今日去試咗餐廳周推介的其中一間餐廳。🌱櫻桃鴨胸、糖醋小排骨、陳醋一口海蜇花陳醋一口海蜇花,外型似水母,爽口帶酸;糖醋小排骨,糖醋味道唔夠,排骨有啲鞋;櫻桃鴨胸,用櫻桃做咗外邊的啫喱,鴨胸軟滑帶少許羶味。🌱姬松茸燉雞湯湯料足而多,有姬松茸和瘦肉,但湯越飲越鹹。🌱招牌鮑參翅肚羮加$98轉配,我覺得唔值,翅份量少,而羮的味道又係太鹹。🌱滾石泡椒蝦球侍應會在你面前倒八泡椒汁,隨即吱吱喳喳,蝦隻大隻,口感爽口彈牙,但醬汁勁辣而且又係勁鹹,浪費咗隻蝦。🌱外灘獅子頭唔係手打的肉,口感乾而鞋身。🌱黑松露小籠包皮呈黑白兩隻色,皮都薄身,肉的口感少少鞋口。🌱黃金龍蝦酥加$88轉配,很適合打卡。龍蝦酥裏面係有一兩粒龍蝦肉,其餘都係白蘿蔔絲。外邊脆裏面就以白蘿蔔味為主。🌱鮑魚蔥油拌麵雖然廚師很細心剪開了拌麵,令我哋易啲食用。但拌麵乾又黏埋一舊,很難夾起,蔥油味道唔突出,鮑魚口感尚可。🌱椰汁燉蛋白小湯圓有椰汁香味,湯圓口感煙韌,底部有很滑的蛋白,整個甜品夠熱亦都唔太甜,唔錯。食物味道方面有待改善,環境寬敞有海景,亦有戶外地方供打卡,服務態度都幾好。 繼續閱讀

回頭指數:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️食物質素:🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮服務質素:☺️☺️☺️☺️消費指數:💰💰💰💰(TTL $5170,人均消費$1034)環境質素:☘️☘️☘️☘️同屋企人慶祝大壽唔想又係傳統茶樓,所以揀左呢間潮而舒適又望到海景既中餐廳。可以單點食物,但我懶惰唔想選擇下揀左套餐,感覺二人套餐既菜比四人套餐更吸引,所以比左五人價錢食二人套餐既餐單 !雖然價錢有點貴,但最重要係餐廳每個位都可以望到海景,而且服務好好,屋企人好滿意🥰。二人美饌盛宴 ($1880 for 2)前菜 + 湯 + 主菜 + 點心 + 甜品前菜-蒜泥白肉-櫻桃鴨肝-陳醋一口海蜇花三個前菜都好精緻👍🏻我最中意櫻桃鴨肝,表面一層櫻桃既酸甜果香,裹面係口感順滑而且濃郁既鴨肝,好有層次感湯-海椰皇燉鮑魚超級超級足料 ! 原隻鮑魚配海椰皇既精華,湯汁好濃郁,帶少少甜味主菜-泡椒汁蒜蓉焗龍蝦龍蝦好大隻😍本身怕泡椒汁好辣,但食起尼一D都唔辣,反而帶出左龍蝦鮮味芝士味較濃郁,焗到金黃色而且口感香脆同與彈牙既龍蝦肉形成對比強烈推介要試下呢個菜 ‼️‼️-花膠黑毛豬紅燒肉味道較重,但花膠份量唔少而且淋身得尼帶少少彈性,食完滿滿骨膠原😙黑毛豬紅燒肉燉煮得好淋身,肥瘦適中,肉質有濃烈既醬同微甜既味道,入口即溶-金銀蛋菠菜苗金銀蛋同上湯煮成既菠菜苗,格外清甜點心-爆汁和牛燒餅即使和牛燒餅到左唔係即時食,但一食既時候,咬開香脆薄皮既燒餅,裹面既和牛湯汁多到即刻爆出尼,湯汁仍然好熱,而且呢個配搭好特別,微鹹而且濃郁既肉香-蟹粉小籠包甜品-楊枝甘露儀式感十足,侍應會逐一係我地面前淋上芒果醬到香滑既椰奶布丁,食既方法同平時好唔同,所以感覺好似格外既好味😍同類餐廳 #cocofood_四川菜同區餐廳 #cocofood_尖沙咀如果你鍾意我既分享,按右上角🔔,就可以睇到我所有既 update 繼續閱讀

With its stunning harbour view, this place was bustling with people even on a weekday. We visited for dinner after some shopping. .The food was decent but didn’t leave a lasting impression. I particularly enjoyed the cherry foie gras, which was beautifully presented as a one-bite delicacy with a creamy texture. I have to admit that most restaurants in Hong Kong don't excel in service, so I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this restaurant. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable and relaxed. Unlike many places that serve food at their own pace, here the waiter was mindful of our timing, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed. In addition to the excellent service, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The crab meal is priced reasonably, with a hairy crab weight of 6 taels. The sweet dumplings were a delightful highlight, beautifully presented in a dreamy shade of purple—I absolutely loved them!Overall, we had a wonderful evening at this restaurant and I definitely will come back again ! ❤️ 原以為間餐廳一般,不過諗住未試過,就試吓佢哋的大閘蟹餐!八十里的服務真係要俾個讚!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 因為估唔到佢哋啲服務咁好😂員工非常細心,飲茶飲酒都係佢哋斟,仲勤快過好多酒店餐廳。上菜節奏完全等我哋食完先上下一道菜,真係太好了,尤其我哋成枱都係食得慢嘅人!我哋可以慢慢享受每一道菜,完全唔使急。除咗服務好,食物都好好味,份量亦唔少。呢個大閘蟹餐價錢合理,毛蟹重達六兩。湯圓仲係夢幻紫色,我真係好鍾意!總括來講,Happy dining experience ! 肯定會再返嚟!❤️ 繼續閱讀
