I was so surprised they still had this promotion on public holiday. The price is $538 (around 600 with service fee) but you can prepay through online platforms (both of them start with K) and the price is around 515.We go the window seat and the view was lovely as well.The bread was already impressive. The Tong Yum flavor was seasoned perfectly well and I had to control myself so hard not to ask for more.Out of all the starters, the crab salad was definitely my favorite. The citrus calamansi with the rich peanut sauce blended well with the spiciness and you can have it alone or with the garlic bread.We chose 2 mains The Tiger Prawn and the Chicken. The Prawn I felt was bit overseasoned but the chicken was perfectly roasted and still remained juicy.The wagyu came and it was perfectly medium. Getting to try all 3 parts was ana amazing experience and I love the oyster blade the most.Since it was a birthday celebration, there was a complimentary dessert. It was surprsingly not tarty for a raspberry based dessert. Definitely would want to come here again to try their other meals.

望著無敵維港海景,於高高在上的餐廳裡去吃一頓火鍋又是什麼的滋味呢?北角Hyatt Centric酒店頂層的 Cruise Restaurant and Bar,就坐擁了一個落地玻璃俯瞰無敵大海景的優勢,餐廳的浪漫情調盡在眼前。為舊同事慶生,兩人今晚來到這餐廳,試試餐廳為逢星期二而預備的火鍋之夜。一面打著邊爐一面望著維港海景,彷彿二人也忘記了所有當年曾作同事時的回憶,美景當前,確實彼此履行著眼看前面忘記背後的人生一大道理。今晚的火鍋是二人套餐,有和牛有海鮮也有充足的蔬菜,湯底更有三款可選擇 - 冬蔭功湯、四川麻辣湯和冬菇壽喜燒湯。我們二人都是怕辣的,唯有選擇冬菇壽喜燒湯底吧。肉類和海鮮餐廳都選用上乘的,有M5和牛、西班牙豬梅頭,海鮮有虎蝦、南非鮑魚、沙巴龍躉肉、扇貝和蘇格蘭蟶子皇等,各樣都吃得出是新鮮貨色,絕無欺場。蔬菜類雖然是一般打邊爐蔬菜,例如皇帝菜、金針菇、生菜茼蒿等,但份量非常足夠。還有芋絲和烏冬,已不愁不能飽肚。美景加邊爐,這個體驗都算特別,當七時許入座天還未全黑時,一片清澈的維港景色,望著慢慢地由海景變成夜景,這感覺特別爽特別治愈。今天晚上,更看到窗外的雨,由中區一路飄來到東區,再看到人生,期望看著幻彩詠香江來打邊爐,卻帶來滂沱大雨的景致而失望,感到人生才是這樣,總是會時晴時雨,沒花沒假。
