紅磡區嘅打冷選擇唔多,呢間平時都見到好多人排隊,今日終於同朋友嚟試下~ 入面都好多張枱,有啲迫迫地,但食打冷就係要有呢啲感覺~同埋夥計大大聲,都算係好有氣氛~嘢食方面,份量算大碟!所以性價比都算高。令我意外嘅係呢個天氣仲有煲仔飯食~不過我哋今次冇試到,下次再試!我哋今次叫咗鵝片,薯仔牛柳粒,薑蔥桶蠔,薑蔥魚腩煲,兩面王同牛頸脊,螄蚶!推薦薯仔牛柳粒粒薯仔好脆,而且塗上蜜糖,超級好食! 薑蔥桶蠔,每次必點,蠔係好脆身,配埋啲汁好惹味!鵝片嘅滷水汁好入味,潮州打冷必點!兩面王唔係度度都食到,仲要係整得好食嘅好難搵到,呢間真係好隨身配埋醋同埋糖好好食!呢度嘅螄蚶同泰國舖嘅唔一樣,而且而家好難買到,要去到九龍城嘅潮州舖先有而且呢度食係好味啲新鮮啲~ continue reading

上回講到在紅磡見到一個300元的煲仔飯,今天決定要去試一下。實驗証明,不要胡亂嘗新。星期四晚,這裡接近座無虛席,但又不約而同地沒有一桌有點到煲仔飯。最後和老婆決定點了個臘味煲仔飯和一碟椒鹽九肚魚,埋單$316。煲仔飯是大大一窩,兩個正常煲仔飯的份量,兩個大男人或者四位女士是差不多的。So far我還沒有吃過好吃的大窩煲仔飯,旺角那家不例外,這裡也一樣。首先飯和煲底的接觸面比例上太少,白飯的比例一多就很看臘味出不出味。其次這店切臘味是比較大顆的,這也令到臘味的味道不怎樣出來。結果就是白飯很白飯,沒有什麼味道。再說飯焦。煲仔飯上來時姐姐叫叫我們不要剷底,會把焦的東西剷出來。我是心想那這煲仔飯不就沒有靈魂了. 沒有聽勸的我還是剷底了,在煲邊邊的飯焦還好,但到煲底就焦黑得有點多了,算是外面正常的煲仔飯操作,也不算難剷。結論是兩個正常煲仔飯的價錢,還你兩個正常煲仔飯的質素。想試煲仔飯的建議就不用去試了。但椒鹽九肚魚真的很不錯,也許這會是一家不錯的潮州打冷,我建議老板專心做潮州打冷好了 continue reading
