生蠔6款共1打多款新鮮生蠔，任君選擇。生蠔上枱後Mark哥會細心寫返生蠔的品種和次序。生蠔開得很好清洗得乾淨，因為我好怕食蠔有碎縠或沙泥。～～～～～～～～～白酒美國大硯（送蒜茸法包）一上枱已聞到濃濃的白酒香味，忍不住先飲一啖湯，白酒夾雜住大蜆的鮮甜，真想飲晒成煲湯。大蜆肉非常嫩滑，大廚煮海鮮的火候拿捏得非常好。～～～～～～～～～蒜香大蝦意粉味道香香辣辣非常好味，意粉恰到al dente不多也不少。大蝦新鮮彈牙鮮甜，整體非常好。～～～～～～～～～

In general , we had a wonderful dining experience. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and fresh, Seafood Stew, Homemade Ink Pasta and Fries were all great. Service was attentive and friendly, particularly Mark and Joe. It is certainly a fabulous restaurant.

“From tide to table” - their slogan caught me and so did the fresh oysters!First I like the interior environment which got a coastal feeling~ love the just-about-right warm lighting too~Staffs were very friendly that they’d introduce the lovely oysters while serving them.Oysters were SUPER FRESH and tasty! My favourite was that from coffin bay, Australia. Sweet yet balanced with the mineral taste~Thanks to Mark Lee and team! We enjoyed our night and did tasted the sea 🌊🍻

又到晚上吃晚飯的時候，途經Taylor Shellfish Farms，於是就打算吃生蠔，入到店內找了座位坐然後點餐，這次點了蒜蓉焗龍蝦和生蠔，飲品一杯，等約十五分鐘左右餐到了，之後就開始吃，龍蝦的副菜是炸薯條和蕃茄蔬菜，龍蝦很夠蒜香味肉質厚和有口感，加埋店內的自製醬汁吃很好味，法國生蠔很生鮮和鮮甜，加檸檬汁來吃份外入味，炸薯條份量很足，有很香的椒鹽味，炸得鬆脆和有很多薯蓉，不會硬身和沒有麵粉味很好吃，炸薯條也是這裏的招牌菜式，店內環境舒適，對面就是有百年歷史的教堂，感覺很有氣氛，服務員的態度也很好，整體上很不錯，下次再來光臨

之前疫情最嚴重個陣見呢間餐廳成日有生蠔優惠，就一直都想試下，重開晚市之後終於有機會啦，不過宜家只係有openrice訂座每人送一杯白酒嘅優惠，聊勝於無啦😛餐廳雖然唔大間，但裝修都幾有feel，第一印象已經唔錯。🐨Oysters ($33-59）餐廳嘅總公司係西雅圖有自己嘅蠔場，所以提供30幾款生蠔，我地個日就大約有10款畀客人選擇。我地食左兩round，🦪全部都好新鮮，好滿意，特別鍾意法國嘅夏朗德蠔🥳🐨白酒煮美國馬尼拉蜆，配蒜蓉包 $148本身係想試青口，但當日居然無，有少少失望，惟有揀個蜆食下。佢地嘅青口同蜆都有幾種煮法揀，因為想食海鮮嘅原味同埋無咁膩，就揀左白酒煮🥂蜆食落都新鮮，但唔會好有蜆味同鮮味，但佢個白酒汁就幾唔錯，食到洋蔥同酒香。蒜蓉包好正，香脆惹味，沾埋啲白酒汁黎食會食唔停（感覺比蜆更好食🤣）🐨大蝦意粉 （上網搵唔返佢個名同價錢🥲） ～$108意粉彈牙，有咬口；蝦都幾大隻，肉質實淨，但無想像中咁鮮味（因為前面嘅野食都幾好味，同埋呢到係食海鮮為主，所以有啲期望😕）整體上調味簡單，不過不失，可以試下其他意粉/飯。🐨啤酒脆漿炸鱸魚+薯條 $128因為唔係好夠飽又嗌左個fish

趁假日同屋企人食好嘢，發現呢間生蠔專門店，原來逢假日和weekend生蠔6隻或以上7折，drinks半價，加埋見食評多讚，就試下啦。果然唔錯呀！有好多唔同來源地既生蠔，店員Mark 和工Joe 細心介紹，咁我哋食完第一round又一round。生蠔埋白酒，優優悠悠，非常寫意！雖然白毛豬沙律和龍蝦汁海鮮意大利飯普通水準，但生蠔美味，加埋Mark 和Joe週到的服務，也是值得推薦和再來的

The service was great! Oysters were super fresh and delicious plus many choices. Other seafood like fish and chips also have few options in the dish choice. Super tender and first time in my life to try the snails. Surprisingly good! 😋 Going again today! Thanks

之前都叫過幾次外賣，今次第一次食堂食，估唔到除咗生蠔，熟食都咁好食👍🏻👍🏻～ 當中叫左炸石斑薯條同埋龍蝦海鮮意大利飯！石班外皮香脆，肉質好林好滑！意大利飯都十分入味好足料，龍蝦湯都好鮮甜🤣配埋蒜蓉包一流啊😋😋生蠔好新鮮，🦪🦪🦪分別食咗三隻唔同款式嘅蠔。叫6隻重有7折優惠，可以試到唔同嘅生蠔！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻另外店員Mark同Joe 服務超好又親切啊，令到呢餐飯食得好開心！

一個月內第二次幫襯，以生蠔嚟講價錢同大型超市差唔多，好抵食。叫個880套餐，有6款12隻包括Gillardeau同Ostra Regal Gold等人氣生蠔，仲送一枝紅/白酒。生蠔上咗之後店員Mark哥仲非常專業咁同我哋介紹唔同生蠔嘅口味。食完一打之後，偷聽到Mark哥同隔嚟檯介紹有杜拜生蠔，呢個比較少見，即刻貪新鮮叫嚟試試，原來杜拜生蠔口感好清爽，值得一試。其他hot plate有墨魚汁意粉，海鮮雜燴都唔錯。中意食蠔嘅朋友一定要嚟試下 

Super fresh seafood, I like Ireland oyster much ! And the shrimp, how lovely it is! Super yummy hot food! Nice wine, especially Thanks for the staff, Mike and another guy(forgot asking his name). They are super nice and considerate!!! Good place for chill , party!!! Thank you !

This is my first try in this restaurant. The service was great, and I was glad that the waiter Mark Lee patiently answered our questions. We ordered oysters and mussels. The quality of the seafood is good and fresh with no foul smell. Very good overall.

This neighborhood western eatery with seafood is a gift. I can having the party , going out experience within steps to my home. Great selection of fresh oysters and Sunday afternoon Happy Hour is a steal. All the other hot dishes are casual and easy with the seafood mains. Staff are always nice. It gets busy on weekends with tables by the side walk. You can feel being away from home.

I live in the area and have walked past Taylor Shellfish on Sai Ying Pun High Street so many times but never went in. Finally visited as was meeting a friend for drinks - hadn't even intended to eat dinner but saw that my friend had ordered some really nice looking food and had to get involved. My friend's allergic to gluten so always nice to find good places where he can actually eat. Our waiter Mark Lee gave excellent service and was great at recommending which dishes to order.
