Isola Bar & Grill (已搬遷) 新店位置

老闆Book左位同小妹食生日飯, 一去到就有位! 餐廳有2層, 下層serve緊semi buffet lunch, 而我地就係上面果層食a la carte!我地一人叫左一杯野飲, 再叫左幾樣野食一齊share~Peach Tea無咩特別, 甜度一般!Calamari Ring炸得都幾香口, 而且都有好多!生蠔有海水味, 但係唔覺得特別新鮮! 不過連個waitress都唔知隻蠔係邊個國家黎既~~Tomato Cheese Pizza蕃茄味濃, 個皮有D厚, 麵粉有D多, 但係整體都唔ok!Cream Sauce PennyCream味道唔濃, 粉有咬口, 食落一d都唔膩!Sirloin with Mashed Potato牛肉好淋, 個醬汁唔咸, 有少少BBQ味, 加埋個好滑既薯蓉食, 每一啖口感層次都好豐富!總括黎講, 呢個午餐都幾好食, 個環境好靚, 坐得好舒服! 野食份量都OK, 係一次不錯的體驗!!!

Day off的平日，自然希望出外走走，原打算到glass house，可是到達才發現有private event，what a bad day...唯有轉戰同層的Isola，景觀一樣，因為同樣是落地大玻璃Menu有小食和主食，價錢大慨50-200，亦有create your burger的menu，價錢128可選一款包，一款醬汁加二款配料是次選了beef burger，truffle mayo, cheese,lettuce可惜是牛肉太乾身，令黑松露汁不能發揮錦上添花的效果但薯條夠粗夠脆，份量又不少，和友人分享已足夠友人點了orange and peach tea$58十分清新的味道，總覺得外國餐廳的iced tea是很冰涼和好飲的！果然沒有失望這是我的rose tea $58 ，入口清甜，餘韻很重玫瑰味，令人十分放鬆，又是清新之選雖然食物很普通，但環境一流，點杯啤酒坐個下午，又是時侯回歸打工仔生活

因為同朋友慶祝生日，所以特意挑選一間環境好及優質的餐館。數個侍應當客人有需要時會一湧而上，而且有180度維港景色，這裡環境先點選較出名的西班牙火腿，待應很細心為你加上黑胡椒，蜜瓜也很清甜，配搭恰宜前菜多款面包源源送上比較有驚喜係PIZZA，芝士夠多，夠JUNCY，即叫即整。當然…這裡的每款菜色基本200-300左右，如一個五件廚師推介是日甜品要$298，當中一件檸檬蛋白好味，有一種好FRESH 甜酸感覺，其餘心太軟也不錯。我們臨時告之待應有朋友生日，他們也很好地送一塊朱古力名牌及點蠟燭與甜品一拼送上，此舉動真係十分窩心呢!

今年吃的第一第二個聖誕節大餐, 都是由公司所辦的。星期三才在AMMO過了一個又熱鬧又開心的聖誕派對, 星期五就和teammate來了IFC的isola, 來個小型卻窩心的聖誕午餐。其實自己是從來沒想到要去isola吃午餐。看看價錢就知道, 原全不是我平日消費的範圍之內嘛。HK$368+10%, 這個價位也比我預期之中要高, 我還以為是HK$300左右就可以吃到午餐...沒想到老闆還好好興致地點了一支香檳。正午時份丫, 吃完午餐還要回去工作丫! 這樣子飲酒還是第一次。感覺也太有聖誕節的氣氛了啊!既然一場來到, 頭盤當然揀appetizer buffet 囉。以冷盤為主, 選擇極多, 個人特別喜歡大蝦,肉質解甜而爽口, 非常非常好吃。最重要的是大蝦都去了殼, 吃起來很簡便。而在ISOLA吃到的mozzarella 質地和我以前吃到的都不太一樣, 口感比較軟綿, 難道這才是真的mozzarella應該有的質地嗎? 一向都很愛這芝士的我簡直是有點不能先拔。Mozzarella 的用料是水牛奶, 味道不會太濃, 配蕃茄作沙律是永遠的絕配。Appetizer 當然也少了不parma ham 和蜜瓜

