味道極為清新,因為除了新鮮蕃茄,也加了自家低溫風乾蕃茄, 雖沒有茄膏坐鎮,味道濃縮了的茄乾令湯喝起來變得濃厚且層次豐富,再配搭椰棗、紅甜椒、Rosemary… 多種材料,那大紅色澤、香氣和味覺,絕對是開胃也吸引眼睛🍅🍅🍅

泡菜很常吃,綠野林的出品又零捨新鮮,因為是鮮造,而且沒有人工添加和防腐。餐廳需2天前把蔬菜洗淨和切好,以蔬菜本身的原汁液浸泡來發酵。經2天後,自然的酸味產生出來,這就是平衡我們腸道生態非常好的益生菌,多吃有美顏功效👍😄

高抗氧化生可可(Cacao) 的3層朱古力蛋糕🍫 每一啖是濃情蜜意的朱古力,夾雜增加口感的椰絲。其中材料還有生可可粉、生可可脂、催芽腰果、椰子油、椰花蜜、岩鹽,中間的一層夾雜藜麥脆脆,面層有甘香脆口的生可可碎,伴碟是酸甜的風乾草莓碎碎🍓 在這次私房菜中首次登場👏👏😀

說好是生素蛋糕嘛,除了無蛋奶,所有成份當然是活生生的,生可可(Cacao) 抗養化功效比熟可可(Cocoa) 超出多倍,以充滿養份的有機椰花蜜代替加工過的白砂糖,多吃不怕肥


上山村「當下!有機茶」☕ 那自然的甘甜味,有點像熱情果,是本地農場出品,喝後口腔有清新的餘香🌿

🌸🌻花之蜜語沙律🌹🌿視覺上已令人滿心喜悅。芳香萬壽菊,花如其名,芳香無比,花蕊帶辣,卻不刺激。秋英,原來2009年名古屋之旅已為她拍過特寫了,這次餐桌上再遇,還是很喜歡她活潑嬌艷的粉紅色,味道比萬壽菊清一點。周兆祥博士自家種的玫瑰,沒想像中苦澀,同樣是嬌艷的粉紅色,無論對身體或心靈也相當有效益,配自家製柑桔香水檸檬蜜醬,非常配合。用來盛載蜜醬的柑桔皮🍊是鮮艷的橙色,嬌小可愛,慢慢細嚼,滿口“新鮮”的蜜餞果皮味道,感覺甜蜜幸福。

🍌香蕉花椰香鮮薑黃「飯」🌺香蕉花酸酸地很開胃,經處理後已去除生吃的澀味,配夾雜著提子乾的椰香鮮薑黃「飯」,甜味剛好中和。伴碟的蒔蘿半風乾車厘茄🍅🌿有大有小,有紅有黃,味道各不同。而未經處理,紅綠相間較大的車厘,最 juicy!

食生,除了“唔生唔食”之外,小麥和米飯也非食生者的家常便飯,多數以翠玉瓜攪成麵條,椰菜花造成米飯,食生版糯米飯更會加入奇異籽來模仿糯米黏度。真的千變萬化,這就是食生有趣的地方!

☘天婦羅拼盤🍆菜葉脆脆 / “芝士”翠玉瓜 / 醬油茄子 / 咖哩沙葛,每款都有原味和處理過的作比較,民意調查後,大家都覺得在慢嚼的情況下,原味最吸引,因為放慢後感官可回歸到最真實和原始的狀態。

不經油炸和高溫煮熟,怎樣做出脆卜卜的蔬菜天婦羅?答案是用風乾機。加上發酵過的果仁,模仿芝士,風乾後便有炸過的視覺效果。

南非國寶醇茶,沒想過是芳香清甜,甜味來自甜菊,適合糖尿患者食用,加片檸檬就更清新,因為是有機的,檸檬皮也同時吃下。而印象中從南非買回來的茶入口很苦,據說是對健康很好的良藥,所以到現在我還搞不懂這2種茶的分別。

🍧尾聲甜品🍓胭脂紅石榴/芒果/椰青 Granola Parfait,唯一這道菜終於可以影相了!色彩溫柔漂亮,果香豐富,椰青肉和桃膠一起打滑,口感像乳酪,卻少了乳酪的酸,甜味是果肉本身,所以清而不漏。每一啖都有脆口的果仁,新鮮的雜莓和芒果肉,胃口和心靈同樣滿足。

生素禪食最妙的地方是,連口氣都變得零捨清新,aftertaste 陣陣菜味,但臨瞓前始終要擦牙囉😂😂😂

We ordered two lunch sets to share the two different main course.

