To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過好幾間永年分店,不過好耐冇食尖沙咀呢間分店嚕,經過想快就揀佢啦。入到去用自助機落單,部機load得好慢😓叫咗大碗麵套餐($76)另加一餸豬手($18)飲品加錢要咗紅豆奶茶冰(+$15)大碗麵要咗幼麵,有10餸(豬腸,魚蛋,蘿蔔,豬紅,豬皮,雞翼,雞翼尖,魷魚,紅腸,菜)呢碗要咗清湯走辣,多豬腸汁,每個餸水準發揮正常,唯獨要彈係魷魚唔夠味,似白烚。另外加$18嘅豬手,得兩舊,香港地食碗麵真係唔平,加埋杯紅豆奶茶冰,已經要$109紅豆奶茶冰,味道好夾,甜度啱啱好另外一碗要咗三餸麵,米粉($48)餸要咗魚蛋,酸齋(+$2)牛筋(+$4)=$54呢碗要咗中辣,鍾意食辣嘅我覺得永年嘅辣真係好惹味魚蛋係陳皮魚蛋,細細粒彈牙,魚蛋同酸齋相信都係固定數量 但係牛筋真係少得可憐,加錢要嘅牛筋得三小嚿😓不過永年有個好處,就係每間分店個味道都一樣,相對嚟講比較穩定,不過餸嘅份量我諗真係要調節下是次消費, $163 / 2人

在這個寒冷的12月31日,我來到一間受歡迎的食車,品嚐他們的招牌車仔麵。這碗麵色澤金黃,湯底清澈,散發出濃郁的香氣,讓人垂涎欲滴。麵條的質地彈牙,煮得剛好,不會太軟或太硬。搭配的配料非常豐富,我選擇了豬腸、牛腩、魚蛋和青菜,讓整碗麵更加多樣化。豬腸的口感滑嫩,牛腩則相當入味,肉質軟嫩,吃上一口就令人滿足。魚蛋的Q彈口感也為這碗麵增添了不少層次感。湯底是這碗車仔麵的精華,清淡卻不失味道,讓人感受到食材的新鮮。每一口都充滿了濃郁的肉香,讓人不禁想要再來一碗。青菜的清脆口感也增添了整體的平衡,讓這碗麵不會過於油膩。總的來說,這碗車仔麵不僅滿足了我對美食的追求,還為我的新年倒數增添了不少色彩。在這個特別的日子裡,能夠享受到這樣一碗美味的車仔麵,實在是無上的幸福。希望來年能繼續在這裡品嚐到更多的美食!

每年31/12 6-8pm 永年士多都有$1 小寶麵優惠。今年排了半小時左右,第一round 食到既顧客😝小寶麵的麵條選擇了米粉,偏林身不太爽口彈牙,但口感滑順。湯頭鮮美濃郁而不油膩,明顯見到一點點既蒜粒,加上麻油,十分惹味。$1都份量十足,絕不欺場,性價比非常高高。有彈牙既陳皮魚旦、爽滑既豬紅同不太肥膩既豬腸。店內環境尚可,可能係第一round客人入座,樓面服務人員安排坐位有不當,不過都有安排補救方案。

今日約咗friend去The ONE睇戲,睇戲之前諗住是但食啲嘢見到依間車仔麵,喺正The One對面所以入咗去食。分別叫咗個大碗麵,多士,燒賣,蠔油菜心,同埋自選車仔麵。先講吓個多士,個多士軟硬啱啱好,個醬汁唔肥膩,簡單好味。之後燒賣係我從來未食過嘅味道,食個燒賣第一口係好普通完全正常嘅味道冇乜嘢咁樣,但之後來了原來個燒賣係辣㗎,辣嗰陣味湧上嚟得非常之過癮,辣到不能自拔,食得辣嘅人一定覺得好正一定要叫呢個燒賣。之後嗌咗個大碗麵,個大碗咩都有唔需要其他餸,飽到飛街,掂過碌蔗。自選面嗰個最主要嗌咗牛筋、牛柏葉,牛筋非常彈口,口感一流,牛柏葉十分好食,食得出佢經過好多重功夫去處理。最好係上菜快手,嗱嗱臨食完嗱嗱臨去睇戲啱啱好時間,呢間值得推介。#永年士多