踏入Isola，四周環境就給人一種舒適的感覺！落地玻璃面向維港景色，店內裝潢設計以簡約的白色和通花為主！侍應先為我們奉上麵包籃，麵包款式不多，但勝在微烘軟身，不錯！今天的餐牌，居然連一款魚類也沒有，令我們迫不得已地選擇了牛！選過主菜後，已急不及待到buffet table逛逛！頭盤buffet，水準也令人很滿意，無論是凍肉、煙三文魚、巴馬火腿配哈蜜瓜、剝殼大蝦、各式沙律菜，還有美味的芝士併盤，全部擺碟十分精緻，水準均令人滿意，比起很多高級酒店都有過之而無不及。經過一輪狂風掃落葉式的出擊頭盤，已經有七成飽，期待主菜出場！甫上桌，我與友人均報以對望的眼神，主菜賣相固然的有進步空間，即入口試其味道....肉質像煲湯渣似的，鞋口乏味，更不可稱得上有肉汁，我試了幾口便放棄了，極為失望！縱然對主菜失望，但面對色彩繽紛、五花八門的甜點，又令我振奮起來！Tiramisu入口細滑帶酒香，blueberry cheesecake 芝士香濃鬆軟，切下質感不至硬巴巴的！還有mousses的幼滑更有驚喜！餐後總以一杯「濃」、「香」、「滑」的cappuccino 作結！

不用等位 心知不妙 atomsphere is really great!! the choice of music, the awesome view, the chill seatings.. all is well.. until we order the food... ordered an appetizer + a salad + a pasta. food itself is normal! the appetizer in the photo is ok, nicely sliced, just that it lacks a bit of salt as finishing, besides the sauce. the salad is normal. fresh veggie with nice sauce. however, problem arises when we waited for the pasta for +45mins since we ordered. waiter said that it required a further 10mins

Came here for business lunch recently. We ordered 3 course set lunch which included choice of appetizer, main course and dessert. They served bread first, it was all right, but I would like it hot. 今次同朋友聚會選擇IFC Isola Bar & Grill 😁 一坐低點餐前, 侍應們先為我們送上一籃麵包配欖油及黑醋吃, 鬆軟香口😁前菜大家決定試試24個月巴馬火腿配蜜瓜, Parma ham唔算太咸, 配以甜蜜瓜味道, 超級滋味既組合😁 另一款吞拿魚帶子他他岩晒鍾意食帶子既我, 帶子超級生鮮, 回味十足!!!  主菜我地選擇pizza, 有巴馬火腿、蕃茄粒、水牛芝士、芝麻葉、帕馬森芝士... pizza 感覺好薄, 但它的材料超多!!!  最後我們叫左意大利軟芝士蘋果批, 酥皮香脆，配以一片片的蘋果及雪糕, 一冷一熱! 正牙!! 另一款雲呢拿奶凍配紅莓, 雲呢拿奶凍配以新鮮的士多啤梨、紅莓、藍莓, 口感一流!!  

朋友突然想約飯局, 漫無目的地大家到了中環, 為了避開在炎熱天氣下找餐廰, 二話不說到了商場坐下便來了包藍, 包條脆, 包是涼的, 有油醋及蒜醬伴一款火腿, 份量不錯, 24個月十分美味, 伴有蜜瓜薄而脆口的薄餅底, 十分難得, 是即製的, 配料不少, 芝士味道十分足夠令其十分香!十分意想不到, 自家手製意粉非常美味, 質地柔刃彈牙, 真是很令人難忘, 整體味道亦恰到好處!服務十分不錯, 環境陰暗, 是較高格調的氣氛, 還有海景, 不過其實職員沒有令客人不舒服, 迫出高級餐廰的感覺, 反而能輕鬆地與客人建議食物, 很友善亦很細心!

早前出席活動後，跟朋友約了在IFC 3樓的Isola Bar & Grill食晚飯。第一次在這裡開飯，裝潢及格調都不錯，而環境更是一流，窗外都是維港美景。不論情侶約會還是朋友飯聚都很適合呢!點餐後，有麵包先給你「頂頂肚」。麵包可沾上橄欖油及黑醋，麵包鬆軟，加上微醱的黑醋很開胃呢~第一道前菜是24個月巴馬火腿配哈蜜瓜。這個超推介呀!! 本來我就很喜歡食Parma ham，但平時的Parma ham肉質沒有isola的嫩，這裡的油脂分佈也蠻平均，食著不會覺得乾巴巴的，而且有很香口的油甘香。而Parma ham不會過咸。配上清甜的哈蜜瓜，中和Parma ham的鹽咸味。另外還有吞拿魚帶子他他。因為我不喜歡食吞拿魚，但試了帶子及牛油果，帶子的鮮味配上牛油果，很fresh呢~主菜是巴馬火腿、蕃茄粒、水牛芝士、芝麻葉、帕馬森芝士薄餅pizza即叫即製，皮薄而脆，配上Parma ham、水牛芝士、帕馬森芝士超滋味~~雖然有蕃茄粒、芝麻葉中和一下，但是味道仍偏咸了點。份量夠大，我跟朋友兩個女仔食了一片都食不下了。另一道主菜是巴馬火腿黑毛豬脊肉卷伴薯蓉。對。又是Parma ham XDD黑毛豬脊肉肉嫩j
