I went on 14th of Feb . we taking a table on the terrace , very cozy little place !!! We order the set dinner menu,Duck Confit Galette are delicious . Cider is fantastic They are very busy , so we need to wait quite long . Service was great, very welcoming staff !! We will back again for sure !!

A late booking was made. The restaurant contacted me and requested for deposit for seat reservation. It was completely fine as Valentine's Day is the day of making money for the catering sector.The atmosphere was quite good for couples.But the dishes were not as good as expected, only except for the crepe and the dessert.The thing to critise was that we waited too long for the food, particularly the cook seemed to gather orders and cook and deliver at the same time.But I did like the staff her

今天好想吃法式薄餅，search Google 介紹這店，於是訂座去試試。一上到去見到裝修有驚喜！ 有開陽露台，人不多，感覺很舒服。我們一家三口點了2個法式鹹薄餅和一個卡邦尼意粉。薄餅好味，畧嫌不夠脆。卡邦尼意粉好creamy, 好好食！最後叫了一個 Macaron crepe, 上面有2粒 Macaron, 餅皮上碟時仍然暖口，好食！整體非常好，畧嫌稍貴，下次仍會來。

I was going for my birthday celebration with friends, the crêpe is super yummy and also looking good for taking pictures too!The restaurant environment is pretty comfortable and feeling so relax to chat with friends there.Nice chef and was surprised from the birthday crêpe.Highly recommend to all crêpe fans!

朋友生日同去咗銅鑼灣一間樓上Cafe , 餐廳嘅職員廚師都係外國人, 所以全程嘅交流就留比我朋友負責啦😝到達餐廳時,時間尚早所以佢哋可以比我哋自由選擇坐露台位置還是坐室內。我哋就選擇咗坐露台, 雖然係望街但環境一啲都唔嘈！整體餐廳環境感覺覺得幾舒服寫意! 食物方面味道都唔錯: 煙三文魚沙律 ~ 三文魚嘅份量比想像中的多, 沙律菜夠新鮮, 朋友平時不愛吃沙律都讚了兩次個沙律好食😋卡邦尼意粉 ~ 份量其實都幾多, 食到尾有點膩, 味道係好食嘅我哋揀咗鹹法式薄餅 La Roma ~ 有Parma Ham, Mushrooms, Olive, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese! 我個人較鍾意幾樣嘢一齊放入口一起食, 幾有口感,唔覺得漏, 餅底煙煙靭靭, 但有少許燶味😅 熱朱古力幾香濃略甜餐廳環境唔錯, 食物唔錯, 服務唔錯, 雖然要講英文但我又多一間有下次餐廳了! ☺#純粹個人口味

It is a bit rare for me to visit a french restaurant as usually it’d be expensive. I saw this restaurant on magazine few months ago and today finally give it a try✌🏻I was a bit worry when I get in as customers and staffs were french and I dont know francaise, luckily the menu has english version...!We ordered 2 crêpe, mine is La Terre-neuve, with smoked salmon, tasty and full. 原本想去的餐廳被同事烏鴉一句「沒有訂位，需要擔心沒位嗎？」，真的沒有位… 不過亦造就了來Fleur de sel午飯的機會！我們大概一點半來到，是間處於唐樓內的樓上舖。一推門，先經過一條甚麼都沒有的走廊，還心想是否去錯地方。但轉個彎便見到用餐的地方和右邊的開放式廚房。有心或無意，這簡單的佈局同時令我們的心情轉換到別的空間。我們各要了個Set lunch，另加甜品。店員很熱情，亦有幽默的時刻。整體的感覺非常好。* Salad *醋汁沙律新鮮，開胃清新。* Galette of the day - La Mexico *餡料以肉醬及蛋為主，份量不少，味道很好，拌上蛋黃時不會過膩。蕎麥粉製的餅很香。我個人喜歡皮多於餡，所以減了些餡料來吃，更佳。* Complete *這是同事的。芝士、蛋、火腿。這配搭有點似早餐😝* Crepe - Butter and Sugar *我喜歡這簡單的配搭，牛油可以令crepe的香味提升，亦可清楚品嚐到crepe的蛋味。加上那煙韌的口感，很想要多塊！* Crepe - Chocolate Sauce *

