見到門口黑版上既意粉同飯價錢ok入左去食,侍應話黑版上既野食可以叫,只係冇印到餐牌,最後到俾錢時先知道門口黑版上寫既價錢要加5蚊,但係黑版上冇寫係只供外賣或者堂食要加錢,侍應冇講過,落單之後亦都冇單據俾我確認價錢,即係係餐牌價錢之上要加幾錢係隱藏收費,到你食完俾錢時只能硬食一個同餐牌唔同既價錢。今次我食係加5蚊,冇人知下次食係加幾錢。其實食物質素同性價比都好一般,服務又差,明白而家香港飲食業難做,但係靠隱藏收費來生存而唔係提高性價比,只會大家食一次就以後唔食。 continue reading

聽同事講在港灣豪庭食生蠔,自己收工都去試一試。不太會食生蠔的我,問一問店員推介,就點了少少四隻「法國Gillardeau生蠔」海水味不重,肥大肉厚,鮮甜滑口,加上點點檸檬汁口感細膩充滿層次再點了一份法國鵝肝牛柳餐首先來碗「法國龍蝦湯」正正常常前菜:煙三魚多士,加少少沙津菜作點綴配合,造出豐富感。主菜:鵝肝配牛柳鵝肝,肥美肉嫩,口感細膩嫩滑,在舌尖上溶化,後再有淡淡的燒鵝味回流。牛柳點了五成熟,份量充足,肉質結實,切開後呈現粉嫩色,柔軟可口彈牙,充滿肉汁。配上薯條總括一餐。 continue reading

今日係大角咀食晚餐,就試下一間生蠔專門店 - Marco's Oyster Bar & Grill。餐廳地址方便,環境燈火通明,菜式有不同的餐盤配用,餐廳做緊優惠,生蠔半價,CP值幾好。法國生蠔 (六隻) (由左至右享用)St Vaast 鮮甜、咸度適中Fine De Claire 海水味重、風味十足Four Season 口感豐富丶彈性巴馬火腿薄餅大片巴馬火腿灑在焦脆薄餅上,一入口,巴馬火腿特有咸香首先湧現,配搭芝士濃香,豐富風味。芝士綿層加上薄餅底焦脆,口感滿足,外脆內軟。松露朱古力蛋糕輕輕一敲,打開朱古力脆的外層,可見到綿綿黑朱古力,內層更有白朱古力增添風味。一入口,黑朱古力、白朱古力、松露、杏仁花生粒互相配合,香味濃郁。朱古力心太軟蛋糕剛焗好的心太軟,挺身外層焦脆,朱古力溶慢慢流出。暖熱的心太軟加上冰冷的朱古力雪糕,一熱一冷,昇華朱古力風味。 continue reading
