隔離有一些蒜蓉泡沫,帶來輕輕香氣卻不會搶去主角的甜味。這令我想起一般中式酒樓,如果食這些蒸海鮮,很多時會直接落蒜蓉粒和粉絲去蒸,這樣只會吃到蒜蓉的味道。



都是奉行我的宗旨,如果海鮮食材是新鮮,一定就這樣清蒸加少許調味,已足夠,才不會浪費好食材嘛。今次這一味燒北寄貝,就真的可以吃到原汁原味。

這個也是個無得輸的組合,巴馬臣芝士意大利粉置底,我們選擇加黑松露,侍應即場刨上兩款來自塔斯曼尼亞的松露,感覺很治癒:



松露片下得毫不吝嗇,足 5 grams;同埋一般餐廳用的所謂黑松露油,都含有化學香料。這個真材實料,$198 抵加:

當然黑松露不是越多代表越好吃,這 5 grams 配一碟意粉就剛剛好;而且它的意粉調味刻意比較淡,用來突出松露香氣,可說是完美配搭。現在想起,也很回味!

另一款是矜貴的宮崎和牛,先輕慢煮,後煎至表面金黃。和牛油脂分布平均,足兩大件,輕易地切開,入口油滋滋帶肉香,愛牛的朋友我會建議加錢點這個,它能將和牛的優點發揮得淋漓盡致。

總結全晚,食物美味充滿驚喜,服務細心,每道菜式上菜時侍應會細心地略為講解,不會令人覺得長氣;另外亦備有信封給食客盛載口罩,這些都是細心服務位。加上對着無敵靚景,邊吃邊傾,是絕對值得用心享受的 fine dinning fusion 旅程。

Went for lunch. By the glass wine selection was good (I had a glass of Chianti Classico), servers polite and attentive. Food overall was good, including the bread. Had the salad with herbs ice cream as appetizer. The ice cream was sweet but went surprisingly well with the salad. Shared the pork chop and beef ribs with my friend as main course. The pork chop was cooked just right, and went well with the blobs of lemon and sweet potato purée. Beef ribs were tender. Didn’t go for dessert but ordere

西九文化區是一個十分舒適的地方,不但景觀開揚,環境還很優美,坐在海邊吹吹海風,身心都得到放鬆。趁著近排秋高氣爽的日子,相約友人來到全港數一數二坐擁無敵海景的餐廳 – PANO 食飯。 店名取自Panorama的頭幾個字母,正正與餐廳坐擁的全景觀有關,因PANO是文化區內唯一一間無阻礙的餐廳,所以真的十分貼切。餐廳主打揉合經典傳統及創新概念的法式料理,常給客人帶來驚喜。 既然美景在前,怎可沒有美酒相伴,隨意點來兩杯【Bartender’s Collection】內的雞尾酒與美女朋友聊聊天,真是一樂也。苗子特別喜愛清新帶酸甜的味道,當中的【Calamasi】正合心意,非常清新,也令食慾大開。 隨後,侍者送上新鮮出爐的麵包籃,香噴噴又熱辣辣,還附上咸味及甜味兩款牛油,喜歡將加入海鹽的牛油塗在熱辣辣的麵包上,實在滋味。相對之下,另一款則加入了蜂蜜,軟滑香甜,也是不錯的。 清新的【Amuse Bouche】差不多時間送來,分別是帶子他他紅菜頭脆筒及法國煙鱔墨汁脆片,前者由於還加入了檸檬泡泡,吃起來相當清新脫俗;後者的煙鱔雖然濃香油膩,但配合上牛油果醬同吃,卻產生了意想不到的清爽,做到濃而不膩呢!

