最近都主要吃我最愛的日本菜,居酒屋SAKEH 是主打Sake 和串燒,價錢大眾,環境亦很舒適呢~餐廳有不同的Sake 供應,實在是花多眼亂~幸好店員按我們的喜好推介了「寫樂 純米吟釀」,有濃郁的水果香氣,米飯鮮味和甜味均衡混合,能喝到高品質的清酒是一大樂事~ 伴著串燒吃就更加美味了今個月訂座每位送新鮮日本生蠔,爽口之餘帶有豐富鮮味~ 餐廳每晚都有特定的廚師推介,我們這晚也點了三款嚐嚐。仙台味噌牛筋 ($60): 味道濃郁,牛筋很入味而且燜得非常軟腍,感覺能一口一口把骨膠原吃下澳洲特級龍蝦 ($118): 拆殼後燒,龍蝦能保持多汁和鮮甜鹽燒牛沙瓜($48): 牛最小的一個胃,是稀有部位,咬口有小小爽亦有勁,鹽燒調咪剛好,不會遮蓋主角的味道荔枝豚肉卷 ($36 兩串起):結合了荔枝和薄豚肉,口感層次豐富,荔枝爆汁,與豚肉很搭配雞皮紫蘇蝦卷 ($58): 帶有雞皮的香脆口感和蝦肉的鮮甜,紫蘇有清新的香氣自家制免治雞肉軟骨 ($55):粒粒軟骨與雞肉混合再燒,沾上蛋黃液,口感更滑口厚切牛脷芯 ($78) :厚切的牛舌吃起來更多汁彈牙,令人回味白鱔($78):燒過的白鱔散發豐富油香,魚皮脆口,肉質結實,很有口感鹽燒雞腿肉 ($38 兩串起):肉質可能滑嫩多汁檸檬水母($68):清涼的冷盤,水母爽口而且吸收了檸檬的清新味,很開胃,很適合作下酒小菜燒雪干 ($48):另一款推介的下酒前菜,帶微微的燒烤的香氣,酥脆可口汁燒牛肋($68 兩串起):經調味後更惹味濃郁,牛肉鮮嫩馬刀貝($96):亦即是蟶子,肉質鮮嫩滑溜日本蕃薯 ($35 兩串起):一口薯甜絲絲的,作甜品也不錯 continue reading