It's difficult to define if this green liquid was an ambient soup or juice. It's made of apple, banana, spinach and coconut flakes. Tasted sweet and refreshing. If it's iced, I'd call it a smoothie.

The salad was fresh enough of dressing made of mango juice and some other ingredients that I forgot. The vegetables were crunchy.

This spaghetti was made of zucchini and other vegetables. There were nuts inside to increase the complexity of taste. Unexpectedly the dressing tasted sweet as well. The texture of the 'spaghetti' was also crunchy. This main course was better than the mini veggi burger.

The plating of this mini veggi burger looked nicer than the other main course. The garnishes were same as the spaghetti. I did not like the 'patty' as it was too soggy. We were recommended to bite everything altogether to enjoy the various texture. It became very messy then. We liked the most was the 'French fries' next to the burger which were actually fresh sweet crunchy.

We added $98 each person to get these two pieces of raw cake and a tiny glass of herbal tea. Texture wise, they were a bit more solid than mousse cake. The purple one was better as it's not that sweet as the orange chocolate cake. Not felt the value for money for this dessert.

Overall speaking, the foods especially the dressings were sweet. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy.

但以友人是一個無肉不歡的客人,他也驚喜全不感“生“的難入口,也賞面的全食清光。
整頓午餐都好清新但也感覺豐富滿足。

習慣了這麽多年食葷,要改變生活習慣不易,但這個對每一個人都從那“油膩膩“的食市作多一個選擇,
還很安心的每樣食材都是最天然的,那又何妨把這裏加進你的聚腳點之一呢?

I've been reading posts and articles about this first and only raw food restaurant in Hong Kong, wanna go ahead and try it so long, but it was open only in week days lunch time. Somehow, I took a leave this Friday, so I got a chance to try it.The restaurant was combined with an organic food store next to it, they've got snacks such as Kale chips and chia crackers as well as their homemade raw food seasonings. The restaurant was combined with an organic food store next to it, they've got snacks such as Kale chips and chia crackers as well as their homemade raw food seasonings.

They serve 2 lunch sets here, which would be changed every month. The first option for this month is a Mexican nacho and the second is tomato spaghetti. Each set serves with soup and salad. I chose the spaghetti one coz I like tomato


While I was waiting for the food (which took quite long, frankly), the helpful waitresses explained to me the concepts of their restaurant and gave me a booklet of class schedule for the self-help courses they offer.

Then here come the food:
The first one is the green smoothies, which contains banana, pineapple, spinach and herb (tastes like lemon grass?)

To me, it tastes like a dessert rather than a soup but this thick fruity little bowl blasted my taste buds.

The salad was refreshing, especially the mango and the citric dressing, which blended in quite well, giving a scent of tropical breeze.

The main was tomato spaghetti. I was wondering how spaghetti could be done uncooked while the waitress explained to me that it was actually zucchini!
They shredded it with a machine then mixed with tomato paste! It is really stunning and surprising. It tastes fresh and crispy. I could never imagine zucchini could be served this way. No wonder it took that long to prepare the food lol.

Having eaten only raw food for 10 days as part of a yoga retreat back in India, I have since then restricted my raw vegetarian food to only salads. So when Alla told me this place is only raw food I had some biases to deal with and for the chef to overcome. This restaurant is very easy to find, and has a very welcoming aura. They were serving lunch sets, on to which you could add-on a dessert. The lunch set consisted of a green smoothie-soup, salad, and a main. That day the main was either a che

