呢間九龍酒店地庫嘅居酒屋非常有驚喜雖然好似好隱閉但都記得要訂位!餐廳面積都大,但係我哋星期五去差啲就book唔到枱。去到都係全場滿座!• Green soybean in garlic and butter 蒜香牛油枝豆• Grilled Stingray Fin 燒魔鬼魚翅•Fried seaweed 炸海苔• Grilled chicken wings 燒雞翼• Grilled onigiri 燒飯團• Japanese egg roll with dashi broth 上湯玉子燒• Thick Japanese fried tofu 厚揚日本豆腐• Potato salad with smoked mackerel and egg 燻鯖魚配半熟玉子薯仔沙律唔好睇小枝豆!佢唔係一般嘅枝豆一上枱大家不斷話好香。牛油味重,反而蒜味唔算太濃,適合作為前菜同佐酒小食,話咁快就清咗一碟。燒魔鬼魚翅鬆脆可口,冇諗過係呢個口感,不過如果可以切細啲/份量大啲就好,我哋多人,一人一塊就冇晒Iu。炸海苔真係大推,好有驚喜,原本以為係一片片點知係厚炸,大啖食落去出乎意料超滿足。鹽燒雞翼冇過份修飾同調味

唔好睇小枝豆!佢唔係一般嘅枝豆一上枱大家不斷話好香。牛油味重,反而蒜味唔算太濃,適合作為前菜同佐酒小食,話咁快就清咗一碟。

鹽燒雞翼冇過份修飾同調味,肉質鮮嫩。仲好貼心有埋錫紙可以套住用手食 加分!
厚揚日本豆腐外皮比較厚,佢特別在冇用炸粉但都依然好香脆,豆腐保持嫩滑。
仲有傳統日本打/搗年糕表演,食客都可以玩埋一份。完咗表演仲有得食添
