太久沒食辣，覺得自己接受辣的程度降低了.....聽酷辣朋友說，中環麻辣燙很有水準，位於中環差館旁，門面裝潢好特別。身為米芝蓮餐廳，也吸引到不同國藉人士來吃辣，果然不錯。我們點了套餐，2位起送一支$488白酒，7道菜吃得津津有味啊! 成都口水雞，一直喜歡吃"口水"系列，因為是屬於涼快的辣，雞皮下沒有多餘的脂肪，最喜歡這樣滑溜，雞肉又是如此的幼嫩，這個辣度是有層次的，好美味﹗海鮮酸辣湯，材料非常豐富，好燙口，嫩滑的海鮮浸在燙燙的湯裡，依然鮮甜， 整體是辣味比酸味突出，喝到一半我已感到好飽了..... 由於不吃牛，餐廳特別更改了霸王豬手給我﹗嘩嘩嘩﹗甫放下已經聞到那惹味味道，口水正湧出。  去骨豬手油炸得好到位，外層鬆脆，裡面仍有滑嫩的骨膠原，辣勁十足，加上惹味椒鹽調味，勁回味!  吃到底，還有甜蕃薯你，Signature菜式，非浪得虛名。 乾燒龍蝦配菠菜麵，啖啖龍蝦肉爽彈新甜，甜酸醬汁流至喉嚨時滲出辣味，好過癮。 想解辣，除了喝杯白酒，還有彈牙菠菜麵。四川菜嘛，連飯類也特別有特色，麻辣燙蓋碗飯，有宮保雞丁、麻婆豆腐、海鮮羮飯。 以醬油飯配著名菜式，比起白飯來得更美味﹗我自己最喜歡麻婆豆腐，

早幾天相約好友飯聚所以去FeedMe Guru看看有咩抵食又好食的套餐，比我發現這間麻辣燙 Chilli Fagara推出了Tasting Menu，一放訂檯去食四川菜！ 一到涉看見門面有點打個突！這兒真是吃川菜的地方嗎？既來之則安之況吧說不定有驚喜呢！ 餐廳內裝潢更不像川菜店，花漾雀籠作吊飾木製桂檯檯凳凳及黑紅的組合很神祕耶！ 畢竟也上到半山對放我這肥師拉當然吃力，喝一杯清爽的Fresh Lime Soda＄42，喝罷即時涼快不少呢！ 檯上放了一碟泡菜試一口很有驚喜，爽口帶辣的泡菜醃得質感恰好，味道調配得宜酸甜辣也得到平衡，見微之著令我對接下來的菜式充滿期待！ Tasting Menu＄550/位{兩位起}已包括一枝William Fevre,Chablis Domaine,2015白酒(價值＄480)，按此訂座 此白酒用鼻子先探索到鮮果及花的香氣 ，喝下亦富果香而且平衡得持久，我喜歡月來配海鮮。 第一道前菜是口水雞紅彤彤的賣相對版了！醬汁吃下帶麻香酸度正常，配料豐富有咬口。 雞肉亦滿有驚喜，皮爽肉滑沒丁點雪味，原來餐廳只賣即日製的出品絕不留隔夜，好有質素的

聽酒友們說蘭桂坊開了一間不錯既川菜Saturday Night點都要約埋班朋友去try下川菜之後再去蘭桂芳飲返兩杯吹水減壓先一入到去，裝修好令貫徹港島區餐廳既一向傳統好唔好食都好，都一定係令既先叫啤酒再點餐紅油抄手呢度既紅油抄手比正宗既大粒好多，唔夠辣，可能遷就外國人口味，辣度同麻度都唔夠酸辣湯夠酸夠辣，湯料好足，呢個湯真心推薦，好飲生菜包又唔係泰式又唔係川菜，味道唔錯但略嫌平凡，好似屋企菜咁水煮魚麻度唔夠反而呢個辣子蝦有驚喜，蝦肉爽口彈牙，辣椒味好香，食得最多係呢個

週日傍晚在Soho區覓食，連日陰雨，想食餐麻辣痛快酣暢！Openrice打開只得三四個選擇，一間重慶麻辣評價極低，一間半山扶梯下感覺呃鬼佬，仲有一間四川菜大平伙去年冒險試過，貴得來味道麻麻地，加上每晚有自以為是的駐場歌手唱類似詠嘆調的中國民歌，實在無福消受⋯⋯咁就只得一間麻辣燙可以選擇，從未幫襯，竟曾經多年有米芝蓮一星，現時也都係米芝蓮推薦，那麼一定要試喇！店舖在半山Fly Pan隔鄰，位置尚可，不大的門臉，入面由於裝飾得宜、挑高樓底，豁然開朗別有洞天，頗有成都那蜀地的悠閒雅趣。第一次幫襯，既然是川味，就試幾道經典菜式：麻婆豆腐、紅油抄手、麻辣香鍋。前兩道菜非常出色，在香港市場上屬於一流水準，麻辣香鍋就一般，食材選尚待提高，價格不低，卻連麻辣香鍋必備的鮮蝦都欠奉，只得廉價午餐肉凍豬肉的出品，頗為失望。前菜贈送了麻辣炸雞軟骨及油爆花生，質素不俗，頗香口。紅油抄手 98元 味好但量少麻辣豆腐：強烈推薦！調味非常好！香辣回甘，妙！108元，一分錢一分貨～麻辣香鍋：398元，質素不佳，不推薦，千萬avoid！兩人兩人白飯一隻啤酒，埋單700+ 麻辣香鍋是敗筆，下次可以嘗試其他菜式，希望保持麻婆

Sichuan Food around the Globe as mentioned previously, suffers a similar fate to say ordering a Beijing Peking Duck or going to Yum Cha for Dim Sum. This restaurant never fails to delight my senses. Amazing venue, food and service. Highly recommended if your looking for quality food.

Today I went for a lunch with a friend to Chilli Fagara. This was my second time at the restaurant, and I was very satisfied with my experience both times. The staff was extremely pleasant and gave the food on time. We had a dish of Kung Pao Chicken, non spicy fried rice, and dumplings in chilli sauce, and a bowl of chocolate chilli ice cream for desert, all of which were very tasty. The food is so disappoiting that I have to write my first review for it!The food was delivered by online dining platform within 40min which is very fast. I ordered a "Slices of Streaked Pork Belly" and a "Stir-fried Jade Vegetables". The pork it writes in Chinese that it is the famous Sichuan dish Sichuan twice-cooked pork. Order arrived very quickly from Food Panda. Ordered ginger beef ($168), side of rice and green beans ($128). The ginger beef was outrageously small. There were probably 8 small slices of beef. For this price, I would expect at least double.I have been going to this restaurant for 10 years and have really watched the quality and service detoriorate.I wish I could put a negative for 'value for money'. I will not order or visit again!

I've been in HK for over 8 years, and Chilli Fagara used to be my wife and my favorite restaurant. The food was great, and the service was decent. For anyone who has been in Hong Kong for a while, you get so much bad service thrown at you in good restaurant, that you don't really expect much.
