今晚朋友聚會,講下想食特色日本野,特登過來北斗,細細間唔會太嘈,又幾有情調。顧客坐Bar枱可以觀看著廚師製作食物,幾chill。今日食左好多特別菜式。清湯(壺裝)日本人飲湯鍾意倒落迷你杯飲。個湯勁清甜,亦有配料。冷盤:生魚軟骨配青瓜將軟骨醬均勻咁放落青瓜片🥒,味道鹹香👅,因有軟骨碎口感嗦嗦聲。素菜六品盛盒(廚師發板)用木盤奉上,賣相勁靚。炸完色澤好靚,但唔好似外面食個d咁厚皮。個人偏愛舞松茸同冬菇,外皮好脆內面軟軟的。海膽魷魚圈卷:細細粒但超好食🤤,外面魷魚圈質感好軟,海膽入口即溶,兩者好夾。 鹿兒島黑毛豬鞍(原隻):原隻好大隻,大過塊臉。黑毛豬鞍外皮都係好薄身,通常厚身/大隻都會怕整得太熟肉質好鞋,依到炸得剛剛好好冧身,肉質帶點脂肪好軟屬。三色刺身盛(三文魚🍣、帆立貝、深海池魚):刺身切得厚身。溫度保持凍著口感好正,而且唔會食到任何渣/筋。極上刺身杯(三文魚、赤身、帶子、三文魚子:細細杯但全部都係精華,正👍!大拖羅(紫菜包著):用手握著大口咬著,魚肉一咬即溶。其他:七味魚翅三文魚 明太子南高梅茶漬飯時令水果配日本雪葩 continue reading

最近又去左九龍城揾食、除左泰國野、潮州野之外、日本野都好多選擇,最近就去左【北斗】試下。餐廳主打串揚居酒屋、師傅會係你面前一樣一樣炸,所以食物非常新鮮。千兩茄子:千兩茄子外皮柔軟所以連皮炸都唔會覺得有渣、而且茄肉甘甜肥厚、非常juicy。子持昆布串揚:子持昆布係帶有鯡魚卵既昆布、外層鬆脆而入口非常彈牙。上面再加上木魚碎同櫻花蝦,更加突出香味。日本煙鴨胸串揚:紫蘇葉包住煙鴨胸再炸、鴨胸非常juicy再搭配紫蘇葉獨特既香味,非常好食。日本菠菜沙律配芝麻醬:菠菜排得好靚、非常爽口、唔會鞋口。搭配芝麻醬非常清爽。甘鯛魚串揚:用左立鰭既方法去整,所以連皮都可以食。肉質綿密、鮮甜及有彈性,非常特別。 continue reading

慶祝日子,當然要食好啲啦 ~ 特登搵咗間特色嘅日本餐廳 "北斗",廚師發板嘅高質日本料理,這裡無論食品、環境及氣氛都覺得相當好。炙燒和牛配新洋葱串揚和牛油脂豐富,咬落好juicy,和牛香氣散發出來,肉質鮮嫩,牛味香濃,焦香可口。原隻伊勢海老配瀑布芝士伊勢龍蝦係日本非常出名,原隻龍蝦起肉串揚後再加炸粉,炸至金黃香脆,龍蝦肉很鮮嫩,味道濃厚,口感彈牙,將龍蝦頭嘅蝦膏加埋芝士做成醬汁,熱熱嘅溶芝士加係龍蝦肉上,味道層次提升,口感大滿足!唐辛子串揚炸唐辛子串揚都係第一次食,好有特色嘅日本菜。日本唐辛子係辣椒,原來食落唔係好辣,只係屬於微辣,外層炸至香脆,咬落去好鮮甜多汁,好快就食完依串。黑島美人燒酎日本廚師推介嘅黑島美人燒酎,飲第一啖口腔裏溫和嘅甜味,味道香醇,真係唔錯。Omakase Set 靜岡縣蜜瓜最後到甜品時間,靜岡縣嘅蜜瓜特別香甜多汁,甜度十足,食左真係好滿足。 continue reading

上周跟朋友在九龍城覓食,來到這家日式料理店一嚐,用餐後均感到滿意。燒神戶和牛柳肉質鮮嫩,燒烤至外微焦內嫩,調味恰到好處,牛味香濃。螢光魷魚沖漬味道清新,魷魚質感彈牙,充分吸收了醬汁的味道,十分開胃。牡丹蝦串場配蝦膏不但賣相吸睛,蝦肉鮮甜,搭配的濃厚的蝦膏增添了層次感。甘鯛魚串揚口感滿分,外層酥脆金黃的麵衣,包裹著新鮮的甘鯛魚,搭配的調味醬料令這道菜更惹味。北海道活帶子配三文魚子非常新鮮,帶子肉質鮮甜,三文魚子的鹹香使其味道更豐富。 continue reading
