To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係北角同鰂魚涌交界,想食個快嘅lunch 可以來呢到! 呢間又係我同同事經常食嘅餐廳,因為夠快。而且都算夠飽,佢午餐會有湯飲,所以飽肚咁OK。徐經常食嘅係佢嘅燒味,多數食油雞瀨粉。油雞瀨粉是一道充滿傳統風味的美食,擁有迷人的口感和豐富的味道層次。雞肉入味,唔會過於油膩,而是有一種適中的濃郁口感,不過不失。有個問題就係唔知係咪師傅把刀唔夠利,雞件不時都會有骨粹食到。湯底通常是以雞湯為基,再加胡椒粉。環境嘅話,如果12點到一點去食好似打仗咁好多人,有好多人喺你後邊行嚟行去,同埋都會好嘈,唔建議咁早過去食。

咁岩出開去,鰂魚涌站C出口一出嚟睇吓有乜好食下午茶時間見到呢間金牌冰室好似唔錯又幾抵食必食古法濃湯瀨粉配叉燒$36(下午茶)😍超抵食!勁多叉燒!叉燒係我嘅喜好,仲要係唔太多肥膏位,叉燒帶佢甜味好好食,唔靭!推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻瀨粉嘅份量都幾多下午茶送熱飲:薑蜜奶茶(出邊好少見一於試吓!)有驚喜!冬天凍凍地,飲杯奶茶,帶啲薑蜜味都幾香👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻必食古法濃湯瀨粉配油雞$36(下午茶)🤤同樣油雞都幾多件,有油香,夠滑,比較細件,但有少少碎骨。熱天然蜂蜜👍🏻都幾正,一飲就知真係用蜂蜜沖👍🏻下午茶都幾多選擇,而且都幾多人入黎食👍🏻可惜舖面比較細,有d迫總結:推薦👍🏻👍🏻抵食!叉燒真係冇得輸!!!🔥

講真食茶記都係諗住快靚正,都無乜要求,但真係令到我lunch好嬲。去叫外賣,12.35分叫完,諗住等陣都好快有,十後鐘後去到,見前面幾個比完錢人仲係到。叫到683, 之後再叫下個冧巴已經係8分鐘左右,人哋食常餐,都可以咁耐。(仲有見到啲餐嘅油多腸仔盒好哂,應該差咗麵,但見到出哂水氣個包都一定好難食🫤)去到1點先叫到我餐,25分鐘。得返半個鐘食,都算希望下咗啖火。哇一打開,有菜,好似幾好,但佢加咗麻醬!同麵放一齊,但我係叫葱油撈面,最後啲麻醬又流哂去麵到,哇搞到陣味撈埋哂,勁難食。仲未講,啲面淋、霉,葱油:少、鹽未溶,入口成口油,仲要淋咗上塊扒到,撈到落面嘅得勁少。🫠然後扒餐比筷子⋯⋯塊扒用手拿?無諗過一個葱油撈面可以咁。煮得難食係一件事,佢係勁求其,塞個餸比你就算。完全無考慮過食客用餐體驗。$55蚊加涼茶味檸茶$5,真係食唔落👎🏻返工已經好辛苦一個鐘食嘢,搞到我成個下晝好bad feeling.

王牌冰室係一間我經常都會午餐時候幫襯嘅茶餐廳,我特別鍾意佢嘅燒味飯,,係而家少數有得揀燻趾做其中一個餸嘅燒味飯。除咗燻蹄之外,佢嘅叉燒油雞都好唔錯。作為午餐一個set lunch佢仲會送埋例湯同埋餐飲,而且份量亦都好多絕對夠飽。另外佢有一個金牌叉燒滑蛋飯係常餐其中一個項目,我亦都非常之推介。啲蛋好滑一啲都唔老,同叉燒嘅配合亦都好match • 再加上佢會跟少少沙律菜,中西合璧,都幾開胃,難怪午飯時間會排曬隊!

上網見到呢間金牌冰室燒味幾好食,餐廳主打都係燒味!就買個燒味飯試下,不過佢一個都唔平,雙拼要成$50,包一個嘢飲,貴過酒樓十幾蚊,不過贏在份量足,幾唔錯!🍴燒味大碗飯雙拼 叉燒燒腩仔 $50 (7.8/10)睇落好大碗但其實正常飯量!叉燒同燒肉都有7舊,份量都足,對得住$50呢個價錢🤣飯煮得太淋,食到一pat好淋嘅飯,真心扣分,唔要求粒粒分明,但個飯唔係咁爛得唔得🥲燒味幾唔錯,叉燒燒肉燒得一啲都唔乾,叉燒微甜,有肉香,唔會有雪味同怪味,肉質都彈牙,好難得咁瘦嘅叉燒都好食,食得出真功夫,仲有少少微燶邊,好香口🤤燒肉冇叉燒咁好食,但意外一舊燒肉有幾層,都有肥有瘦,唔會淨瘦肉,個皮都脆身,唔鹹,肉質唔硬有水份,幾唔錯!☕️熱奶茶 (4/10)奶茶唔重茶味,亦冇奶香,飲完有陣微酸微苦,應該係茶膽唔靚,唔好奶茶唔好叫,極一般😂推薦指數: 7.5/10燒味幾唔錯,真心燒得幾好唔會太乾太硬,對得住$50呢個價,嘢飲就飲返檸檬茶安全啲!
