My friends and I came across La Bon Restaurant & Lounge in the center of the metropolitan area of Causeway Bay. The interior design of the restaurant is very mondern and artistic. The music they played also go with the warm lighting. I was impressed how friendly and professional the staffs were. One of the staffs gave us recommendation on what we should order from the menu. We ordered iberico chorizo with balsamic vinegar salad as starter and baked escargot as appetizer. Then we ordered few dish
The chorizo salad comes in 10 pieces. I think it was very tasty and delicate. Baked escargots tasted buttery with basil sauce. Carbonara is always my favorite. The chef definitely didn't disappoint me on this. There were a lot of bacon and the sauce was fantastic. It wasn't too creamy nor too salty. The spring chicken was very interesting and different from the spring chicken I had before. The chicken skin was crispy and the grapefruit honey sauce tasted amazing with the chicken. Squid ink risotto really filled me up. The risotto was just perfectly sticky and chewy enough. I would say this steak was the best steak I've ever had. I didn't even have to pour the gravy or any salt and pepper. The meat was lean and tantalizingly delicious. It was beyond our expectation. I like the crunchy cookies on the top of the apple crumble. Warm chocolate pudding definitely made our night. It has a marvelous deep chocolaty flavor.

We had a wonderful time at La Bon Restaurant. Great food, good service, and good atmosphere. All the dishes we had were incredible. The quality of the foods were sublime. We are planning to make another visit soon.
