粉嶺既聯和墟都係一個我曾經做野成日會黎搵食既地方呢個地方都算幾多選擇雖然好多舖頭好快開完又執執完又開但都仲有好多幾有名既舖頭存在係度老婆就話要去食呢間群記豬手話係開業左幾十年好似話同大埔執左既群記無關係既見網上成日都話要排晒隊去食呢個暑假星期六兩點幾就直入群記就真係好老式粉麵店既舖面多人時間應該要搭檯而且入面仲係無冷氣暑假黎到係比較辛苦既檯面無餐牌然後坐低無耐就會有小二問你要咩兩頭望都係得牆身上面幾隻字其實就睇唔明有麵定無麵後面又寫粉麵13蚊總之就叫左碗牛腩粗麵一碗豬手米仲有碗細牛丸四方檯夠大張擺晒係完全無問題呢度仲有樣話好出名既辣油就係出面自己拎佢已經分好晒細細碟擺係度豬手米我地就無叫到大定細比錢果時計番個價錢就應該係大黎既47蚊同牛腩一樣好大份舖滿晒成個碗豬手完全唔靭唔會炆到淋晒仲好有咬口 膠質都豐富唔多骨咁係幾好食既不過我地落完單之後見有唔少人想入黎食豬手門口侍應個個都彈番句無晒豬手啦三點半再黎啦但係之後又見到有人可以買到wor有傾有講果隻即係熟客就留比你生客就下輪先有牛腩粗比較碎同有膏位不過份量都一樣多腩汁好惹味咁個辣油個味太過出我覺得會蓋過晒所有野仲有碗淨牛丸上網睇就係同細牛丸麵同價淨牛丸既話會多幾粒話係自家制但就唔係彈牙比較實果隻感覺普通我覺得傳承係牛方面就出色過呢度太多黎呢度都係食番豬手比較好如果覺得太寡既話牛腩都還可以牛丸就唔洗特登黎試粉麵都係配菜正常無咩特別八月三十幾度食野又未話會熱死入面都有風扇吹麵都唔算好熱還可以接受到環境比想像中算好些少檯面就無單去櫃檯比錢果時都係睇你檯面有d咩三樣野加埋129都食得幾飽豬手同牛腩份量都多牛丸都有八粒咁我覺得都算抵食唔洗排隊又有豬手既話係值得一試既侍應對我態度就無咩差既都係聽到熟客有得食豬手生客要等呢度就kick kick地姐 continue reading

行完山出黎聽講好多人食就試下豬手我冇食評論唔到所謂爽滑牛丸驟眼睇有10粒左右,完全冇牛肉味,冇肉汁,唔知食緊乜肉,好鹹食唔哂,出面連鎖店牛丸都好食過佢,唔好食多都冇用啦...麵口感正常,但係個湯都好鹹菜正常不得不提服務態度,成間野冇一個人有好面色,當然都唔會有禮貌,冇一樣野好食唔知佢地憑乜咁串3碗粉1碟菜承惠$163個人覺得對唔住條脷....fd1食完話大受打擊,fd2食完話永不錄用😂 continue reading

群記的其實一直都好有名氣,當日去到都係排哂隊,好彩剛好入左一輪客,所以唔洗等十分鐘都入到座。出名豬手米豬手唔係齋骨,都好多肉咬,而且味度唔係重,亦無騷味,肉質煙韌牛丸勝在丸量多,味道不錯,彈牙稱唔上,不過都是值得點的配料麵得韌度剛她,我覺得出色過米粉全店靈魂辣椒醬,會令人上癮的味,用黎點肉定加落湯麵都即時令其升華,如果唔太食到米線店小辣,其實應該頂唔順,有啲可惜!可惜今次叫唔到炸圈,如果唔係應該更加滿足。 continue reading

第一次到這個墟,不知道這裡有什麼美食較為出名,於是便從網上看看網友有什麼美食介紹。結果便到了這間「群記」,這間出名食「牛丸」和「豬手」。沒想到,2點多到達,店員話要等到3:30pm先再有豬手賣。於是我們大約3:40pm便再到店舖,排了一陣間便可以入座😌。店內裝潢仍保留着40年老店的裝修色彩。我們點了一份細豬手面和一碗淨牛丸。首先試了一口湯「豬骨湯」。很好👍🏻味!之前便試馳名的「豬手」!果然!本身並不是豬手愛好者的我,一看豬手白白的,並沒有抱任何期望下食這一口!嘩!好好👍🏻食!豬肉燉得好林,但豬皮卻依然保存彈牙煙靭嘅口感。肉也好入味。我真係好耐沒食過咁好味的豬手!真的超乎預期!難怪,我離開時,大約4:05pm…付款完畢後,便已經聽到👂🏻職員話「豬手賣光」啦!因此,我先立即睇手錶,先記得4:05pm….心諗,咁快便賣完?我再望望店舖的營業時間。嘩!11-5pm…..真係好厲害👍🏻!勁! continue reading
