這間餐廳位於尖沙咀的嘉蘭圍小巷內,我望住Google Maps都繞了一個大圈先搵到,名副其實是間隱世泰菜酒吧。店舖空間不算太大座位不多,不過就好開揚唔焗促,而且佈置幾有泰式風格,重點是泰國菜餚確係幾好食,價錢亦唔算貴。生蝦刺身6隻 $148食泰國菜當然要食生蝦啦,大大隻的生蝦配上傳統泰式醬汁、蒜頭及辣椒,將蝦的鮮味帶到更高層次,醒胃又好食,還貼心地伴有炸得香口的蝦頭。豬肉生菜包 $98豬肉碎不算太辣,偏咸但卻好惹味,用新鮮爽脆的生菜包著一齊食,正好中和了咸味平衡返,正。花膠冬陰公湯 $78第一次食冬陰公湯竟然有花膠,而且花膠算大塊,還有三隻大蝦及多種菇類配料,一大碗兩個人share好足夠,這個價錢真係超值。燒豬頸肉 $88豬頸肉份量好多,肉質肥瘦均勻,燒至微焦香,嫩滑有咬口又有少許油脂,即使不醮泰式醬汁都已經好好食,醮上酸酸辣辣的醬汁當然就更惹味。魷魚桶2隻 $88原隻魷魚上陣,切成一條條好均稱,肉質爽口富彈性,配埋酸辣汁,微辣惹味! 太陽蛋配酸辣肉碎意粉(轉炒飯) $108本身此道菜應是配意粉,但我們又想食炒飯,店家竟然肯配合,哈。酸辣肉碎配帶點菠蘿香甜的炒飯,又幾好味喎。雜果汁 $48原本都想啤一啤,餐廳做緊泰國勝獅啤酒Happy Hour(4pm-8pm)$38但可惜剛過了時間,那就乖乖的點杯雜果汁飲,同樣清爽解渴。 continue reading
