I chose the latter: the Executive Lunch Set.  The carrot soup was hearty and perfectly seasoned with a touch of black pepper.  The chorizo/emmental/egg/ratatouille galette was beautifully presented.  The ingredients meld together well, and

The galettes were crispy and the flavours worked well together.  The chef had only two hot plates so one needs to allow time for all parties to be served.  

Tip: if you don't like your egg runny, you can opt for scrambled instead.

The 5 of us left feeling full and definitely satisfied.  Being a family business, it felt as if we were welcomed into a French home.

We were surprised that Fleur de Sel have been open since 2010, yet we didn't know it existed until I visited the previous week.

题外话/补充资料: Look for the Aji Ichiban store on Foo Ming St. The entrance to the building is to the left of it. Once you enter, walk down the corridor and either choose the lifts on the left or go behind the security desk and go up two floors.

突然間好掛住英國嘅crepes,跟住就上網去睇下附近有冇一啲可以試吓嘅。叫咗一個鹹一個甜問心我對crepes都有要求! Egg and ham 雖然唔可以同英國做比較,但個crepe上枱熱辣辣,加上個雞蛋同火腿再配上cheese整體上個味道都好㚒! 終於等到我個朱古力crepes,雖然雪糕整到個皮軟,但係整體嚟講都算唔錯,款式又多,所以如果想食,歐洲式嘅crepes可以來試一試!再來指數:8.5

終於等到我個朱古力crepes,雖然雪糕整到個皮

軟,但係整體嚟講都算唔錯,款式又多,所以如果想食,歐洲式嘅crepes可以來試一試!

星期六晚想食crepes,朋友推介了這間餐廳,原來也挺隱蔽,藏身於不顯眼大廈的二樓。想不到星期六晚上,人流並不算多,可能還早吧,才7點,不過我們事先也打了電話訂座,以防萬一。當天廚師跟我們說是日special是scallop,於是毫不猶豫就叫了一份,想不到是出乎意料之外的好吃😋 scallop十分新鮮,不會太韌,而且sauce十分香,配搭crepes,一流! 之後又order了兩款甜的crepes,朱古力味的也不錯,只是已經預期到是這種味道,所以驚喜反而不及scallop. 另一款是香橙味加酒,可能剛好我那一塊沾了很多酒味,我嗆了一下,我也不太能喝酒,酒味對我來說重了一些,我朋友都說還可以。香橙味的sauce同樣讓人感到很意外,橙味十分濃郁,正! 餐廳整體環境氣氛不錯,有一個半開揚的露台,位置坐得舒適,不太局促。以我喜歡食甜品多於正餐的人,竟然三個crepes之中,最喜歡的是鹹味的,更令我決定要開一個account來讚揚它,絕對十分推薦一試^^三個人吃三份其實對於小胃口的女生來說,還是有點多,哈哈,下次可以叫兩份,應該就剛剛好。

另一款是香橙味加酒,可能剛好我那一塊沾了很多酒味,我嗆了一下,我也不太能喝酒,酒味對我來說重了一些,我朋友都說還可以。香橙味的sauce同樣讓人感到很意外,橙味十分濃郁,正!

餐廳整體環境氣氛不錯,有一個半開揚的露台,位置坐得舒適,不太局促。以我喜歡食甜品多於正餐的人,竟然三個crepes之中,最喜歡的是鹹味的,更令我決定要開一個account來讚揚它,絕對十分推薦一試^^

