To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 八月花,位於旺角亞皆老街8號朗豪坊3樓35號舖。 其實已經對這間中菜館的菜式好熟悉, 因為已經食過好多次。 店內環境唔算寬敞, 我們今次叫了節日套餐,另外再散叫菜式,晚餐 ~ 前菜$17、節日餐$388位(8折)、炙燒松露黑豚肉$198、芥末脆香蝦球$168、 黑松露醬羊肚菌腐卷$138。 🔸節日餐 ~ 套餐包括菠蘿海蜇球冷鮑魚、 上湯開邊龍蝦伊麵、 蟹肉燴燕窩、 鮑汁白花釀海參、 蘆筍山藥炒藕片、 蛋白杏仁茶。 每款菜式表現普通,只有龍蝦伊麵稍為做得好些。套餐份量太少😅, 所以最後我們要加多三個菜式。 🔸炙燒松露黑豚肉 ~ 感覺以前比較好味, 現在口感偏硬, 肉質沒有嫩感。 🔸芥末脆香蝦球 ~ 蝦球炸得過火了, 沒有酥香感。 🔸黑松露醬羊肚菌腐卷 ~ 味道普通, 羊肚菌只有四粒。 四人用餐,埋單大約二千, 感覺水準退步了😅。 🏷️溫馨提示~ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見, 只作參考😊。 continue reading

新年同老婆出咗去食飯,周圍都冇乜鋪開,就揀咗間集團式中菜,由於新年嘅關係,所有set都係新年套餐,所以決定單碟,兩餸一湯加一飯燒味雙拼-叉燒拼油雞: 叉燒估佢唔到係半肥瘦,唔係瘦到柴嗰種,酒樓嚟講算係好好食!但酒雞就俾咗個雞翼位我,全部都係碎骨,味道就得個鹹字醬油炒飯: 啱啱炒起,所以送到上嚟嘅時候仲係熱辣辣!抵讚!味道係唔錯,但炒飯就唔係粒粒分明嗰種,集團嘢唔要求得咁多豉汁帶子蒸豆腐: 整體嚟講好鹹,賣相同擺盤都係求求其其個種瑤柱燉冬菇盅: 成個湯都係冇乜味,似係拎啲高湯,再放粒瑤柱同埋冬菇個一種成餐飯整體一般,最唔滿意嘅就係,明明仲有好多細枱,都要安排我哋去廁所門口,要同佢哋講,佢先肯傳俾我哋,呢一樣就差咗啲 continue reading
