- Very well cooked, not dry
Bitter melon and prawn scrambled egg
- Nice balance of prawn and bitter melon, egg not pverly cooked
Mullet steamed with preserved lemon
- very keeping with the traditional style
Braised pork hakka style
- deep flavours throughout the dish, pork could of been a little more tender.
Deep fried chicken with fermented beancurd sauce
- relied mainly on dipping sauce for taste but chicken nicely fried
Chilli salt fried bombay duck
- nicely battered with fluffy fish inside.
Stir fried chives (siu chow wong)
- vibrant green chives with selection of seafood.
Steamed sponge (ma lai go)
- not heavy or over sweet, a nice dessert.
People also come for the steamed rice which can be mixed with lard and soysauce.