This restaurant is very easy to find, and has a very welcoming aura. They were serving lunch sets, on to which you could add-on a dessert. The lunch set consisted of a green smoothie-soup, salad, and a main. That day the main was either a cheese tomato pasta or a mexican nachos. We decided to order two lunch sets with different mains and share a dessert. The smoothie-soup and salad were good, nothing exceptional. But the nachos and the pasta, blew my mind. Specially the mango in the nachos and the pesto of the pasta. The owner came over to our table to explain how then made the nachos chips and that all the produce comes from his farm.
My bias was long gone and the food was now only adding to the 'wow' factor. The best was yet to come.. The dessert which was a vegan cheesecake. It was the most delicious, yet healhty cheesecake or even a dessert that I have ever eaten, and coming from a vegetarian, at least for most of my life, I think this is a huge. 
I wholeheartedly recommend this place, not only for the food and experience but also to encourage and support the efforts of the owner and his staff.

raw vegan - 食材盡可能未經過加熱(攝氏41度以上), 或商業加工.天然有機,全食生,無蛋無奶,無小麥.雖然略貴,不過間唔中食下同埋學下點整,一定健康啲。同埋啲食材好新鮮,味道配搭亦 very good。

I am a health concious person and always keep looking for healthy lifestyle.  When I noticed that the first raw food restaurant was opened, I decided to try it out.  I visited Greenwoods Raw Cafe for lunch in the first place. I was impressed by the raw food dishes they served ~ creative, all natural ingredients.  The service of the staff was also very good.  She introduced us each dish in details with the materials it used and how it was made.  When we left, we saw a couple of Japanese ladies coming for tea (they served tea every Thurs) and purchased a great deal of local grown organic vegetables from the shop.

Then I decided to check out their private kitchen dinner which held every Saturday evening.  Unconventional set up, a group of 30+ people sat together in a circle without tables.  Each of us was served by the staff one by one with the dishes.  In that evening, we were served a total of 11 raw food dishes!  Each of the them was well thought to cater the taste and eating habit of Chinese/Asian.  I can't believe there can be such a wide variety of dishes without cooking.

A total of 3 hours surrounded by joyous sharing, good music and songs and superfood.  I left with light-hearted and energy feeling great.  Finally there is a restaurant that I can be totally rest assured of the quality of food.

As a pioneer of raw food restaurant and just opened for a couple months, I am satisfied with the quality of food and service.  Having said that I am sure they will be doing better and better with the support of all health concious customers and their feedback.  Keep it up!

這半年來一直在學習 eat clean,這個學問絕不是把所有油膩丶非天然的食物從飲食中剔除,當中的配搭以及學懂不同的烹調方法對食材的效用,可是需要一段時間去學和把它融入生活。在eat clean這個項目中,生素食(Raw Vegan)可以說是當中另一個階段。食材的處理過程不會高於48度,而且一切和動物有關的食品都一概剔除,掣肘比起全素食 (Vegan)和蛋奶素(Vegetarian)更多。在網上看到它的介紹時,便很想窺探一下這裡的食物水準。和K11的路距大概是5分鐘,從一個較光亮的大門走進去,便可以乘電梯到達餐廳。到達時需要先到櫃枱點餐付錢,然後便可以走到用餐區等候。最先送上的是濃野草汁 $50,要了一杯是加入了羽衣甘藍 (Kale),但僅僅30毫升賣半百元,而且榨汁又沒有特別的技巧,這價錢未免太進取。A餐 $148 和 B餐$148都提供這款火龍果綠果菜露,以紅菜頭丶紅莧菜和香蕉打碎而成,香蕉的甜味最為突出。它的質地較杰身,喝起來比較有飽足感。香蕉的甜味能夠把蔬菜的部份的澀味蓋掉,適合一些平日對草青味較為敏感的人,也是午餐中最滿意的一款。B餐的主菜是沙律配亞麻籽餅,而A餐則只有沙律。

B餐的主菜是沙律配亞麻籽餅,而A餐則只有沙律。沙律以苦瓜丶冬瓜和翠玉瓜為主,醬汁則帶有酸甜的味道,整體配合起來味道還不錯。不過一份主菜的份量,它下面的沙律菜真的比一手掌的份量還要少,A餐的沙律份量更少。想到生素食者的蔬菜量絕不比大家的平常飲食為少,這個份量相信以主菜來說實在少得過份。亞麻籽餅十分香脆乾身,而且不會太鹹,在調味方面掌握得很好。