緊接而來的【Coconut Fish Maw, Abalone & Chicken Bisque】有點兒像極中式燉湯的組合,可是成品卻是一道不折不扣的西湯,首先由侍者放上載有花膠、鮑魚及慢煮雞胸的盤子,再慢慢注入奶白的湯羹。輕輕掏上一匙奶白的湯羹,先是感受到濃烈的香茅及椰奶香,雞湯的濃郁則慢慢滲出來,是有點違和感,但又不是不好喝,其實是不錯的。

來到這道吸睛的【Applewood Smoked Crab Jelly Royale】,不但賣相美觀,也很美味。當拿開玻璃罩後,一縷輕煙飄出,那股強烈的蘋果木香氣已令人垂涎三尺了,由上而下分別是新鮮海膽,中層的鮮蟹肉及下層的蟹汁燉蛋,一起來吃就感到那種濃郁鮮甜又有煙燻香的美妙味道,輕易令人著迷。

經過幾道海鮮菜式後,來到意粉環節,在二選一的情況下,與友人各點一款再作分享。苗子比較下喜歡【Stir Fried Spicy Spaghetti with Clams】多一點。大廚一改Agilo Olio的做法,改為滲進中式的調味,以麻辣來入饌,變得相當有新鮮感,而且層次十足,先麻後辣,相當有美味又有刺激感。

另一道是【Spaghetti with 24 Months Parmesan Cheese, Tasmania Winter black Truffle】,是友人愛吃的口味,每條煙韌的意粉上都掛滿了片狀及細碎的松露,香氣馥郁出眾,配合巴馬臣芝士,已非常美味,而且松露的濃厚香氣來源都是來自侍者即席刨上的Frozen Black Truffle,實在令人興奮。

重頭戲的主菜來了,同樣地與意粉一樣各選一份再作分享,先把【Allspice Maltose French Pigeon with Shallot Puree】品嚐,鴿胸烹煮得五成熟,非常嫩口,且帶有濃厚兼野性的肉香,而鴿腿則烤得完熟一點,帶出香脆焦香的感覺,沾上由鴿骨熬成的血鴿汁,就有種野性原始的味道,十分好吃。

另一份的【Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Two Ways】更是深得苗子喜歡,大廚採用了兩種不同的烹調手法去製作,首先是肉眼,將其烤至Medium-rare,呈現出漂亮的粉嫩,油脂分佈平均,入口即化,還把邊位烤得微微焦香,美味極了;另一個做法則是把含豐富膠質的和牛牛面頰撲上混合了芥末的麵包糠,再慢慢焗製而成,肉質早已燜至軟腍,一切即散,加上惹味的外層,的確別有一番風味。兩者之中,主菜各有千秋,但和牛的配菜內的甜薯蓉更勝血鴿的乾蔥蓉。

來到Tasting Menu的最後一道甜品時,胃口已有點飽,但甜品的吸引力非凡。這道【Purple Glutinous Rice】是一道變奏版的椰汁紫米露,先將黑糯米幻化成雪糕及奶凍,再倒入液態氮的椰子雪糕,將所有材料混在一起,味道就像一碗如假包換的木7汁紫米露了,相當令人雀躍。

今日揀左一間比較偏僻嘅餐廳!環境好靚嘅餐廳🍴適合可以靜靜地傾下計嘅客人!每一道茶都好精緻美味,但略嫌上菜比較慢!雖然每道菜都細細碟,但都好飽!蜆,松露,海膽,魚都非常出色!不得不讚嘅係main course乳鴿

After reading the few negative reviews regarding the service (or lack of it) rendered by this restaurant, I must congratulate myself for braving out the se commentaries to gather my own experience.  I booked an outdoor table initially, but decided to sit indoor on arrival.  My request was duly entertained, with a gracious assurance from the receptionist that I could swap back to a table outdoor if I preferred.  The service from the other staffs were professionally friendly and cordial as well.