星期六嘅下午，朋友話帶我試新野，銅鑼灣市中心嘅唐樓樓上鋪。🏠門口嘅設計好有特色，餐廳嘅設計好warm。鋪頭嘅座位唔算多，但係有個小露台，所以有室外座位🌳。如果唔係太熱坐室外都幾有氣氛🌼🌞。。食物方面，前菜嘅🦆鴨肝，我極力推介。真係好好食，個多士又暖暖地，再加埋個醋，真係想再encore😋😋。兩個主菜，我哋都係揀咗鹹味。我個人比較喜歡mushroom個個。sausage嗰個其實都OK ,不過就冇乜驚喜。本來我都好想試多個甜嘅🥞，但由於朋友唔太食甜食，而且我已經好飽，所以最後冇叫到。下次有機會，我一定會再嚟試過。三五知己星期六日傾吓計食下野，真係一個唔錯嘅選擇。👍🏻👍🏻

Was looking for something western for lunch in causeway bay, then I remembered one of my friend’s recommendation - Fleur de Sel. We have been told that their products are homemade with French ingredient in order to provide the best French taste. We ordered 2 set. Lunch, a galette and a carbonara for main. The galette is nicely cooked and presented but its a little bit overcooked and the carbonara is creamy and filling. The environment is cosy so it would be perfect for a date.

這間法國人開的小店座落銅鑼灣一幢舊式大廈裡面，主打法式薄餅。餐廳雖然不大, 但環境很舒適，外面還有戶外座位。其實已經不止來過一次, 但每次都會必叫 Escargots crepes今次我地點了兩款鹹食 & 一款甜食。La Terre-Neuve 先來La Terre-Neuve, 這個薄餅材料是煙燻三文魚、太陽蛋和波菜。用蕎麥粉做的crepe皮很有咬口，好煙韌。三文魚+蛋+波菜是無得輸的組合。 La Bourguignonne百吃不厭的La Bourguignonne，用白酒忌廉汁去煮法國蝸牛、波菜和磨菇。田螺爽身沒有腥味，而且店家毫不吝嗇，滿滿的蝸牛擠滿crepe裡。每一口都很邪惡，但每一口都是滿足的。 Beurre Sucre 意猶未盡，再來一個甜的crepe。簡單的砂糖，牛油以是很美味的甜品。 整體而言價錢不是十分便宜但係非常好味，絕對係值得回頭的餐廳。

Fleur de Sel isn’t as spacious and well furnished as Le Crêperie in Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, but the dining experience is more intimate and the food excellent and good value for money. Menu is focused, but there are daily specials on the board. The drinks menu looks interesting with some unusual beers as well. 今日出黎行左好耐, 累累地就同老公想搵個地方飲杯COFFEE 嘆一嘆! 行到咁上下去白沙街既街頭見到2樓有間幾特別的餐廳重點係佢有一個字 "CREPE"吸引到我, 所以我地就衝左上去.上到去個環境好唔錯呀!有INDOOR 同OUTDOOR AREA, OUTDOOR 又唔會好熱! 環境都好舒適同埋寬敞!MENU上好多法文, 好彩佢下面都仲有D英文可以俾我睇下, 老公叫左呢杯Cappuccino 黎到時我地都嘩左一聲, 好靚呀~係佢地自己既BRAND LOGO 同埋杯啡好香呀!!好有HEART呀! 老公飲左2啖話杯啡VERY GOOD~ 咖啡豆好香同埋溫度同奶都打得好適中~之後就係我好期待既CREPE! 個樣好似唔多吸引係有CREAM BRULEE 雪糕加CREAM 同埋煮過既梨. 食左一啖就已經停唔到~ 個CREPE 既皮熱熱地仲煙煙UN UN 好好味呀!加埋小小朱古力醬又唔會太甜~ 但係又好好好好味! 個CREAM一食就知道係HOMEMADE既CREAM, 好滑~ 夾埋個梨食真係好幸福既感覺呀~ 大滿足!!! 

Friday girls night looking for a place to chill after dinner, and we stumbled upon this place. This restaurant is located in a really creepy old building but once you step in the restaurant, the atmosphere is very cozy and parisian. We ordered 1 savory crepe and 2 dessert crepes. The crepes were filling and tasty. The savory crepe tasted more crispy than the rest. The waitress was really pleasant, helpful and exceeded my standard. 之前聽過呢間餐廳既評語，覺得唔錯，所以特登今日尼試下。入到去，氣氛環境幾好，好有法式既風格，十分舒服。餐牌其實非常簡單，就係有唔同種類既薄餅配以唔同既配料，有咸又有甜既。其餘就係選擇唔多既意粉類。唔駛諗啦，我地當然係嗌最出名既招牌薄餅啦。首先尼既係La Terre Neuve，材料包括蛋，三文魚，菠菜等。呢個配搭幾特別，食落又真係有海既味道，十分抵讚！之後就有一個甜既crepe，crepe a la Banane裡面有香蕉同cream，我地再另外+$25加左朱古力雪糕。其實總括尼講，我覺得甜既比咸既適合crepes；但係兩款我都覺得值得推介！
