Need reservations.It's always a good sign if the restaurant is full with local well-heeled customers. Such was the case here. When we left a tour group of mainlanders arrived so I don't know if this restaurant is starting to focus on them?Ordered a number of dishes:- har gao: excellent, one of the best i've had in hk. made an extra order- char sui bao: very good- spring rolls: very good- crispy pork: excellent- rice roll with scallop: excellent, haven't had this one anywhere in hk- beef stoma

- beef stomach: good
- egg tarts: good
- egg yolk bun: very good
At times it seemed like the staff disappeared, and it took ages to get the bill, but that did not take much away from the food quality.
