整理舊相發現唔少食過嘅餐廳結束咗營業呢間當時係因為有團購同米芝蓮星星光環而試餐廳環境都幾優雅漂亮,食物比期待中普通加上嗰時新開,侍應 friendly 但就唔係好 smart 😅無記錯係雞肝配多士個 toast 都脆嘅,雞肝正常味但無咩突出之處 😂左邊係燴和牛面頰presentation 有啲港式西餐 feel個 source 太杰右邊係慢煮豬腩肉呢個擺盤靚返啲好食過牛少少咁大把sacher cake 配開心果雪糕賣相都 ok,味道正常pavlova 配蘋果雪葩個 pavlova 真係有啲難食,又甜又硬個 sorbet 好好好酸 continue reading

之前團購果陣喺度high tea時,覺得好好味,今次有個朋友遠度而黎,我諗返係呢間鋪頭,所以就帶佢黎,食個豐富嘅法國晚餐啦鴨肝凍批配乾無花果, 薑蓉及砵酒濃汁法式經典前菜香煎鴨肝配無花果,無花果的清香及酸甜味配埋入口即溶的鴨肝之中,開胃味美宮崎A4和牛牛柳配黑松露薯蓉Medium真的是恰到好處,粉紅色的肉裡帶著一層層的霜降脂肪, 輕輕的把它放入口,肉質細嫩多汁,油花細膩豐盈,感覺吃下去入口即化,好像在吃鵝肝一樣的口感,一入口後幾乎可以用嘴唇來咬斷,融化的油花瞬間散佈於整個口腔之中,意外的並不會膩,日本人視為和牛之首的宮崎牛,口感與香氣更是獨一無二薯蓉加入了黑松露醬,使味道層次提升,口感creamy continue reading

金馬倫道The Cameron藏著環境一流的Fine Dining餐廳, 上次吃過一間意大利菜的, 今晚就和幾位朋友去這間La Saison意大利餐廳, 據說是米之蓮一星大廚的徒弟主理, 餐廳名字解作季節, 意將季節最佳食材帶給客人享用。 餐前小食 (Amuse Bouche) 包括粉紅色煙三文魚慕絲酥餅、芝士泡芙、磨菇撻, 其中最喜歡的是磨菇撻, 撻皮薄而香脆, 內裡載著細碎的菇粒混入濃香芝士, 非常開胃滋味。 最近在外吃飯喜歡上喝有氣礦泉水, 零糖零卡而且易入口, 比起喝其他飲品健康, 又可在濃味食物中, 起到清清味蕾的作用, 一大瓶夠幾個朋友分享。 法國菜中很少有飽肚的澱粉質如飯和麵, 除了精緻的菜式外, 就靠麵包來包吃飽了, 這樣說是因為麵包吃完可以添加的, 吃到飽。餐廳送上三款麵包, 配上海鹽和牛油, 牛油可能是無鹽關係, 味道較清而香味亦較弱, 三款麵包中, 我們最喜歡小小的法式牛奶圓包, 非常柔軟帶著奶香, 其次就喜歡長條狀, 脆內帶軟的蕃茄包。 洋蔥忌廉湯, 盛載在小小烈酒杯, 獨特創新又顯得矜貴, 洋蔥味道不嗆喉, 溫和柔美。 洋蔥湯配根地芝士及糖漬蔥$158 湯底用牛肉熬製而成, 味道不會太咸, 洋蔥需要很多心機去炒香炒軟, 才能散發出其獨有香氣及迫出甜味, 這真是心機時間之作, 最絕妙的是配了24個月的根地芝士, 芝士半溶香濃拉絲, 邪惡而迷人, 每一口湯都能夾雜芝士, 享受至極。 洋蔥三文治體積小巧, 有邪惡的牛油香味, 夾著芝士火腿, 鬆化軟綿, 有入口即化之感。 油浸鴨腿配粟米蓉、黃薑蘿蔔、香橙果醬及鴨肉汁 $388 油浸鴨腿是一個慢煮的菜式, 是由水、油、醬汁慢煮而成, 上菜前將外皮煎香脆, 做成了外脆內軟的油浸鴨腿。鴨腿肉質本身沒有雞腿的嫩滑, 是頗巧功夫的菜式, 一不小心就會煮得太靭, 這裡卻不會, 鴨肉仍多汁鮮嫩, 令人對鴨腿有所改觀。配料有黃薑蘿蔔、橙柳、糖漬醃橙絲, 清爽怡人, 減輕吃肉的肥膩感。 朱古力心太軟配開心果雪糕及紅莓醬 $98 法式心太軟本來是軟心而不流心, 為符合香港人的期望, 大廚作出微調, 做出流心效果澎湃的心太軟, 朱古力香濃而不膩, 開心果雪糕比一般雲尼拿雪糕有誠意, 卻發現果仁味並沒太濃, 未見突出。 最後送上 petits fours (法式小甜點), 包括有芝士蛋糕、草莓浸白朱古力醬、朱古力紅莓撻, 原先還擔心不是時令水果的草莓會否酸, 還好不會, 夠大粒又多汁, 浸過白朱古力更滋味, 朱古力紅莓撻撻皮夠脆, 可惜紅莓味不突出, 芝士蛋糕綿蜜細緻, 芝味頗濃。 要享受一頓美妙的法國菜, 對我來說, 環境、情調、服務與食物並列同樣的重要, 在La Saison就得到各方面的高分數, 令其與其他西餐與別不同的, 是精緻的餐前小點和餐後的法式小甜點, 可見法國人對吃的要求, 並不是填飽肚這麼簡單, 用心、細緻, 成就了這頓視覺、味覺同樣滿足的法國菜。 continue reading

Came here for restaurant week and must say it was very mediocre at best!It was disappointing to see that most of the options on the menu required additional costs for upgrading. Even dessert change to cheese plate was additional and it was simply 3 tiny pieces of cheese with toast. Not impressed!The waiters were nice but it was definitely not the type of service you expect for a higher calibre restaurant. Food was mediocre, none of the dishes were impressive. The creme brûlée was very watered down. In a way I'm glad I tried this place during restaurant week since now I know never to return. Nothing bad about it but for the price there's definitely much MUCH better choices! continue reading
