Duck liver with apple/ Pan-fried U.S scallop:接着是鴨肝和帶子的選擇,鴨肝是煎得挺金香,外脆內軟,帶子也是穩當之選,假如熱度加強和能做到糖心效果是會錦上添花吧。如果兩者選其一的話,我應該是會選前者的。

Sorbet:吃主菜前來吃一點雪芭,可是就覺得不是太理解這個雪芭的質感,有點像雪糕,我猜如果貼近冰一點的質感是會理想一點。

"Wagyu" M6 rib eye/French confit of duck;主菜的部分是牛和鴨的選舉,鴨脾的皮脆得驚人,牛肉的部分是很腍身的,加點鹽和胡椒粉調味,效果是更理想的。

Warm cheese cake with ice cream:甜品是十分精彩的,只能說那芝士蛋糕確是好吃,厚身的質感,濃郁得很,雲呢拿雪糕是恰到好處的,回味。

我覺得'The Legend Concept'給我最深刻的印象是'香噴噴'的— 每道菜上菜是在香味方面都是出眾的。由於是私房菜的關係,甚有一分溫暖的感覺,值得吃吃。

Daddy早已同同事去食過呢間私房菜而且每次番黎都讚口不絕所以今次佢就趁約到時間帶屋企人去試一下 食之前當然要訂枱, 餐廳會俾定menu你㨂食咩,方便買材料預份量 你要講明邊位要食d咩方便上菜!去到嗰幢大廈係要轉lift,搭一架上到大堂再轉一架入到餐廳環境企理,有兩隻好得意嘅狗仔 去到佢會mark低咩人坐咩位 首先黎一籃自製麵包,食晒可以再加的麵包焗得香脆,有少少sea salt 好香 我地另外叫左一支甜汽酒十分好飲(抱歉唔記得係咩名) 頭盤我㨂左iberico ham with meloniberico ham 係36個月的, 我自己很喜歡因為36個月又唔會太咸但又唔會有個種腥味 不過如果可以俾多少少melon就好喇因為ham俾得很多 另外的頭盤係live oyster,屋企人話好新鮮好甜 湯是cream of forest mushrooms with truffle, 我自己不太好忌廉湯因為驚好膩,不過佢呢個又無呢個感覺!唔夠仲可以添的!  soup with freshly baked bread 是無敵 唯一是truffle 味可以再濃少少不過其實都

頭盤我㨂左iberico ham with melon
iberico ham 係36個月的, 我自己很喜歡因為36個月又唔會太咸但又唔會有個種腥味

不過如果可以俾多少少melon就好喇因為ham俾得很多

另外的頭盤係live oyster,屋企人話好新鮮好甜

湯是cream of forest mushrooms with truffle, 我自己不太好忌廉湯因為驚好膩,不過佢呢個又無呢個感覺!唔夠仲可以添的!
 soup with freshly baked bread 是無敵
唯一是truffle 味可以再濃少少不過其實都已經很好味

第三道菜是duck liver with apple or pan-fried scallop
我就㨂左scallop!煎得恰度好處 外面香脆入面依然嫩滑!仲要俾4大隻哈哈哈

諗起都仲想食

屋企人要duck liver都好好味 都係外脆內軟 乜肝嗰d都係比較膩 所以配埋生果食就可以減低油膩感 而今次餐廳就用左蘋果蓉

白酒唔會太酸同'鞋'口, 紅酒媽媽話覺得放耐左好飲d

有三款,全部都配埋磨菇, 露筍同薯蓉

爸爸要左呢個牛排五成熟
牛排好'lum', 好juciy 

不過相比起其他兩個main呢個已經算係比較遜色

油封鴨脾做得非常出色

個皮雖然十分邪惡但係絕對是重點
個皮煎得好香脆
但肉身依然鮮嫩, 無咩酥味

我自己就㨂左呢個魚!!!!十分有驚喜!! 

呢個真係好好味有d breadcrumbs 喺魚上面有d脆口

魚都係好滑
成日食seabass食到咁上下就發現都係有d雪味但呢個係無的!
食完仲想再食!配埋佢個sauce真係十分令人回味

焗熱左嘅芝士蛋糕配凍的雲尼拿雪糕同朱古力心太軟配雪糕有異曲同工之妙

總括而言呢餐十分滿意
所有野都做得好好味好有心機

服務十分周到,總之你想點同佢地講都會配合到你
例如你太飽想等多陣先上令一個course 


見到另外幾枱人客都係慶祝生日哈哈

不過唔一定要有咩特別節日先去嘅!
順帶一提餐廳是可以包場的


自己就唔會㨂牛排做main course,因為我覺得無咩特別,最重要用料夠靚。
相反另外嗰兩款main 就好食得出心機同時間 自己好難整到


十分推薦大家去試下!!

