前幾日就同同事去呢間餐廳食餐好既慶祝升職!揀呢間餐廳係因為朋友介紹話佢地既菜式好特別。而我食完之後就好鍾意個主菜︰天婦羅蝦。首先，天婦羅炸蝦一d都吾油膩，而且香酥鬆脆，炸得非常甘香!天婦羅好講求炸粉既分量。如果炸粉太多，會令天婦羅變得厚同油膩。但佢地既炸粉分量岩岩好，口感一流，而且炸蝦亦好彈牙! 呢間餐聽係配料方面俾到surprise我，因為我平時食天婦羅都會配沾醬，但估吾到佢地配香蒜蛋黃醬同candied walnuts，令口感變得好豐富，再加多幾滴檸檬汁，令天婦羅蝦變得更fresh!成碟菜令我食到食天婦羅吾錯既新食法，朋友果然冇推介錯!

This is the second time for having meal in TOWN and their food was definitely on par with those critically acclaimed fine dining restaurants. In the past, I only knew Wagyu beef tartare serve with raw egg yolk or rye bread. But after eating it with zesty green goddess dressing, it made the whole dish becoming very fresh and appetizing! 食物真的很有水準，頭盤和主食不論味道和擺設都很出色！特別喜歡它的頭盤炸蝦配上介辣，主菜乳豬和海膽意粉，令我很回味！不光食物，服務也很好。親友吃完也讚不絕口，極力推薦！

我仲記得對上一次同老公係日本食Crudo Hamachi，但估吾到今次係TOWN都食到，而且仲要非常新鮮！佢地仲用左黃瓜伴碟，令口感變得更加豐富。廚師仲係Crudo Hamachi上面用trout egg 點綴，提升左Crudo Hamachi既鮮味。而配上日本既Momiji Oroshi辣椒醬，令成碟菜變得好惹味！我會再想試試TOWN其他日本既食材！

It baffles me that this place isn’t more well-known than it currently is - the service is amazing, environment is great and the food is so intricately prepared. 一直以來，我認為乳豬只會係中餐出現，好難想像西餐會點樣煮佢。今次再去到呢度食，真係令我大開眼界。原來呢度用左一種叫”kalua”既煮法。乳豬外皮非常香脆，肉質非常嫩滑多汁，而且味道非常濃郁。再伴住唔同蔬菜同乳豬一齊食，中和左乳豬油膩既感覺，而且亦比較健康。食完罪惡感都冇咁大!

I visited TOWN with my friends last week. The restaurant design and their service were of upper standard. We felt comfortable and pleasant. The most impressive thing in here was their food ingredients. 今次已經係第二次黎呢度食野啦，上次食完之後已經心思思想再食，但一直都搵吾到機會。咁啱有親戚係外國返黎探親，於是就帶左佢地去食野。我地一行人四個都叫左吾少野食，而我最鍾意就係前菜。首先賣相十分吸引，如果大家淨係睇相未必估到佢係咩XD其實就係西西里紅蝦薄片配黑松露魚子。廚師將紅蝦切薄成為刺身，紅蝦變得晶瑩剔透，再係上面放上黑松露、魚子同食用花，顏色十分豐富。另外，紅蝦十分鮮甜，整體味道非常清新，連親戚都大讚好食。好期待下一次去TOWN再發掘更多美食!

Yesterday was my mother’s birthday; my colleague recommended this restaurant to me so I brought my family here for celebration! The food and restaurant’s environment was excellent! One of my favourite dishes was Wagyu Tenderloin. At first, it looked so mouth-watering. The side dishes made it with colourful presentation. 一到星期五，我就會同同事搵下公司附近出名既餐廳，食d好野慰勞下自己!今日我地就去左呢間餐廳食飯。佢地既帕爾馬火腿簡直令我一試難忘，好有驚喜! 第一啖食落去，火腿非常甘香，香滑軟嫩，而且入口即融；再配埋特製既醬汁、番茄同蘆筍，口感非常豐富!食完一啖會想快d食第二啖!最估佢吾到既係，佢地竟然會諗到將帕爾馬火腿同蜜瓜義大利沙冰match埋一齊，食落出奇地夾，有種好fresh既感覺，好特別!我好鍾意呢個驚喜!我會期待再去TOWN試下其他菜式!

之前聽同事講話呢間餐廳都幾好食，所以就跟埋D同事黎試下。前菜同甜品我地就揀左沙律同Tiramisu，兩樣都好好食。不過，最令我回味既係個risotto。 貴精不貴多，細細份，但係選取既食材相當之貴價。廚師用左新鮮既龍蝦同海膽去煮呢個飯。海膽口感非常creamy，而且味道非常鮮甜。龍蝦肉質非常嫩滑鮮甜。米粒既口感亦都非常好，好creamy，外軟而米芯有少少硬，係好正宗既煮法。可以見到廚師落左唔少心機去搜集食材同烹調。Haha，今日真係好滿足。

Today is my birthday, so I went to this restaurant called TOWN to have a taste of fine dining with my family. We chose this restaurant because the price is quite reasonable for a birthday lunch.The menu includes various dishes, and the waiter explained them in detail. 因為係拍拖週年紀念日，所以就同男朋友去食下好野。之前聽朋友介紹過呢間餐廳好食，所以就去試下。原來佢平時lunch都幾full下，我地預先訂左位先食到。佢個menu main course有好多選擇，有\選擇困難症嘅我當然係唔知揀咩好啦。最後頭盤我地就揀左salad bar，main course我地就揀左三文魚同燒春雞，最後甜品就有雪芭。呢間餐廳salad種類好多，食材都好新鮮，有好多平時見唔到嘅食材都有。去到主菜，三文魚賣相非常靚，佢外皮非常脆，魚肉多汁，分量適中。而最後雪芭酸酸甜甜，如果鍾意食酸野可以試下。呢度食物同服務都吾錯，好值得去試試。

和朋友二人點了一份晚餐及散叫一個意粉，餐的冷盤和牛他他出色，調味配搭清新！，頭盤燒八爪魚好軟，個汁好好味😋主食Tbone羊扒也不俗，肉嫩，配上特製燒汁，口感一流👍🏻招牌意粉，新鮮海膽配上略鹹的香滑意粉，出奇地夾甜品相比之下較為不太討好，款式冷門值得一讚的是專業服務水準，尤其是西裝哥哥，笑容親切、態度誠懇雖然等主菜嘅時候較耐...但佢竟然主動幫朋友免費添紅酒，實在驚喜明明是一個bad point ,但經理因著智慧和細心，輕易扭轉食客嘅觀感，實屬出色講真，好多酒店都未必做到！衷心推介有時間一定會再光顧