Interesting fusion Canton-French?, good or not? Hmm...the chef’s skill set is very good but, service...disappointed. It’s strange that tasting menu without proper closing by a cup of tea or coffee with this price tag. How much for a cup of hot beverage? 2-5% of the tasting menu, right?There were noises around made by the waiters/waitress passing around and at the back at last 15 minutes. Hope that Practice makes perfect 👌 ... will be better! Need more signage for directing guests to this restau

Need more signage for directing guests to this restaurant...I heard a few complaints about the signage issues.
In this evening, Fire alarm false alarming...

Tasting menu Dishes were good anyway...but again service needs major improvement for matching with the quality of food.

- 海膽西蘭花燉蛋 - 呢碟真係三樣嘢都唔夾, 啲西蘭花冇調味, 冇汁就咁擺落去. 啲蛋又唔滑. 海膽又唔係話好靚
- 我揀咗和牛 - 基本上未試過覺得和牛係難食
- 差唔多每道菜都有泡?! Presentation 冇咩心思. 全部都係抄人嘅.
- 冇一碟係突顯倒原材料嘅鮮味

服務方面:
- 以上所講嘅坐位問題, 未開始食就覺得’瀨嘢’
- 有幾道菜, 有個男侍應好大力擺低咗就行咗去, 冇介紹. 要另外一個侍應行埋嚟介紹番. 全世界食咗咁多西餐都未試過咁樣
- 個部長唔係好接受意見

環境方面:
- 各方面都咁失望, 好采有得坐窗口咋😅
- 但係我哋坐嗰個位係最近門口嗰個, 所以冷氣唔夠. 嗰陣正正係夏天
- 我嗰位仲要滴埋冷氣機水😳

總括而言:
- 雖然唔係太貴, 但係都係覺得唔值
- 個景咁靚, 真係嘥晒

疫情後出番黎食飯,所以想食好少少啦。同女朋友去西九想睇埋夜景,所以揀左樓上呢間PANO,當晚都無book到位,walk-in都有位。天氣幾好,所以揀左坐出面,有feel啲。//有兩款tasting menu,分別係1,188和888,但見到入面既菜式一般,所以都係散叫。//一黎會有兩款包和水(有still 和sparkling ,當然係要收錢啦),而waitress 都好好,見我地食曬面包,都主動問我地refill//我地分別叫左個slow cooke chicken、barbarie duck breast和意粉//Slow cooked chicken: 有兩件雞胸和雞髀,share食都幾夠,食落都嫩滑、雞髀的皮都好香口Duck Breast: 都有兩件,個皮似用蜜糖燒過,非常香脆,一定要試意粉:素食黎,無肉,咁waitress 好細心,知我地share食,所以幫我地分成兩碗//✅總括而然,性價比一般啦,價錢方面見人見志啦,我就覺得份量都偏少✅唔怕熱都prefer大家坐室外,始終俾呢個價錢,大家都想睇下個夜景啦

Slowcooked French Chicken Legs Roll
佢個雞皮超厚 所以好睇個人喜好
朋友食左2啖就放棄 因為覺得太油
但我偏重口味 佢個雞皮煎得好香脆
成件事好紥實
面果層d雞油滲哂入雞肉到 好嫩好juicy
個底可能浸住左一陣 成片諗左 好油
所以最後切左底d雞皮先完成到全件

While there has been some complaints regarding the service of this restaurant, I decided to give it a try as we all have our "bad days"... after all, I should see it for myself...The restaurant is in fact located in a location where you do not have much traffic and far away from the city concrete forests ... After parking the car and within a decent 5 mins walk, we had arrived to this nice restaurant. Sadly, this is all I can share that was exciting about this visit... then, its all downhill aft

While there has been some complaints regarding the service of this restaurant, I decided to give it a try as we all have our "bad days"... after all, I should see it for myself...

The restaurant is in fact located in a location where you do not have much traffic and far away from the city concrete forests ... After parking the car and within a decent 5 mins walk, we had arrived to this nice restaurant. Sadly, this is all I can share that was exciting about this visit... then, its all downhill after... just like the road that led us back to the car park after 10 mins... 

