To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日訂咗朗豪坊康得思酒店下午茶，當團年過節。喺平台預訂，每人都係二百幾蚊。3:15 pm開始自助餐，都算多嘢食。海鮮有雪場蟹腳、青口、龍蝦仔同凍蝦。熱葷有各樣小食，好似魚蛋、燒賣，瑞士雞翼、珍珠雞、燒排骨、炸豬扒、蝦多士等等。康得思嘅甜品出名好味，多款精緻甜品，仲有雞蛋仔同窩夫；Movenpick雪糕任食；自助飲品任飲。食到飽飽晚餐都慳返。

個人喜好：食自助餐必定要有龍蝦🦞，除非性價比超高會再取捨，所以揀自助餐時自然見到有龍蝦就會優先考慮。龍蝦🦞大隻，肉質鮮嫩；麵包蟹好多蟹膏，肉質飽滿；鵝肝好大件；其他食種類都中規中矩。整晚最驚喜係生蠔🦪，雖然要排隊攞，而平時一般都係每排一次攞2隻，但呢間每次可以攞4隻，真好！生蠔又大隻又鮮甜，肉質爽口，好有驚喜！對於唔係特別好食生蠔嘅我，最後一共排左3次攞生蠔，大滿足😇。雖然自助餐區唔算好大，但地理位置放便，係一個唔錯嘅選擇。

最近我去咗Cordis酒店嘅The Place，試吓佢哋嘅自助餐，真係非常值得推介！一入到餐廳，首先就被佈置吸引咗，環境優雅，燈光柔和，令我感到好放鬆。餐廳嘅設計現代又時尚，無論係同朋友聚會定係慶祝特別日子，都好啱。自助餐嘅選擇非常豐富，從海鮮到日式刺身，再到熱食，重有甜品，應有盡有。首先，我去咗海鮮區，呢度有新鮮嘅生蠔、蟹腳、蝦、龍蝦，同埋麵包蝦，全部食落好新鮮，味道好鮮甜。我尤其鍾意生蠔，搭配一啲醋，簡直係一流，口感滑嫩，令人回味無窮。之後我就去咗日式刺身區，入邊都有好多款式揀，我自己比較鍾意嘅就係三文魚同埋鯛魚，兩個都好有魚味，同埋口感都好嫩滑。接住去熱食區，呢度有好多唔同嘅菜式，例如中式、燒烤同扒類。我食咗佢哋嘅威靈頓牛扒，肉質嫩滑，皮脆口感，真係好好味！佢哋個鵝肝口感細膩，加埋個果醬10分好食。另外，The Place嘅沙律吧都係一個唔可以錯過嘅地方，新鮮嘅蔬菜同埋多款醬汁，令每一口都有唔同嘅驚喜。我特別鍾意佢哋嘅凱薩沙律，搭配啲香脆嘅麵包粒，真係好好味。最後，當然要試下甜品啦！The Place嘅甜品區就好似一個夢幻世界，五顏六色，令人眼花繚亂。我試咗幾款，特別推薦佢哋嘅焦糖燉蛋，口感輕盈，味道香濃，絕對係餐後嘅完美結束。再加上，餐廳仲提供自助飲品，包括咖啡、茶同埋多款果汁，真係好貼心。總體而言，Cordis嘅The Place自助餐真係一個唔錯嘅選擇，無論係食材質量、環境定服務，都令我感到滿意。下次有機會，我一定會再返嚟，繼續探索更多美味！

This is the first time I tried the buffet at Cordis. There was a large variety of food and the seafood was fresh. Food was also refilled quickly. Although I booked through an online platform(starts with K), for the price, it is a bit pricey if you don't drink as as the price includes free flow alcohol. The dessert station was filled with minidesserts rather than slices of cake. The minidesserts were really cute, espeically the perfumed lemon tea jelly. My favorite is their basque cheesecake. Their movenpick icecream also had a large variety of flavors. The desserts I didn't like was the macaron as it was a bit too soft.For the savory, the noodle station was the only disappointment, mainly the Laksa soup. It was a bit too diluted to be a Laksa though the other savories are quite delicious.
