第2次食V Walk呢間漁釧,上次試過lunch,覺得性價比幾高,所以今次試埋晚餐。夜晚6點開始有個匠人料理一人前,個set好豐富,我同朋友兩個人叫呢個set再加兩個小食就夠飽。匠人料理一人前⭐燒鱈魚片、吞拿魚蓉米通、枝豆燒鱈魚片類似食開嘅魷魚絲,幾鮮甜。吞拿魚蓉新鮮,放上米通上面一齊食幾特別。⭐刺身(三文魚、伊佐木、赤海蝦)刺身新鮮,每一啖都好有鮮味,而每款都有兩片。⭐壽司(油甘魚赤醋壽司、松葉蟹肉赤醋壽司、伊佐木赤醋壽司)壽司幾精緻,油甘魚、松葉蟹肉同伊佐木各具特色,赤醋令壽司飯同魚生好夾。⭐天婦羅沙鎚魚呢個天婦羅沙鎚魚夠特別,炸得好脆,入面魚肉仲好鮮嫩。另外仲有南瓜同茄子天婦羅。⭐海膽蛋白蒸呢個係蒸蛋白,所以冇平時食開嘅茶碗蒸咁滑,不過海膽幾甜,冇怪味。⭐燒安格斯牛配燒飯糰安格斯牛肉口感好正,牛味濃郁,肉嫩多汁。飯糰燒到啱啱好,令外面金黃色,食落仲辣辣地,幾過癮。⭐日式雪糕上枱先知係紅豆宇治抹茶雪糕配小丸子,啱哂我心水,小丸子仲好軟糯,好味!⭐日本蘋果梳打呢個set除咗蘋果梳打,仲可以揀獺祭(150ml),適合鍾意飲日本酒嘅人。小食⭐陶板清酒煮蜆職員喺我哋面前煮蜆,見住啲蜆開,所以保證新鮮,食落好有酒香味,而個清酒湯更加係必飲。⭐鐵板牛舌呢碟黑椒洋蔥牛舌夠多洋蔥,食落好香,牛舌唔韌,亦醃得夠入味。呢間餐廳整體樣樣野都唔差,個匠人料理一人前夠哂抵食,值得試下! continue reading

禮拜日夜晚walk in入去食,望到入面仲有吉枱,但係都要等15分鐘先有得安排入座,同我地一齊仲有起碼3枱人,咁唔緊要啦可能樓面淨係得一個人,點知唔係(之後會講)。跟住叫左一個壽司盛、和牛粒、黃金軟殼蟹、吞拿魚蓉卷,同綠茶汽水。已經比平時等得好耐(15分鐘)先上菜。先上和牛粒,味道還好但咬落去d肉質感覺唔係和牛。黃金軟殼蟹仲差,咬第一舊係lum身既,仲濕濕地,炸物唔應該係咁。同埋兩份熟食既份量都偏細,但係收近$100。跟著壽司先係最過分,壽司盛$338但完全唔新鮮,三文魚壽司上面舊魚生中間斷開左一部分,擺明係師傅切得唔好。吞拿魚蓉卷d吞拿魚顏色睇上去已經好差,偏深色而唔係平時食開既粉紅色,食落都好唔新鮮。真心,可能壽司郎都高質過佢,人地仲要平好多,上菜上得快。食緊途中我地注意到樓面其實有at least 3個,但係佢哋成日同其他枱既熟客吹水。我地前面果枱就係佢哋熟客,一家三口黎,佢哋同個小朋友傾得好開心,上菜又好似真係上得快d(根據我地觀察佢上菜既頻率)。咁唔怪得開頭等入座明明唔洗執枱都等咁耐啦,根本唔係樓面唔夠,係樓面掛住吹水做嘢效率低。上曬之後我地都唔夠飽,決定比多次機會嗌個鰻魚炒飯希望好食,結果落完單,我地食曬之前個round d野,佢碟都收埋,個飯都未黎,呢度又等左10分鐘。同行男朋友催佢問係咪落漏左,佢同我地講話「sorry因為前面仲有幾張炒飯單所以要等多15分鐘」,我地即刻話「咁幫我地cancel」。炒飯理論上唔係特別難整既菜,加埋我地已經等左好耐,仲要間餐廳唔係full house。埋單$796,真係覺得自己做左條大水魚。最後我地都係唔飽,兩個人上樓上買左包台灣炸雞番屋企食。最不解係咁樣既食物質素,竟然都可以有「熟客」?同樣價位但更高質既日本餐廳,香港真係大把,強烈不推介。 continue reading
