We made advance reservation that day and when we arrived, we were quickly seated, though it was to the seating request we had made earlier. It took them an additional 20 mins, as we waited for the prior patron to leave, to finally get our window seat.

However, that was not the main point of our concern or complaint. We placed an order for their prime rib steak. Upon reaching our table, we already noticed that the steak itself was relatively warm. We didn't think much about this and continued to eat, but then we discovered that both our sides of garlic mash and sweet potatoes were cold! We called the manager to voice our issue and he said he'll fix the problem. We specifically said, please do not put this back into the warmer or microwave.

Our dish returns, but only to be still cold. In addition, they had used the warmer after we said not to. The plate was hot to the touch, the surface of the sides were warm, but inside it was still cold! The steak itself had also changed color as they tried to lazily and quickly reheat our food.

Manager's response to the change in color was because the steak was dipped in Au Jus sauce.. like wtf??? who dips a fresh cut of prime rib into Au Jus sauce prior to serving? or in this case, "heating"??

They offered us a complimentary dish of their seared tuna.. only to make things worse as that tuna was not cold or warm.. like as if it's been sitting out all day.. and the tuna itself was horrible as it had plenty of veins to go with it.

At any rate, this place is to be avoided. For the cost of the food, the service and the quality, is horrendous. It's subpar.

見今日老細出左去開會~ 早少少過左灣仔同女朋友仔食lunch~之前試過車房既扒, 都諗住唔會返兜outback架啦, 由於有得儲印仔既緣故, 所以都係返outback… 由於此店都距MTR頗遠…. 所以累到我遲到.. 我覺得outback 最最最最最最最好味都係個麵包,

等左一陣子, 個outbacker先到~!

唔… 塊芝士仲係熱辣辣, 溶住上架~

不過, 冇我最鐘意食既紫洋蔥

Nevermind啦~ 因為佢d 薯仔都好正架~ 要再加小小pepper, salt 吊下味就perfect啦~!
一個lunch 60蚊一位, 都reasonable呀, 因為真係好飽呀~

哈哈~ 下次要再去!! …. 儲印仔…

was gathering with friends last night, a party of six...the restaurant was surprisingly quiet on friday night so we didnt need to wait to get a table. the hostess brought us to a half booth and half chairs table, thats really nice... shrimp is fresh and hot served, with the sweet sour sauce, yummy!

wow the onion is big big big that we couldnt finish it, yet the deep fried onion is perfect match the ranch dressing

huh~i love this most, juicy mushroom is fresh and the taste is perfect when you dip the cool ranch sauce....nice...

melted cheese and bacon bites on top of the french fries, a must have item when you visit outback

we ordered two steak entree which it comes with a bowl of soup or salad, thus we four guys wanna share so we chose two salad, one house salad with honey mustard dressing and a caesar salad
these two salad are served by frozen bowls, make a fresh green look.... especially i like the caesar one as the crouton is crispy and the rich smell cheese....traditional taste..

entree:
16oz prime rib, frame grilled style, medium doneness
the doneness of the meat was exactly what we ordered, mid pink reddish in centre with light brown
the au juice served on side could enhance the beef taste to perfect
side dish we chose two sweet potatos, topped with honey butter, brown sugar and cinnammon, its the food item i never missed everytime i come to outback, highly recommend! couldn't find any replacement that better than here!

another good cooking way for a good quality steak
angus beef tastes better than other steak on menu, of course the selling price is higher though its worth
we ordered two rice pilaf as side dishes, a rich chicken oil taste rice, with a little bit red pepper...smell good

main cause:
barbeque ribs
we ordered a full rack, the bbq sauce pasted on the 12 grilled ribs, yummy yummy!
(personnally i prefer this ribs to the one in tony roma's, even tony roma's is famous in ribs, yet i guess i have been dinning in outback for many years so the first good ribs i tried is always the best...haha}

another must try item....
oh one dish only had four pieces, how to share? so we played paper, sicssor, stone.... who wins can get one piece...lol
of course i won a chop finally, tasted specially good....haha

dessert:
chocolate thunder...
we were too full to order anymore... one dessert was more than enough....so we had one and two bites as a sweet dinning ending.... cold icecream and warm brownie in one bite.... delicious....

we were having a very nice time, chat all night long with such good food.... the atmosphere here is suitable for gathering and dating...i think i will bring my boyfriend to here another time....

We came to the place at 12:45pm with advance booking; at that time, there are just few tables are occupied, the waitor and waitress are not busy at all. Then we place the order of 4sets of Rib eyes which is a a la cart item (not regular set lunch), $198 per dish.Upon we placed the order, the restaurant was getting crowded. Almost everyone there ordered set lunch/ burger etc. After 15 mins, it's full house, those waitors was busy delivering dishes but only for the ppl around us. We kept waiting

We kept waiting for another 15 mins, we asked 1 waitor + 1 waitress to check the status, but turnout they didn't get back to us!!!

