Damage: This is all you can eat (for lunch on weekends) and so everything is included at fixed price of HKD148 per person (I didn't see the menu itself but that's the net price).
First thing first, if you're looking for quality meat, this is probably not for your. Although this time I will say they do have a-la-cart menu which judging from the price it might actually be good quality. However, my review here is for all-you-can-eat, so if you're like me who value cheap food then read on. Through out this (because it's quite a lot), I will mark my recommended ones in underlined and bold.
I think overall the taste is a bit on the salty side, some of the dishes can actually be a bit sweeter in my opinion. However, when I said salty, it's not as salty when compared to other BBQ buffet at this price point. Other ones usually give me intense thirst after the meal (either because of salt or MSG), but this one doesn't cause as much so this is a good point. The meat is of course not very high quality but at the same time, it isn't bad for the price point. If I have to say it, I'd say at this price this is my best (so far) BBQ buffet.
The shop is not too crowded which is also a nice thing. We arrived as the second table at 12:30pm, but by the time we left, the shop is almost full. The wait staffs were quite attentive, they told us several times where to get things (like I didn't take fresh cabbage because I didn't plan to eat it, and they told me I can get it from the counter). Maybe it's because we're the only few customer at that time but in any case it's quite a good service for Hong Kong.
Self service section;
The self service section is where you will find all cooked food (non-uncooked meat), and drinks. It has 2 types of savoury soups (Tom yum - more on that below - and radish), dessert soup, egg fried rice, corn on the cob, curry fish ball, ginger/vinegar pork bone, sushi, various kimchi, fruits, dessert, and various deep fried food.
For this section I tried the following; ginger/vinegar pork bone. This is quite standard across Hong Kong. I'd say if you like this then you could try too, the only thing about this is it could have a bit more ginger, but overall still pretty good.

I also tried the 2 soups (think there's another clear soup that I didn't try); the radish soup is ok, but I think it could have a bit more seasoning and complexity, so would not recommend it and save your space for something else. The Tom Yum soup (冬阴功 - that's tom yum gung right??) is..... not Tom Yum soup (lol). Tom yum soup usually use milk (this one use coconut milk), and I feel like it has a bit too much galangal. In fact this should be called Tom Kha (galangal soup) instead. But don't get me wrong, I still think it's pretty good - but more as a Tom Kha than a tom yum. I even had another refill.

A bit out of sequence here but since we're in the self service area, I will mention the fruits and dessert too. We only tried dragon's fruit, and orange for the fruits (because we were very full by then), and they're ok. I would not recommend that white jelly/pudding(??) thing next to the orange. I really can't figure out what it is but it is quite starchy. The grass jelly is also ok but nothing amazing.
Last dish from this section, I got fried dough, spring roll, and fried small fish. Of these I would actually recommend the fried dough with condense milk. It's my personal favourite and it's really yummy too, a bit crispy outside and soft inside. The spring roll is a bit oily so I'm not going to recommend it. The fish is ok I think it's a bit too salty and oily but at the same time it's not easy to come by so, I'll give a half recommended (only underline lol). This section actually has other dishes like Jap Chae, and fried chicken wings but I didn't try.

Write to order;
All BBQ items are by order; you fill in a piece of paper then flag a wait staff to pick it up. You order by portion (i.e. 1 order = 1 plate) don't order it by pieces or you will get a lot (I'm thinking if I can speak Cantonese maybe it will be better that way but anyways, I can't). I feel like they should let us order by half order or maybe just give out smaller portion. We wanted to try everything but couldn't because each portion is so big. Good thing I decided not to order everything at once (because I tend to not remember them). Also, I'm pretty sure we ordered saury, and mushroom too but never got them (and we didn't follow up because there were too much to finish already). Anyway, below is the order sheet (we didn't order anything in section that say you need to add extra, nor the cooked food section at the back)
Let's begin with the vegetables; we ordered pumpkin and onion. Pumpkin is always good so I will recommend it. I could have said the same thing about onion but man.... they cut it soo big I could not recommend it (look at the second photo in the grill). My recommendation to them is to cut it more thinly, better portion and also easier to cook.

Beef (slices) is probably one of the better ones here. It is tender and not too salty. I think it could have been more sweet for what it is but then it's already good. It might be because of the fact that it's thinly sliced that's why it's tender (and not the quality of the meat itself), but at the same time. what matter is it is tender

You'll see pork chop (first photo) & spicy pork (second). I would personally not order both of these. Pork chop is a bit dry (as always) and honestly because it's pork it shouldn't be marinated (granted most shop at this price will do so as to mask the quality of the meat). The marinade is like all the other ones so really nothing special.

We also ordered pork belly, and ox tongue, both of which I do recommend but we forgot to take photo! The pork belly will come in very long strip and you can use the scissors to cut it up once it's cooked a bit (will be very hard to cut when uncooked). It's not marinated (which I think is the only few meat items that is not) and is good in itself. Ox tongue is also not marinated and is thinly slices hence it will be quite tender (and not too smelly).
Well, I hope I covered everything, all except the sauce. You'll be provided standard Japanese/Korean BBQ sauce which is kind of like soy sauce with a bit of sweetness, and some cooking wine. There's also chilli powder, and some more sweet Thai chilli sauce at the self service section. There! that should cover everything and it's really a long review!