三個人吃三份其實對於小胃口的女生來說,還是有點多,哈哈,下次可以叫兩份,應該就剛剛好。

作為一位相對少產 (小產?生BB? ) 的食家, 今次我又忍不住好想幫這間餐廳寫食評~因為它真的好有特色. 首先, 星期四流流, 中午食飯時間, 佢竟然有大把位, 任你揀! 當然, 它不是位於大商場, 是在"Up Dup" 唐樓. 好多人未必知這楝大廈其實有野食, 仲要同一層有幾間食肆. 其次, 入到去你好像置身外國般, 因為你見鬼多過見人. Menu 方面, 其實lunch set是沒什麼選擇的. 你只可以揀平民版($98) 和豪華版 ($118). 分別只在於最後有沒有多一個甜品crepe. 前面有湯和沙律對選, 主菜有火腿蛋crepe 和 蕃茄辣腸蛋crepe對選. 我們兩人去自然每人叫一樣, 食均所有味道. 不過我覺得, 外國人是喜歡點蕃茄辣腸蛋crepe的, 好像那才是正宗的法國風味般. 而火腿蛋crepe, 材料好像是港式茶餐廳早餐般, 是否為迎合港人口味而設? 其實兩個口味都唔錯, 因為個重點是落在薄而脆的底薄餅身上. 來這店都是為了食個薄餅吧!
因為怕太飽, 我們只叫了一個平民版, 一個豪華版lunch set, 所以只有一個甜品. 甜品當然又是crepe吧. 只是可以選sugar and butter crepe定焦糖crepe. 和上回合一樣, 感覺沙糖同牛油好鬼港式, 所以我們選了好像外國feel一點的焦糖味. 由於我沒吃另一個, 所以其實我不知是否港式的. 但焦糖crepe個餅底, 和main course的crepe又好唔同. 之前是多多焦脆脆的, 甜品是少少焦軟林林的. 另焦糖都好夾味. 

飲品方面可叫咖啡, 但不可以叫Latta那些, 如要叫就加$10. 來到如此法式情懷的環境, 十元八塊也不計得那麼多了. 可惜的是, Latta沒有拉花也不要緊, 但它用上了彷彿是脫脂奶般, 令奶味很淡, 不是my cup of tea, and my cup of coffee. (減少少分)

Nice gem on 2/F of a dilapidated old building. Quiet, relaxing space in the midst of busy Causeway Bay...The four of us shared a few savory crepes then topped off with a nice ice cream one. The kids especially liked the ham and egg. I liked the salmon. The duck confit was a tad dry, but still nice.

為左慶祝出糧,同男友吃一餐好嘅(順便慶祝埋紀念日?)再次黎到呢吃crepe!!!全部水準都keep到,而且公眾假期環境都唔會好嘈👍雖說話食crepe,但係carbonara先係重點!!!每次黎都要食,個汁超creamy!!!讚

A colleague took us here for lunch and it did not disappoint. For just $98 (+10% service charge), you get a soup/salad, main and dessert (or substitute dessert for tea/coffee). The daily soup was pumpkin soup. It tasted fresh and the seasoning was perfect. We savored it pretty quickly (didn't even take a picture!) For the main, I went for the monthly special which had egg, feta cheese, ratatouille. It was delicious! As I was already quite full, I opted to have black tea rather then their dessert

As I was already quite full, I opted to have black tea rather then their dessert (vanilla ice cream was the offer).

I will definitely be back to try other items on their menu!

Missed the chance to try this crêperie after it moved to Causeway Bay as their crepes machine was out of order last Christmas. Found this rainy evening a good opportunity to do so. Enjoyed the ambience and cozy environment with light music and tasteful decor. The menu mainly consisted of crepes - of all flavours and ingredients, both sweet and savory. The menu mainly consisted of crepes - of all flavours and ingredients, both sweet and savory. I tried a basic one with ham and egg, the crepe was lightly flamed and had a slightly strengthened texture which was able to hold the ingredient and keep that mouthful of crepe intact. The rustic flavour was uniquely brought out by these very common ingredients. I went on to the one with lavender syrup, caramelized pear and ice cream. Contrary to its appearance, it was not heavy and the lavender was the perfect go-between for the ice cream and the pear. This went very well with the traditional brut cider. 

The staff were friendlier than my last visit, the prices were reasonable and the place was perfect for both savouring solitude and for leisurely relaxed gatherings. Not too expensive at $232 for all these.