Finally, a foreigner (in causal wear, bet he is the Manager/ owner) noted our complaints and admitted that their kitchen got a bit messy at the moment and our dish will be ready in 4 mins.......

therefore, for these 4 sets of steak, we'd been waiting for more than 30 mins!!! RIDICULOUS~~!!!

I will NEVER go there again with my colleagues.....

3. 落order時叫咗2 coke + 1 diet coke + 1 coffee, 係咪好正常會上咗汽水先, 然後餐後上coffee? 但等到D正餐都上晒D汽水都未嚟, 問個manager 佢話會即刻上, 我好心提佢係2coke + 1 diet coke, 五秒鐘後佢走嚟問我, "係1 coke + 2 diet coke 啱唔啱?"... 真係激到我即時啤一聲! End up 最後汽水+coffee都係一齊上...


4. Spinach Cheese Dip 得嗰幾條spinach, 然後成碟都係cheese, 咸過乜咁

其實Outback D 嘢唔係難食(除咗個spinach dip 失望咗D 不過我都知係唔可以同US嗰D比嘅), 地方亦幾四正, 之但係D service 真係好唔掂囉. D "口靚"仔waiter 成日好似遊緊魂咁不特止, 個manager淨係見佢行嚟行去都係唔知做緊乜, 學劉生話齋, 今時今日咁嘅服務態度, 認真好唔掂囉!

Had lunch with some friends here. Really enjoyed having lunch here. The restaurant is open with surrounding windows on its perimeter, thus making it a nice environment. The tables in fact are packed together, but doesnt give you sense of crowdedness. Really nice decor.Price of its food is not expensive. The soup was carrot and celery soup. It was quite fresh, and didnt have the special scent of celery. It went well with the damper and creamy butter. Its salad was okay, but it would be nicer if more dressing was provided. The baby riblets were the same yummy. It had very nice bbq sauce making it very tasty. I saw an onion burger, which was very nice. It was only $72 for a lunch set, i thought it was good value.

Outback Steakhouse 的lunch 質素OK,以她不算貴的價錢,已經是合格有餘lunch 的湯試過雜菌湯和西蘭花湯,都十分creamy,而且很足料,很濃郁的雜菌/西蘭花味道,但麵包就麻麻,因為不夠新鮮也不夠熱主菜來說, 最好吃的是rib bone,都算多肉,份量很足,而且肉質"林"滑多汁有肉味,配合惹味濃郁的bbq sauce,很好吃的反而比較貴的牛扒真的麻麻,太硬太韌太乾沒汁,不好吃啊至於餐飲還是叫檸檬茶比較好,coffee雖然大杯但好難喝,酸味太重,明顯是用質素很差的coffee beans 呢

同舊同事黎食lunch,呢度 lunch 都算多人,係呢區價錢吳算貴.Set lunch 的湯係cream of mushroom,很creamy,我一向都prefer 羅宋湯,不過呢個湯我都好滿意。呢度提供的係正宗澳洲的 damper.Damper 是乜東東點解黑色? 在遠古時,當地交通未發達時,運貨人都要在野外一段長時間,所以都要帶簡便食物,damper 便是在野外用營火烤焗的麵包,所以有呢隻炭黑色.當然而家就商業化製作喇.不過亦好配合 Outback呢個主題.我點了my favourite Baby rib bone,個bbq sauce 味唔錯,個rib 稍為少肉,但係 lunch 都無所謂,吳好食咁多.呢度連 coffee 都好大杯,真係 Australian style 呀!

男朋友一向都鐘意去outback 食扒...當晚成8點去到, 差D 要等位...waitress 擺左我地上bar 台, 坐左陣之後來通知我地可以轉返去"地面"..."落地" 之後order...黑糖包好耐先上...唔知係咪太餓gei 關係, 覺得個味道好好...不過唔算太熱, 但都仲算暖...男朋友order 左一個西冷, 我就order 左一個outback 燒牛扒個餐包括餐湯...法式洋蔥湯, 好香, 但有D 太咸伴碟我個餐跟薯蓉同菜絲沙律, 男朋友o個個就係雞飯配雜菜...菜絲沙律係我最愛, 薯蓉好香好足料!雞飯好有雞味, 雜菜就數量多但冇乜驚喜...西冷唔錯, outback 燒牛扒超好食,尤其outback 汁值得一讚!不過如果可以食生gei 我建議叫5 成熟...因為我叫7成, 就D 部分比較韌...lee 間outback 最好gei 就係可以傾計...比銅鑼灣o個間靜好多...不過waiter 反應算慢...

