I have enjoyed the ramen at Butadouraku a number of times over the years and found the ramen to have maintained a consistent quality. My favourite is the Pork Bone Soup noodle with Dried Bonito Flakes. The broth has a slightly smoky aroma yet isn’t oily as some other ramen broth can be. I prefer the curly noodle in a firm texture. The accompaniments include two pieces of tender pork, seaweed, bean sprouts and bamboo shoots. If the soup can be just a little hotter it would be the perfect lunch on