Dinner--- I first ate Crepe in Nantes,France. There are several crepe restaurants in Hong Kong but they are too localised. My friends made the reservation so we no need to wait. Surprisingly, Fleur de Sel reminds me of the original taste of crepe! Although the place is tiny (we are in HK lol), the atmosphere/service/food are all above average.We ordered 2-3 sets of crepes/galettes, 1 set of escargot, 1 set of foie gras, 2 ice-cream/desserts, and 2 bottles of wine(apple and pear). I love the crep

Surprisingly, Fleur de Sel reminds me of the original taste of crepe! Although the place is tiny (we are in HK lol), the atmosphere/service/food are all above average.

We ordered 2-3 sets of crepes/galettes, 1 set of escargot, 1 set of foie gras, 2 ice-cream/desserts, and 2 bottles of wine(apple and pear). I love the crepes/galettes very much, as they added much cheese/ham on top of them and it was really good. I have noticed that some said the crepe was too thin...Errrrr that was what I have eaten in several cities in France. So for me it's absolutely alright. 

For me, the escargot was not as outstanding as the crepe, I prefer a stronger flavour (they can put more salt/herbals maybe?).

Don't miss the foie gras. The outside layer was very crispy while it was soft inside. The sauce was good.

For the ice-cream and the wines, my friends loved them so much! I don't remember the name but one of the desserts looked like a giftbag. We have 4 persons so we ordered 2 bottles. The apple one is sweet while if you do not like the sweet wine, go to the pear one then.

Definitely we'll be back. Merci beaucoup. :-D

其實這天早已吃了午飯 但偶爾經過寶富大廈,不試一下名閒已久的crepe好像有點可惜。餐廳位於唐樓內,其實不容易吸引人流,但在我到達正門時入口的一條白色隧道散發著獨有的味道,令我對這法色餐廳期侍不已。我叫了一個咸的La Terre-neuve crepe。這crepe有煙三文魚,菠菜跟半熟的蛋。crepe的外皮略脆,帶有滿滿的麥香味,不配著其他配料也不會失色。而煙三文魚口感嫩滑,又唔會有腥味膠味,忌廉及蛋汁令煙三文魚嫩更嫩滑。配上外皮與菠菜。圈著吃令整塊crepe的口感帶有不同的層次。唯一一個有點失望的是crepe上菜時顯然不夠熱。不過其他方面也能搭救。

老實說..自己就唔係太鐘情於法式薄餅呢樣野, 所以都抱住試新野既心態黎喇(笑)

佢餅底似係用左麥味既粉漿黎整, 食個邊既時候, 可能因為冇配料0係上面, 感覺似食緊早餐麥片

呢個我個人覺得麻麻地, 可能因為佢個餅底味比較濃, 加埋parma ham感覺有d膩..帶唔係幾出parma ham既香味.. 

食法國餐(?)要飲酒同食法式田螺都係常識喇~~所以我地就開左支rose..

呢支200幾蚊既玫瑰甜酒68蚊田螺都算抵丫
或者係自己唔太曉欣賞佢既招牌菜, 所以我自己食蒜蓉醬焗田螺同飲甜酒仲滿足


可能因為2個大圓形分4邊既咸薄餅, 每人實際上只係吃左半份既薄餅, 個胃唔夠滿足, 或者係一場黎到, 點都要試埋甜薄餅先complete既心態~我地都叫左2個甜既黎share~~ (當甜品都得?)