2008-06-01早前與好友一起參加 Openrice 舉辦有關母親節的一個活動,幸運地雙雙得到 Outback $50現金卷共四張,故相約在此來吃次大餐。我們選址灣仔分店,為的都是因這裡的環境和氣氛都要比銅鑼灣的恬靜得多。先說前菜,是一大條免費的蜜糖黑包。配上其香滑牛油,確是令人回味。次說頭盤,我們揀選了香辣炸雞搥($68) 。一碟九件,伴上清新的西芹條,相互中和一下,可以說是一個巧妙的配搭。主菜方面,大家都不約而同選擇了11安士的西冷扒(Sirloin)餐($158)配黑椒汁,五成熟。黑椒汁不夠香濃惹味,味道比坊間的茶餐廳還要差了一點;西冷扒要了五成熟,但個人覺得還略嫌不夠軟熟,下次還是選擇貴一點的牛柳餐會好得多。至隨餐附送的餐湯為忌廉洋蔥湯。洋蔥切絲,條條分明,香濃幼滑,相信是筆者喝過最好的餐湯。至於自選伴菜筆者則選擇了雞味炒飯和薯條,前者味道特別且味美,後者則跟麥記那些沒大分別,是較粗身而已。連加一 $418,扣除 $200現金卷,每人 $108,再一次多謝 Openrice

我們選址灣仔分店,為的都是因這裡的環境和氣氛都要比銅鑼灣的恬靜得多。

先說前菜,是一大條免費的蜜糖黑包。配上其香滑牛油,確是令人回味。

次說頭盤,我們揀選了香辣炸雞搥($68) 。一碟九件,伴上清新的西芹條,相互中和一下,可以說是一個巧妙的配搭。

主菜方面,大家都不約而同選擇了11安士的西冷扒(Sirloin)餐($158)配黑椒汁,五成熟。黑椒汁不夠香濃惹味,味道比坊間的茶餐廳還要差了一點;西冷扒要了五成熟,但個人覺得還略嫌不夠軟熟,下次還是選擇貴一點的牛柳餐會好得多。

至隨餐附送的餐湯為忌廉洋蔥湯。洋蔥切絲,條條分明,香濃幼滑,相信是筆者喝過最好的餐湯。至於自選伴菜筆者則選擇了雞味炒飯和薯條,前者味道特別且味美,後者則跟麥記那些沒大分別,是較粗身而已。

炸蝦-一貫的炸漿+雪藏細蝦仔炸磨菇-又係果d炸漿,但係粒磨菇都juicy芝士薯條-薯條係粗的,所以個心會有少少軟,淋,最鐘意,有芝士同煙肉碎淋o係面.炸洋蔥-炸漿+食完唔會有口氣的熟洋蔥麵包-好滑,係呀用滑泥形容的麵包.牛油永遠都係perfect matchribs/fries-個ribs唔ok,又唔係唔好食,不過無咩特別angus steak(5成)-呢個最得.好淋,但係又有咬口.又唔會太厚.羊架-無羊膻味.....唔係好食凱撒沙律-清一色係同一款菜,芝士粉都夠,麵包糠都比得足雞肉蝦扁意粉-個粉煮得啱啱好.個sauce都係.係白汁,唔會稀.雞肉唔會太鞋,蝦就唔係好多隻la...

2月15日成日聽人講.但我都係第一次食ja.見佢有個情人節套餐但我地都係叫左散叫.前菜有個免費的蜜糖黑包同蝦.蜜糖黑包最好味.我好中意.成日聽朋友講d食物好大份.但我自己又唔覺喎.可能我大食啦.哈哈.諗住聽人講好大份.所以先叫個茄汁海鮮意大利粉,諗住飽肚點.成$130家.勁貴.但比想像中細.似意粉屋.食咁多樣.我覺得個意粉比較差.個爆谷蝦家姐話上次係其實分店食大碟點.唔知係唔係呢?叫左個8安士牛扒餐(烤牛扒).我唔食牛的.但我屋企人就話幾好味.我地開頭叫5~6成熟.但個waiter話會有點血的.咁我地就叫左7成熟.但我媽食落都感比較生.食完之後個waiter問我們感覺如何.我地話牛扒比較生.waiter話如果唔係就一去去到10成熟.下次可以try下燒個隻牛扒.會比較好.之後問返個朋友.原來佢通常都係叫燒個隻牛扒.特別:服務真係幾好.特別有個叫cherry.我諗佢係高級點的.但食物就真係貴左點了.間唔中一次都可以的.
