I finally found it!! I love sweet and sour pork and has been on a quest to find the best in HK. A lot of places either can't get their sauce right or get the pork right. The pork here is perfectly cooked with the outside being crispy while the inside is still succulent. The sauce is sticky and when you take one with your chopsticks, long strings of the sauce will form, hence their dish name.