A餐
的素食千層麵當然沒有用上千層皮,而是以蕃茄片代替,中間的芝士則是杏仁打成的濃漿。把菠菜風乾後再處理,吃起來沒有生吃蔬菜時容易嚐到的青草味,但和杏仁漿就沒有想像中那麼配襯。夾在中間的蕃茄片不是爽爽脆脆的質感,而且微脆的口感,食味就好像焗好後的千層皮,在原物模仿方面倒是做得不錯。

以芽菜和海帶涼伴,技巧上沒有失手的機會,味道當然也不會有特別的驚喜。圖中的份量大概是一般成人手掌的三份之二,大家兩至三口也可以把它輕易清光。
要在一個對於生素食還沒有很深入了解的社會生存,最起碼的是要給第一次嚐試的人有一個好的初次印象。這裡的食物在味道和賣相兩方面,在家閒時奉客倒是沒有問題,可是要提供一般的大眾市民就絕對有進步的空間。健康的食品一般都會比較貴,還是在一般市民可以負擔的費用內。不過綠野小廚所提供的份量,就算是平日胃口不大的家人(一份午餐吃不夠一半就喊飽)也說可以輕易清光兩份,這裡的定價相信也是令不少人卻步的地方。

If you want to win people over to a raw food diet, you need to give them something delicious.  We did not get this.  For $66 each we got a choice of a salad and smoothie or 'snacks' and smoothie.  We chose one of each and waited.  And waited.  We figured that they must take a huge amount of care over their food to be taking so long.  The kitchen was immaculate and almost clinical.

The smoothies came out and tasted fine (not as good as you can make at home, but OK) and were very small.  They were banana, amaranth leaf and mango with a dusting of turmeric.  It basically tasted of banana.  I make a raw smoothie in the morning sometimes with raw beets, bananas, raw cacao, raw seeds and some MCT oil.  It would blow theirs out of the water, and I am no raw food expert.

Next came the snacks and the salad.  The snacks was a plate with a few dehydrated vegetables on it.  They were rather sad and the tiny 'cake' that was on the plate was soft and mushy, with little flavour.  The salad was comprised of a small handful of leaves with some raw okra, peppers and pineapple.  It had a passionfruit and mustard dressing.  The leaves were sad and had browned on the edges and the dressing was too pungent with no sweetness to cut through the tartness and acidity.  

We also picked up a leaflet for the parent organisation; LifeFlow.  It contained a lot of propaganda based on very little scientific fact.  It says that all food that is not raw is toxic.  It also says that we naturally eat raw vegan food as primates do (actually, the reason we developed a smaller stomach and larger brain, is due to more easily accessible nutrients from cooked food).  The really worrying part is where, under foods classified as deadly, it lists 'all foods from Japan'.  

While I respect raw food (as part of a balanced diet), I do not subscribe to GreenWoods' form.  We were given substandard flavours and ingredients while bombarded with propaganda.  They should spend more time on the taste and less time distributing leaflets if they want to convey their message more effectively.

The place currently only serves lunches Tues-Fridays, but I really think that they should consider hosting an afternoon tea session, because the cakes are really the highlight. In fact, they are mind-blowingly yummy. The portions are not very big but you really don't need a lot as they are made with nuts and ice and god knows what. It may seem pricey at $88 a slice (and it seems such a small slice) but honestly, given the ingredients that is needed to make it, and how satisfying it is, I would totally take a special friend or a date there to treat them.
The seaweed sushi-like things and the flaxseed biscuits are not bad either. One hint: there usually are two choices in the lunch menu. Pick wisely. Don't necessarily go for the bigger portion -- I did that and ended up with a lot of salad. Meanwhile my brother got the smaller one and had more interesting things. If there are two or more of you I recommend picking a meal each and sharing. That way you get to try everything.

The environment is pleasant, it feels very natural and in tune with their philosophy. In the evenings I believe they also host events, special dinners and also have an adjoining organic food/raw food shop.

