勝手shabushabu星期四晚上到了禮頓道附近的勝手shabushabu。聞說一人一鍋的食法好特別,所以去睇下~原本想去大坑個間點知黎錯左呢間分點~兩間既食物原本有出入~好彩呢間D野都啱食!我地一人一鍋,食左個(立)魚鍋底~因為我地兩個都覺得白色穩振D~之後叫左一個海鮮SET同豬肉SET~全部海鮮都唔錯~但豬肉就。。。最差就係跟個碗飯。。。個差既程度係接受唔到。。。但係佢個烏東好得呀!!重有個好好味既湯~原本係會不停refill架!我一開始以為唔會。。。個餐食左$600~覺得有D貴~但service好好~同最令人記得係佢個鍋既設計!!!係唔熱架!你想飲湯(羅)起個鍋黎倒絕對唔係問題!好神奇!哈哈~最值得去睇就係呢樣~!

因為我地兩個都覺得白色穩振D~
之後叫左一個海鮮SET同豬肉SET~
全部海鮮都唔錯~但豬肉就。。。
最差就係跟個碗飯。。。個差既程度係接受唔到。。。
但係佢個烏東好得呀!!
重有個好好味既湯~原本係會不停refill架!

我一開始以為唔會。。。
個餐食左$600~覺得有D貴~
但service好好~同最令人記得係佢個鍋既設計!!!
係唔熱架!你想飲湯(羅)起個鍋黎倒絕對唔係問題!
好神奇!哈哈~最值得去睇就係呢樣~!

回味中空氣污染指數爆標, 天氣又熱辣辣冇哂胃口:<同媽咪經過“勝手”, Shabushabu?? 雖然係火煱, 但唔知點解突然好想食..闖咗入去即刻order 兩個set(和牛&海鮮) 配立魚湯&sukiyaki湯底重點係清清地嘅立魚湯, 應該冇味精之餘仲越煲越好飲, 食慾大增ing;>好過哂什麼蕃茄麻辣復雜湯!! 至驚!和牛都唔錯, 油花靚又唔會過肥, 口感一流.;) 但如果再切薄D會仲好, 因日本果D真係切到好似紙咁薄, 過如果响HK, 佢地應該會比人話偷工減料haha, 冇計.. 前陣子工作太忙,零social、冇朋友黎形容我既生活絕不誇張。不過,0係星期日終於見到我久違既朋友我地一行5個擇左勝手食我地今年的第一餐飯。好食!感覺非常特別。冇諗過除左刺身、壽司之外,日本菜都有火鍋,shabushabu多左個選擇。我地5個人點左: 3個set(和牛、黑豚、雞肉)、蠔、帶子、串燒X5。隆重推介:雞肉SPECIAL SET,配日本花膠湯最特別,職員話佢地有分店,另一間係大坑,雞肉係呢間至有,每日賣晒就冇,非常珍貴。魚立 魚湯底,最能滿足我既係自己既湯底。我自己食buffet是個冇魚不歡的人,”瘋狂”程度可以比得上D喵喵魚湯放係面前未食,聞落去已經好香,放左肉同菜個湯更加好味到不得了!!最後,我飲左7碗。"真的假不了",哈哈~

訂位8:00用餐。我同朋友 2 人絕對係Shabu Shabu Fans。一直以來都 光顧 山林道 某店 的 Shabu Shabu。上網找一找有沒有更好的地方,找到了勝手,就去試一試。結果,完全完全失望。魚湯     - 有魚味,不過好淡,唔夠魚味。海鮮(虎蝦) - 一舨,沒有特別唔想多講,大部份火鍋之食物,普通到唔普通。勝手應該改做燒物做主打吧,因為燒物好食過ShabuShabu。有比較之下,就知勝手既ShabuShabu係唔好食!不信,你試下多幾間既Shabu Shabu就知道。平時我到山林道的某ShabuShabu店,用同等價錢,食到既係完全唔同水準,勝手輸晒。

有比較之下,就知勝手既ShabuShabu係唔好食!
不信,你試下多幾間既Shabu Shabu就知道。

平時我到山林道的某ShabuShabu店,用同等價錢,食到既係完全唔同水準,勝手輸晒

一行5人去食shabu shabu, 訂位食飯...係必須的,因為比較細...地方很精緻....很多酒做裝飾品 枝豆咸咸地...又燒過先上碟...都OK過癮 其他人叫左幾款串燒, 抽左水,除左牛舌比較突出...其他就普通la...另外叫左和牛同豚肉,湯底就立魚湯同木魚清湯, 同女友share食, 肉同湯都水準以上...算一分錢一分貨la.. 唔係講笑...d 姑好鮮..仲有d 菜, 個湯最後可以同埋烏東一齊食...初時以為咁少野食會唔夠飽P.S. 點解個容器會唔熱..但d 野食又熱...高科技