This is my favourite place for private party. A birthday party for Lam, she was born in the year which i met my wife in university.The home-made bread, always my favourite, it is always serve hot. 這家餐廳由朋友介紹, 然後訂枱。對我來說, 只知道有個酒局, 但不知道吃什麼, 甚至有多少人。這次, 我可以以後知後覺來形容自己。無論是餐牌點菜, 地點, 甚至拍照都是後知後覺的。餐廳位於皇后大道東, 近PP3對面的一棟商住大廈入面, 需先上電梯到大堂, 然後轉另一部電梯再上。走廊如住宅, 沒什麼門牌, 按門鐘入內, 有如一個小小家庭式聚會。可是餐廳看似隱蔽, 但熟客甚多, 是晚約30人左右座位, 都全部爆滿。 頭盤一來, 先來個煎鵝肝。鵝肝金黃, 不過未煎得外層焦脆, 有油羶甘香, 內裡軟綿化口。配上沙牛及一些意大利甜醋, 平衡不錯, 感覺可以。蘑菇忌廉湯, 用上鮮打蓉的蘑菇, 再推上忌廉, 湯身有忌廉的香滑。味道吸引而可口, 但是似乎忌廉味道有點過濃, 亦沒有感受到蘑菇的質感。燒乳鴿, 不是廣東式的那種, 而是西式的, 下面還襯上燒的香菇。乳鴿外皮香脆, 肉貿尚算嫩滑有汁, 不會太乾。下面的那隻燒菇, 味道都不錯, 而且有烤過的鮮香。之後再來一個墨魚汁意式雲吞。雲吞餡料比較普通, 雲吞皮滑而可口, 反而調配出來的墨魚汁吸引, 香濃而餘味稍長。主菜之前做一個東子Sorbert清清口腔

接下來第一個主菜是個法式油鴨脾, 調味可以, 但是口感一般。外層皮的部分不夠鬆脆, 皮下脂肪亦沒有羶香, 入口肉質不算乾硬, 但未如斑想中的嫩滑有汁。

焗的鱸魚, 感覺也是一般。火候控制得比較老一點, 肉中的飽滿感及覆蓋感是有的, 不過肉質有點偏嚡。外層脆口, 但鹹味較多。

由於墨魚汁醬十分美味, 朋友們都要求餐廳可以用上墨魚汁做一客意少。結果竟有趣地來了這個墨灸汁麵, 真被餐廳幽了一默。心知這個墨魚汁麵, 並非由他們調配的墨魚汁搓成, 但吃下依然可口。只是有點怪怪的鹼水味感覺, 然而墨魚麵也有爽口質感, 雖然汁醬不算香, 但也是中規中矩吧!!

最後來個甜品是一個奶凍。看奶凍半固感覺, 一動多轉的視覺效果。入口有香濃奶味, 滑不留口的溶口感覺, 而且還有奶狀的口感, 感覺十分好。甜品雖然簡單, 但已夠完整。

整體來說, 餐廳食物表現都算可以的, 而且餐廳感覺私人, 是個聊天慢聚的好地方。唯獨是餐廳訂位挺多, 需事前安排好, 才可無憂地吃。

Thanks to my friend, my parents and I had a wonderful dining experience at a private kitchen. Usually, private kitchens don't provide a menu for the customers. Surprisingly, we were given a 6-course menu through Whatsapp when we made a reservation. Also, we could change the menu if there was something we don't like or eat. I really felt like dining at home.
We were also given a generous amount of warm bread with butter.

Mum's and my first course is duck liver with apple, while dad was having a fresh green salad. The duck liver was in a medium size and is cooked perfectly with a crunchy surface and a soft centre. Together with the apple and the sauce, it was a flawless dish!

After a while, we were given a sorbet (lemon flavour). It was like having an ice-cream rather than a sorbet.
However, it did help refresh my mouth and ready for the next course.

For the main course, I had a Wagyu M6 rib eye steak and my parents had a seabass provencale. I had my steak medium-well so it was a little bit chewy at some parts. Overall, it was well-cooked and served.

题外话/补充资料: The owner has two cute poodles - Boss and Moon. They are welcoming and very friendly with human. After our diner, we played and had photos with them. It was a great pleasure to meet them!
