黑松露素菜粿 上素粉果瑤柱香蔥糯米卷蜜汁叉燒腸山楂叉燒脆雲吞珍肝醬煮原隻花膠筒~甜品拼盤~茉莉花茶凍/流心紫薯球/椰奶藍水粉/雪映千層糕Book枱時可預先和餐廳講聲壽星的名字,壽星會收到卡和甜品會寫上生日祝福。非常愉快的一個下午。

I’ve been to Chinese Library before so I was quite excited to try their all you can eat dimsum brunch!We booked through restaurant week so it was $438+10% per head. I was quite surprised at the selection of all you can eat dimsum, since there was quite a variety to choose from.The starters, dim sum and desserts were all you can eat, and we had a choice of main course. Of course I’d pick the fish maw - the most expensive ingredient out all the other choices - shredded chicken or tofu with pork belly. I wonder if it was because it was quite busy on the weekend, the fish maw wasn’t exactly hot when it got served. Though the taste of all dimsum was pretty good quality - especially the chicken cartilage siu mai, I thought the food service was way too slow. We almost waited 30 minutes for our first round of dimsum to arrive… so it didn’t exactly impress us!However, their tea was thankfully good and atmosphere was nice, so we weren’t too bothered waiting for our food to arrive. A nice try, but I don’t think I’d give all you can eat dimsum another go.