本人十分喜歡SHABU SHABU!但在香港什少有這類型的專門店,所以平時只好降低要求,光顧快餐店或其他日本餐廳的所謂SHABU SHABU.在朋友介紹下,我終於在勝手吃到有水準的日式火鍋!那晚book了2位7點半,我和友人7點3便到,但已經有幾台客看看menu,有幾個dinner sets: 和牛, 黑豚, seafood & 雞我選和牛配sukiyaki湯底+稻庭烏冬+蛤湯友人則選seafood配這裡最出名的立魚湯底+稻庭烏冬+麵豉湯蛤湯頗鮮甜,Sukiyaki鹹鹹的, 待它一滾, 我便逼不及待烚塊和牛試試一個字!正!未烚時已見雪花均勻, 烚後味道非常可口, 軟軟的但又不失牛味加上秘製的麻醬, 十萬個正!至於友人的立魚湯, 侍應說初時味道會較淡, 但當烚完所有東西, 味道會較濃&鮮甜!而seafood就有蝦,蛤,帶子和蠔,樣樣都很新鮮我試了1隻帶子,不錯不錯另外, 我們每人都有個菜盤, 有紹菜, 椰菜, 春菊, 菇類等本人不好小棠菜,侍應十分體貼地替我換了其他菜菜盤份量也頗大,令我覺得吃得很healthy=)至於那個烏冬,我給100分!!配sukiyaki簡直是無懈可擊!!配友人的

一個字!正!

未烚時已見雪花均勻, 烚後味道非常可口, 軟軟的但又不失牛味
加上秘製的麻醬, 十萬個正!
至於友人的立魚湯, 侍應說初時味道會較淡, 但當烚完所有東西, 味道會較濃&鮮甜!
而seafood就有蝦,蛤,帶子和蠔,樣樣都很新鮮
我試了1隻帶子,不錯不錯
另外, 我們每人都有個菜盤, 有紹菜, 椰菜, 春菊, 菇類等
本人不好小棠菜,侍應十分體貼地替我換了其他菜
菜盤份量也頗大,令我覺得吃得很healthy=)
至於那個烏冬,我給100分!!配sukiyaki簡直是無懈可擊!!
配友人的立魚湯也不錯
最後整鍋湯也給我們喝清了~
甜品是香芋雪米糍, 好味!

看到下面有一些不好的評價
但本人認為其實也不是那麼差
一頓飯值什麼價錢
我覺得最緊要是吃得開不開心

而今次在勝手,我和友人都吃得很開心!

之前聽朋友去過呢間shabu食過野話好味, 我呢個好鍾意食野既人當然要去試一試啦! 因為我一定要食到, 所以book位確保一定有 (去到同自己講好彩姐), walk-in 既要等等等....細細間舖, 又裝修得幾靚喎, staffs都好nice, 慢慢介紹有咩好食, 同埋教你食既時候咩次序會好味D 我叫左一個立魚既湯底, 好鮮甜喎!!! 仲有好多菜菜, 好健康呢! 老闆話個湯最後係可以飲, 佢仲會幫我整左D油先, 真細心...個A4和牛好好味, 有牛既鮮味, 唔好整到全熟喎, 半生熟就最正啦! 我朋友食到完全忘我, 唔出聲密密食, wakakaka 之後仲有烏冬, 入晒味, 真係好少食到咁煙煙韌韌既烏冬! 正!!!飲完個超好味既湯仲有芋頭雪糕糯米茲, 我好滿足!

吃了很久,今天才"的起心肝"寫食評裝修是很"骨子"的一類,我覺得很不錯可是我跟朋友兩個男仔去,就覺得太迫更唔想諗冬天大家著厚褸時會係咩境況兩人都是叫了牛set,牛肉很薄美其名是靚牛一灼便熟,但薄如此,有何肉味可言?超大的碟子佔很多地方(但又不是很多食物),迫得要命,手都不知要放邊菜有多款,但完全沒有特別感覺,普通菜色湯算好一點,烏冬也合格不過,值3百元嗎?以價位計,層次很低我prefer美心shabushabu.....性格比高得高

不過,值3百元嗎?

以價位計,層次很低
我prefer美心shabushabu.....性格比高得高

my first time came here for lunch.it's very okay for lunch: - 枝豆: nothing special - soup base: fish. this was nice, very tasty! i nearly drank all... - beef + veggie: of 'coz not high quality beef, given its price, okay la. - udon: very good! it's a bit thinner than the usual one, chewy and smooth - coke: they offered only coke, coke zero... all are soft drinks, i canceled mine. - dessert: ice cream mochi, okay la.for the below negative comments, i believe it's becoz of the prices they charge

it's very okay for lunch:

- soup base: fish. this was nice, very tasty! i nearly drank all...

