MANA! Fast Slow Food (已結業)

早前在公關邀請下，在Restoration享用the Entertainer的買一送一優惠後，覺得超方便又超抵! 反正，這個試用版的Free App，已經包括6間餐廳的買一送一劵，不用白不用，昨日甜魔媽媽便大膽帶著小兄妹，與親切可人的Vivi公主，來到中環利用the Entertainer的超抵買一送一優惠，開心的連食兩場；為了減肥，第一場去了MANA! Fast Slow Food來頓素食午餐，索性來個Green Friday!很喜歡這間食店的意念，Fast Slow Food就是以快捷的方式提供natural, healthy, local & traditional grown foods；事實上，MANA是一個古字，其中MA就是"Mother"之意，可見小店非常Eco-friendly，希望提供可持續發展的食物，同時也提高消費者的環境意識呢!為配合食店的理念，整間店的裝修及設計都很樸素自然，探用的餐具也很簡單，多是採用再造紙，又或是corn based，並不含對環境有害的塑膠! 而在店內，清水也是免費提供，不過就是顧客按需要自取，免造成浪費。不過，不知是定價稍高，還是港人不太吃

I arrived at mana at around 1, towards the end of lunch hour and it was so packed inside! 昨午相約朋友到此店吃午飯。我太貪心了！最後因太飽而患上渴睡症……下午的工作在掙扎著清醒之中渡過……我其實只點了兩款食物。但兩者加起來便很份量十足了。Soup of the day（是日餐湯）是green pea（綠豌豆），$40。整碗都是綠色！恐怖嗎？我覺得很吸引哩！湯的表面有豆芽粒。磨成豆蓉的湯口感非常豐富。味道竟然不是豆的青味，而是有甜味的。我好像還咀嚼到整顆青豆粒。主菜是Mana! Bliss，$75。又長又巨型。皆因薄餅有11吋長哩！內容是avocado（牛油果）、hummus（鷹咀豆）、cucumber（青瓜）和spinach（菠菜）。菠菜和青瓜都是生的。菠菜質感有點滑，但同樣沒有菜青味。所有材料都很新鮮。鷹咀豆磨成豆蓉，像醬汁。不習慣只吃菜的朋友可能會覺得很單調，而我則覺得很清新。因為配合像中東、比較乾的薄餅來吃，那些菜便有調和作用了。朋友對於我的Mana! Bliss便沒有興趣。她點了Mana! Joy，$75。內容是avocado garlicnaise（應該是有蒜頭醬汁的牛油果）、tomato（番茄）和mint（薄荷葉）。但她仍然覺得味道不夠豐富，要加點橄欖油來吃。靠

At Mana, I rediscovered my love affair with zaatar..... it's a middle eastern spice blend of sumac, herbs, and sesame that's tangy and aromatic. 天氣轉涼自然想喝暖粒粒的熱飲冬天就是最適合飲湯的季節!MANA!的湯品($40/cup 330ml)質素絕佳美味、健康、足料、風味、獨特、新鮮、新穎更是飽肚之選已經買過很多次了今趟選了三款一次過寫個總評吧!昨日喝的是這款--藜麥辣椒薄荷洋蔥辣豌豆湯+青檸汁辣椒、薄荷和洋蔥只是其中一些配料, 份量不多但配搭得宜能使味道更有層次各種豆類有磨/煮爛的也有整顆的所以喝跟吃同步進行, 又有嚼勁喜歡與否則因人而異青檸汁可以選擇下與不下下則間接令湯沒那麼濃稠也混入清新的味道調和給人感覺良好前日是這款--甘藍葉青扁豆洋蔥烤椰菜花雜菌湯雜菌為數不少椰菜花跟炒的差不多, 沒有很冧所以雜菌的軟稔跟豆豆和椰菜花的爽口形成豐富口感椰菜花和雜菌+豆的配搭亦頗新鮮調味不重, 沒有Life的濃湯般有濃濃的黑椒/香草味兩者各有特色, 亦是健康之選每日的款式也不一樣但新鮮程度、風味、款式而言應是MANA!優勝個人偏好MANA!再大大前日是這款--薄荷黑藜麥扁豆辣豌豆湯+檸檬汁這次檸檬放在湯上面因為第一次吃黑藜麥, 也是第一次喝加入藜麥的湯加上之前喝過有薄荷的湯(MANA!食評中所寫之凍湯)印象不太好不過對豆湯一向有好感所