店如其名,一出升降機門己見他們綠油油的招牌,是周博士親手畫的呢!門口還有幾盤綠油油的植物,果然非常有原野氣息。

門口左手邊是綠野林的商店,售賣各式天然食材和用品,還有周博士的著作。大家來吃午餐的話,也是先在這裡購票。

室內陳設也以環保為主,桌椅是木製的,天花的隔音板,抬頭細心一看,原來是用了裝雞蛋的紙皮!(不過,這裡的食物是不含雞蛋的。)

這裡便是廚房重地,大家不會感覺到有油煙,反而會見到一些可能從沒見過的器材例如風乾機、把瓜菜切割成幼絲狀「意粉」的機器,當然還有不少注重健康飲食人士奉為至寶的名牌攪拌機啦。

五色田園沙律以當造新鮮蔬果如淮山、紅火龍果等製作,沙律醬是椰子加水克非爾(一種益生菌)醬和薄荷醬,色彩繽紛,蔬果爽脆甜美,醬汁的味道其實也挺好的。亞麻籽餅是典型 raw food 的代表,以亞麻籽、杏仁、紫菜等等的材料,放入風乾機長時間低溫風乾而成,所以每一片也是主廚的心血結晶。這裡的亞麻籽餅非常好吃,鹹度適中(我吃過不少市售品,不是太鹹便是太淡),很香口,細看連顏色配搭都有講究。

B 餐的惹味海茸,應該是一種海草吧,樣子竟然有點像...牛雜!(罪過罪過 :P)

其實,我建議正常食量的女生最好點 B 餐,因為要留肚吃甜品嘛!信我,來到不吃甜品的話,簡直如入寶山空手回!

舉一個例子:

紅石榴被譽為超級食品,含豐富抗氧化物,色澤嫣紅,用來做甜品簡直一流。如果大家有製作這類生機蛋糕 (raw cakes) 的經驗,都知道所花的工夫絕對不比普通蛋糕少,雖然家中沒有焗爐都可以做到。說穿了其實沒有什麼秘密(我對這方面略有涉獵,也有問了店方裡面的材料是什麼),餅底是椰子(或果仁)、「芝士」則是腰果跟椰子油打成的,就是基本的 raw cake 結構了。不過經過這裡的主廚精心在「芝士」裡混入不同的配料,再以無窮創意裝飾之後,就成為人見人愛的生機蛋糕了。

這個 raw cheesecake 質感幼滑,跟真的 cheesecake 或 mousse cake 沒差。餅底是香甜的椰絲,四圍再加點原粒紅石榴,可算是 guilt-free 甜點吧!

本來我是選了花茶來配蛋糕的,不過後來店員/CEO 小姐說周博士是日特地研製了全食生版的咖啡,我當然要把握機會一試!這個的味道還挺像 latte,但是既沒有咖啡也沒有奶,果真神奇!

到訪當日全場本來只是半滿,但就有記者來採訪,一個多星期之後,訪問稿在飲食雜誌上出現,此後就...

之後我識趣地準時 12 時便在綠野林出現,半小時不到已幾乎全場滿座!偷聽到鄰座食客的對話,原來他們也是看了飲食雜誌的報導而來的。

這一次的餐單如下:
A餐 -- 生機活力餐
1. 濃滑牛油果湯
2. 養生五色田園沙律 配薄荷青檸甜醬
3. 意大利風味番茄肉醬意粉

今次吃了 A 餐,因為有這個生食「肉醬意粉」。上面說過,「意粉」也是一道典型的生食菜色,就是將翠玉瓜、紅蘿蔔之類的瓜菜刨成絲,佐以醬料食用。看樣子還蠻像真的意粉嘛?當然食味是清新爽脆得多了。「肉醬」則是用果仁加香料打成的醬,吃的時候跟「意粉」混合在一起便行了。由於果仁是生的所以沒有一般烤焗過的果仁般卜卜脆,反而就形成比較像肉碎的質感。所以說,原來生食都可以千變萬化,只要你肯花心思和工夫。

[嘻嘻,我就是懶,既然現在有人弄給我吃,我也樂得常常來吃好東西。再說,這個午餐的價錢也算相當實惠,大家也看到這很多也是工夫錢來的吧!]

臨收筆再拿這個窩心雲尼拿蛋糕毒一下大家,是不是很漂亮喔?再來杯美美的夢幻藍蝶豆花茶,便是完美的一餐啦!(藍蝶豆花茶是什麼?有去過 Gxxxhxxxx Cafe 的朋友應該喝過那杯藍色的東西便是它了。)

题外话/补充资料: 雖然綠野林的午餐接受 walk-in,但為免無位(還有吃不到那麼精致的糕點)最好先致電或 WhatsApp 訂座,還有預留甜品啊!
