To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食過咁差既豬潤燒賣，食物比我想像中更差，豬潤粒都不如，完全係碎上。再問吓經理佢睬都唔睬我，扮傻，佢夠竟唔識聽中文，定係失聰。救命，今時今日咁既服務態度及食物質素另我難以接受，以後都唔會再幫襯。

父親節同爸爸來到啟田的海港酒家飲茶。😂孝女的我12點來到預先攞位，人頭湧湧，幸運地等了45分鐘便有位置了~🍍拉絲咕嚕肉 份量唔少，酸甜醬汁，啖啖肉，炸皮厚左少少。🥟紅油抄手 大大粒，微辣惹味🌶🌶XO醬炒蘿蔔糕 比較辣，蘿蔔糕實啲，過下口癮都不錯。🍤沙律明蝦角 滿滿彈牙蝦肉，外脆內嫩👍🏻~🍤蒜蓉蝦春卷 有啲失色🥲，蝦肉較少，但有濃香蒜蓉味。 春卷炸得香脆不油膩。🐔沙薑雞腳 有沙薑味但唔夠咸味，可惜可惜🥲。🥯雪山叉燒包 今次燶左啲，內餡都多。 好彩🧔🏻爸爸今次都收貨~

今年新年團拜，在這裡book 了2圍，有間細房，但非常迫，明既，新年！題外話，當日我親戚派了些利是給相熟部長，怎知所有員工即刻放低碗筷衝入來討利是，連廚房都出來，尤如餓狼，非常可怕 （但之後想揾個人沖水都難，服務質素就不評了吧）講返當日菜色ok, 是standard 新年酒席，但居然忘記蒸魚，攪到等好耐。龍蝦面不錯，蟹拑好正。待應是不足的，每人大概500元，新年來說有龍蝦有鮑魚蟹拑，算不錯