又一個加班的星期五，放工的時候已經快九點了。找東西吃吧，胃口實在不大好，吃不下又怕胖；不吃吧，腹中實在空空，不見得可以撐到明早。和同事在中環漫行，兩人都很有默契地逼開了人多擠擁的街道，走著走著便來到了威靈頓街。雖然這家店已經開業了半年，但一直都沒有怎麼留意到它。今次經過的時候忽然想起它好像是售賣素菜，而且看到店內的客人都好怡然自得的樣子，也就決定一試。除了售賣的食物是素食之外，此店也非常推崇環保的概念，看到他們很仔細地把垃圾分了好幾類，心裡多少有點感動。衷心的希望此店可以長久做下去，可以向更多人宣揚一下環保的意識。點了餐拿了食物之後我們就到後面的小院子進餐。這個Open area 的小院子啊，其實就是一個我們平日不會正眼看上一眼的陋巷。不過拉上了燈，擺放了小蠟燭，又多了份「襌」味，帶幾分粗糙的浪漫感覺。驚喜之餘，心中也敬佩老闆的心意。拾級而上，看到的是一張可以坐到十人的大木桌。當然也不必期望它會有精緻的裝修，映入眼簾的還是典型陋巷的那些剝落的"批蕩"、發黃而殘舊的牆壁。頂上舖了幾層黑紗擋去太陽的直射，再掛上了綠色植物，裝上了一排黑色locker，忽地這個地方也變得有夠cozy。友人or

又來了!將近十時今天只想吃個簡單的早餐為身體detox一下聽說wheatgrass shot有許多micro-nutrients在香港並不常見更何況是新鮮即榨的呢!超市售賣的都是加入大量糖份的加工品其實要即榨即喝才能保存較多營養!而且wheatgrass juice罕有這裏售$40/30ml據我所知另外再有鮮榨wheatgrass的是Sawasdelight($45/35ml)價錢差不多第一口喝下去是甜甜的再喝便是青草味青澀中帶點苦果然不是一般人會接受的味道我也需要點時間不過感覺良好Detox就是不一樣"只好這樣想但我也鼓勵多些人試試感受原始和天然的味道說不定你會喜歡喔!flat也不必餡料豐富才好吃看起來很長=]實際上都頗長感覺好像比其他breakfast flat的還要長MANA! 看過以往的食評就知道本人十分喜歡這裡這次受鼓勵嚐試MANA!的湯Soup of the day::Squash Orange Mango with Green Chili and Mint(加了價後才試以往賣$35/cup)材料除了上述的橙, 芒果, 辣椒和一大串薄荷外還有橄欖油和原顆南瓜籽我忘記了這是Raw soup, 所以拿上手的時候打了個突: 凍的!?才想起這是Raw的, 未經烹煮, 當然是凍的不要緊, 最重要味道好與否本來就不太習慣水果入餚果然不出所料, 我不太喜歡這個湯不是說不好喝只能說不合個人口味酸甜的水果配上微辣的chili和清新的薄荷其實效果理應不錯做成吃的菜餚我應該會喜歡湯則不太對我口味所以只能可惜地說一般了但南瓜籽我可是全吃光喔以為今天只有Coconut的口味供應怎料還有兩件Chocolate!便買了一件上課前補充體力(明明上課就不需要甚麼體力)Like this paper boxSimple is beauty=]Chocolate cake也是raw的所以自然也是凍餅般creamy mousse的口感面頭跟truffle一樣是苦苦的cocoa nibschoc