(While there are many seats available, I really don't udnerstand what we are waiting for?)The whole renovation was quite good but too small as there's no space to put your bags / clothes! The whole renovation was quite good but too small as there's no space to put your bags / clothes! Also, for the whole night, you'll see the people sitting in front of you, which is not too comfortable.
Back to the food. Disappointed! Really disappointed.
We've ordered the beef and seafood set fromt eh menu, choosing the white fish soup.
For the seafood one, the potion was really small ( you could find the content of the seafood dish from previous comment here). Disappointedly, the seasfood was not as fresh as expected. The scallop was not fresh at all, nothing related to 'sweet'. We'd followed the instruction of the waiter to put the scallop in the soup for only 10 seconds and the scallop's texture was not smooth at all. Obviously it is not fresh enough. For other items of the seafood, really nothing special and I'd think a normal seafood restaurant could supply better seafood than here, with a more reasonable price.
For the beef dish, this one again, totally disappointed. Four hundred some just a small dish of beef and of course again, we expected a tasty beef. No matter it is real japanese beef or not, it does not worth that much. I would say, if you had had the beef in 牛皇星, or even 'seafood star', you won't say the beef provided here is good.
Since the dishes are so small (I am female), we've ordered some BBQ food. Again, really bad. We've ordered quit a lot of items to try. In which, the 多春魚 was the worst one. Surprisingly, the easiest one is the worst one. It was because the fishes are too salty, like 咸魚, I'd drink a lot of tea after eating this. The other one of the beef BBQ, they rolled the beef with a lot of garlic inside, actually, not as bad as the fish, but it is like the rolled beef you could taste from city super food court, doesn't worth almost a hundred for 4 little pcs. Another one was the korean style bbq pock, full of juice and very salty, awful experience of this one. For other BBQ items, nothing special, but cost you a lot.
All in all, we paid 600 dollars per head for this meal and our comment is: Not comfortable, costly, not worth. You could enjoy a better dish in a better environment with this amount of money. Not recommended.

The first thing you need to do before you come is to MAKE SURE you are making your reservation, or else you might not be seated. They are always fully booked! The Japanese light-wood décor makes this restaurant look authentic.The quality grade wagyu beef you get here is worth more than the price you pay for. Remember to dip the meat with vinegar or sesame sauce which they provided before savouring them. The basket of vegetable (assorted mushrooms, lettuce, cabbage, tofu) was crispy fresh too. We

We would hardly ever drink the soup base at other hot pot establishments because it is usually flavoured by MSG, but here it is clean, sweet and complements the udon very well!

之後見到openrice對呢間食評幾好就去試下, 點知...1. 入到去撞到朋友想一齊坐, 隔離明明有位但係話因為坐位安排問題唔得, 果度得廿個位, seat management都攪唔掂2. 朋友叫左牛肉set : 8塊1mm厚既牛肉, 9款每樣兩條既菜, 廿條幼烏冬 ($450)3. 我叫左海鮮set: 一隻蠔, 兩粒帶子, 兩隻花甲, 一隻變黑左既蝦, 9款每樣兩條既菜, 廿條幼烏冬 ($260)4. 立魚湯底ok5. 張chair勁細, 又無地方擺袋, 坐得勁唔舒服如果想食飽既就一定要加野, 因為我同個frd已經一肚氣... 所以無加野埋單$780.好似無食過野咁... 唔會再去!!! d野食質數、份量、安排等等都唔值lor.

我地叫咗個魚湯同埋豬骨湯底,魚湯勁好味!很用心做好呢個signature soup!
天氣咁凍,飲啖湯成個人暖晒!

牛肉既油花紋分佈平均,入口即融!
海鮮亦有幾款,蜆鮮甜!隻蠔就大隻咗少少,可能本人比較喜歡食細size既蠔。
我初初要咗飯,而女友就叫咗烏冬,點知佢地供應既烏冬同其他唔同。煙煙韌韌,正!攪到我食晒女友嗰啲要叫過比佢!哈哈!

食咗兩個鐘頭,人客仲係源源不絕,食埋個甜品就埋單lu...

順帶一提,芝麻醬味道很好,麻香加埋日本豉油,酸酸的,也開胃。

我去過勝手3次... 3次都是 lunch, 感覺ok 啦(唔係都唔再book) 佢食物quality 唔太stable, 有時好, 有時so -so 昨日book 了今日去食lunch, 3位.我今日未去食, 不過真係好angry, 一定要上來share my comment我昨日book 位的時候, 原本是book 12:30pm lunch不過老闆話好full, 問我可唔可以12:15pm - 1:10pm我聽到有d hesitate to confirm booking吓??? 得一個鐘唔夠點食shabu shabu.Shabu Shabu 一定要慢慢食啦.不過, 我都明白尼幾日好cold, 所以full house 都唔出奇沒有辦法, 唯有接受weird time booking今日, 佢打電話confirm my booking... 佢無啦啦話要share 爐我話你尋日都無同我講佢答我 : "我明明尋日講左. 你自己聽唔到"我話一定無講過.因為你要我就你時間12:15am 來, 1:10pm 走, 仲要我share stove, 我一定馬上在電話就唔book 啦佢總死
