前幾天用openrice search咗幾間邊爐都full booking, 搵到呢間有位,就試一試啦。估唔到環境咁有特式,食物一樣出色。先講湯底,羊肚菌竹絲雞燉湯好濃香,而麻辣要小辣都比想像中辣。所以比正常叫関既辣要低少少。叫了個小鍋牛雜,好入味,同香。而且有個火喺下面小小地滾住,好有風味。牛拼盤有2款,叫了平啲嗰款,都有5,6款牛,不過不失。牛根丸值得一試,有牛味多汁。 最特別叫咗個名菜菊花牛鞭,口感似牛筋,味道唔識形容,未食過可以試下。聖子係意外之選,$58/2隻,初頭覺得有啲貴,但估唔到咁大隻,而且鮮甜。服務方面要讚一下男經理。好醒目sell佢公司既食品,但唔係亂sell,係真好食。 牛雜同聖子都係佢推介。而牛丸本來叫黑松露牛丸,但喺佢推介下改為牛筋丸,平咗之餘確係好味。環境真係好有中式氣氛,傳統得黎真係有裝修。另有驚喜係佢有任食生果,仲用高檔既蜜瓜同百香果。 continue reading