Due to the Covid-19 social distancing policies, we can only sit 2 people per table, so, we have booked 2 tables for a party of 3-4. When I booked, I requested for a window table and the lady confirmed that 1 table will be by the window and another one, which shall be side by side, will only have a part window view but it will still have a good view. Fair enough,  I understand its difficult to arrange 2 window tables side by side.

So, as we walked towards the reception desk, there were another couple right in front of us. When they were seated, they were led to a table that was not by the window. As the restaurant area is quite open, we could see that they had requested to change to the window table, which was immediately accommodated positively by the lady receptionist.

Then, we were asked for our booking after the couple was seated. So, after giving my details, we were then led to 2 tables which was next to the bar area, in the middle of the dining area.

Obviously, I was not happy and the lady reception just gave me an excuse that (1) the other couple booked first, and (2) she only said the window seat is arranged on best effort basis.

What disappointed, frustrated and angered me about the whole incident was that the lady just tried to make up excuses that the other couple booked first. If they had, why weren't they seated in the window table at first and had to request to be moved? Second, she just tried to cover herself by saying window tables are only accommodated on a best effort basis. She clearly explained and described our table arrangement when I made the reservation.

While I did not have the chance to sample the food (which I don't think I would have missed much based on other reviews), it is a total put off with such sub-standard and unprofessional service in this kind of restaurant. Absolutely and totally unacceptable. Readers can review other comments and we all know why people are coming to this restaurant... if it wasn't for photos, IG, FB, ambiance, there would be many other choices...

To be fair, the  restaurant manager, Billy, tried to smooth things out but sorry, hope the restaurant will take this as a lesson. You have to be really bad to mess things up right from the start but they seemed to have achieved this without much difficulty.

Good luck to those visiting the restaurant.

this place located very far away from where i parked, even booked in but served in a very squashy table and the table still haven’t set up by my arrival, asked for other free tables and there were six free tables available but there an old guy with glasses said those free tables are not available, so sat in between there walkways, very disturbing atmosphere all way long.. & until i finished my meal those tables are still free!?! They said there welcome mocktail which it didn’t come til the end o

當知道西九龍文化區裡有一間法國餐廳開幕,還是由 Gaddi's 的一級廚師設計菜色,實在好興奮!去了兩次,食物都沒有令人失望,特別是鴨胸,生蠔前菜, 加上一流的夜景。可惜惡劣的服務態度大煞風景,一次又一次用呼喝的態度來招待,特別是那個高瘦的男經理阿K (?),由第一次打電話問哪裡可以泊車他已經沒有提供有用的幫助,到準備坐位的時候一句招呼都沒有。在疫情嚴峻下我都希望和家人再回來品嚐美食,打電話訂座時又遭受他無禮的稱呼,感覺很受罪。倘若我再光顧,他的服務態度足以令我我害怕他反而會對我的食物作出一些下等的行爲。美景美食,只因一間高級餐廳的一位不專業的服務員/經理已經可以令人反感到這個地步,美中不足,實在可惜!

聽咗好耐呢度食物水準好而價錢合理,Tasting Menu 9道菜 $1188,6道菜 $888,但冇揀到 Tasting Menu因為入面main dish只可揀牛及乳鴿。之後揀咗龍蝦手工麵、一個素食辣炒意粉、一個羊架及甜品。呢個龍蝦意粉100分,非常香燶好味,意粉質感非常好,煮得唔硬唔軟,又吸收哂啲龍蝦汁及泡泡,好香好鮮味。一定要試。單煮一個意粉可以係唔好味,但呢個蒜香辣味意粉煮得岩岩好,spaghetti 同 linguine 唔同,兩種麵佢哋都煮得好好食。羊架燒得適中,但可以熱啲咁上,配菜都算okay。甜品係朱古力撻,有煙燻味,特別香但唔係100%夾個chocolate tart。