由於一位朋友對於nuttela既大愛, 我地就理所當然地叫左個nuttela crepe

仲有一個係薑餅既~~就係薑餅碎加舊香草雪糕0係中間, 再淋好多焦糖醬上去~咁就100幾蚊喇~~~
所以話, 女仔錢, 就係咁易賺

       正躊躇覓一角落好好坐下,糊里糊塗地發現這法國私房菜。       靠着鼻子勇敢穿過一條灰白色文化石長走廊,Fluer de Sel內座席不多,空調溫度剛好,室內裝修以白色為主調,長梳化上擱着紅調靠墊,桌子配上柔和簡潔富現代感;落地玻璃門連着黑調陽台,高懸的吊扇緩緩轉動,暖和的燈光灑落地板上,眺望銅鑼灣繁華夜景,與情人在此小酌一樂也。  店內主賣法國小吃Crepe--可甜可咸的薄Pancake,可一角一角切着吃,也可捲起來切着吃;店內還有不少甜點可供選擇和酒精飲品供應。我們點了La Savoyarde , La Fraçaise 和Bolée De Cidre,先送來的是透心涼的的Bolée De Cidre,啜一口,連平常不喝酒的啫喱米媽媽也愛上這清爽的蘋果汽酒,再上桌的卻是 La Fraçaise和La Terre-neuve ,雖然錯了,但我們沒有退換,反正第一次到店什麼也吃吃看。這次吃的Crepe都是Galette(咸吃),皮脆略焦,沒有過火,及把Crepe捲起來像太卷般吃 La Terre-neuve是煙三文魚加菠菜配搭半熟蛋及雙倍忌廉而成,菠菜跟三文魚平分了主

La Terre-neuve是煙三文魚加菠菜配搭半熟蛋及雙倍忌廉而成,菠菜跟三文魚平分了主角的重責,蛋汁和忌廉更使整體變得細緻嫩滑(不得不提雞蛋比伴碟的蔬菜沙拉更新鮮);La Française的主角是Camember Cheese,Goat Cheese,Bayonne Ham 配 Walnut Salad若喜歡濃味(尤其是Cheese & Ham 的粉絲)這款Crepe一定令你再三回味,入口嘴嚼嘴嚼,先跑出來的是 Goat Cheese,跟着是濃郁的Bayonne Ham (法國西南部特產)繚繞着整個口腔,Camember Cheese 則善用自身黏黏的特質把所有食材串聯起來......如果爽脆凡多汁的蔬果沙拉也來湊熱鬧必可起了調和的作用(沙拉一開始被吃光光...)使誰吃了也過也不覺略鹹。
      下次再來要試試法國蝸牛


      啫喱米媽媽總希望蘋果汽油可如啤酒般大杯,菜油米爸爸則說作午餐比晚餐好,啤梨米和迷理米兩隻小熊則遺憾沒有跟法國席侍應說廣東話......

题外话/补充资料: PS 1最好先Booking 2最好先把食材分佈平均一點才捲. 3餐刀不好用切不斷咸火腿。 4陽台雖然是向街但十分乾淨。

店子很小呢,近露台的地方沒有窗,有一排bar table的位置,夏天來會比較熱。因為沒有訂座,我們便被安排坐在那兒。
It's a really small restaurant. Towards the balcony there's bar table with no window. It's kind of hot in summer. As we didn't make any reservation, we were told to sit at the bar table.

Crepe的選擇不少,我選了有三文魚的。都是新鮮即製作,等了一會才上菜。嗯,挺吸引人的說。中間還有一顆半熟蛋,我把蛋黃切開後便開始吃。薄薄的一層crepe,烤得非常好,有麥的香味而沒有焦。邊沿的部分很香口,中間的部分沒有被配料弄至全濕,有少許咬口。好吃。
There're quite a lot of choices of crepes. We picked the salmon one. There was a bit of a wait since everything was freshly cooked and prepared. Um, it did look quite enticing. There was a half-cooked egg in the middle. The crepe was rather thin and light. Besides the crispy edges, the center was soft and a bit chewy and it didn't get soggy. Simple and delicious.

再來的是另一道crepe。形狀是菱形。上面鋪滿了配料,有菠菜、蕃茄及菇。我把配料拌了一拌才吃。也不錯呢,不過crepe好像有一點乾,但沒有烤過頭。
We ordered another savory crepe which was in a rhombus shape. On the crepe there were spinach, tomatoes and some mushrooms. I mixed them for a bit before tasting the dish. It was also decent and tasty. Though it seemed to be a bit dry but definitely not overburnt.

我愛吃crepe,因為它可以很簡單便已經很好吃,crepe上的多數是新鮮的材料,調味不用很重手。但在香港吃好吃的crepe的地方不多,Fleur de Sel可說是我的心頭好,不論是soho店或銅鑼灣店都有一定的水準。
I like crepes for it can be delicious and simple. The ingredients are usually fresh without the need of much seasoning. However there are not lots of places with quality crepes in town. Fleur de Sel is probably my favourite go-to place for crepes.
