從未寫過食評,但今次寫係因為嬲到極點,唔寫唔得!!!!首先,本身唔係大食既人,對食既要求亦唔高,但無理由叫碗兩食送米線加杯豆漿,碗米線係幾啖就食完,$41兩食送米線,無錯,中環黎講唔算貴,但無理由得幾啖呱!!!!䓤同韭菜多過米線囉,家陣食米線定配菜呀...我已經唔大食,但完全食完好似無食過囉!!!另外,最火滾就係叫拎枝醋黎,竟然枝醋漏既,滴緊係地下,仲好意思拎過黎,攪到件白色衫同個袋有醋,最離哂譜既係一句對唔住都無,家陣咩服務呀😡😡😡😡😡😡😡講句對唔住都咁難.....離哂譜!!!!!呢間不知所謂既米線,唔會再幫襯囉!!!

米線爽口,份量不多。清湯底味道鮮甜,加入了麻辣果然有點麻陣陣的感覺,但不是很強烈,而且不是很辣。
三款叫的配料都是要另加一元。牛肝菌味道有一點點酸,應該是醃過的,口感滑滑的,挺好吃。牛展軟滑,,很易咬開。雞翼用鹵水醃製,吃上來味道入味而且非常嫩滑。

米線既湯底比起「橙記」嗰間米線朋友為清,絕對係冇咁多味精
,但係喜歡重口味嘅米線人士有機會覺得湯底淡。 朕就當然係鍾意淡淡地啦 
,偶爾食下重口味係唔錯,但係講長遠,始終係淡口味襟食啲嘅。

講到配料,朕就叫咗個雙拼。雙雙對對好意頭呀嘛。
  魚皮餃真係幾細粒,而且貢丸都真係比較細粒,仲細過粒乒乓波。
  口感其實都幾彈牙嘅,咬落去起初係有輕輕回彈嘅感覺。

咁當然係咪真係識彈⋯⋯朕就唔知啦,朕得果兩三粒,真係唔夠掟落地去試俾各位文粉睇。你話醬爆拉尿牛丸都可以用黎打乒乓波,但係佢粒貢丸應該係用嚟捉波子棋。


不過朕呢排玩健康,細細啖咁食都算係幾飽肚既。
不過就真係未必應付到大食啲嘅勞苦大眾。


而佢碗米線嘅配菜都算多,有韭菜、芫茜、芽菜等,算係多元化
,不過小窩米線嘅肉碎真係少之又少,雖然我唔係話要好似滷肉飯咁多肉碎,但佢係真係少得比較緊要。文員嚟架咋我!


Anyway,總括來講性價比算係幾高,連埋嘢飲$50個大洋都唔使,「曲施勞」凍冰冰係幾好飲
,啱晒朕呢一啲懶健康人士。如果你想同D朋友坐得親密啲都可以一試,如果你鍾意食乒乓波貢丸嘅,就一定要試。

今日唔使趕頭趕命食lunch趕番公司,終於試左每一次等位人龍都超長既穚香園。三拼酸辣米線(小辣)- 牛肝菌、豬大腸、生菜($45)湯底- 唔夠酸又唔夠辣,總之就唔夠香同濃,唯一好處就係無咁肥膩。配菜有豬肉碎、芽菜、酸菜、芫茜等等。牛肝菌- 切好左既牛肝菌外型好似海參,質感都似,不過無咁爽口。可能煮得太耐,所以食落係好lum , 滑luk luk ,味道唔係茹味,而且同d湯底煮左好耐既酸味-.-可能係我太大期望,所以先會失望。

今晚又OT. 餓過機!跑去食晚餐。只記起我最愛的橋香園!今晚勁好彩,竟然牛肝菌冇賣清光!叫了牛展牛肝菌湯米線少少chili.10分鐘後,就有得食。見到都流口水。米線最重要係湯底。非常香濃獨特。真係唔知湯點整到咁好味濃郁但又不油利。有些許豬肉碎,配菜好多。有九菜、牙菜、酸菜、言茜very good!充滿不同囗感香味。我呢d食菜有要求最重要不可overcook到淋唒。呢度做到剛剛好。份量超多,一般來講男士食米線多數投訴食唔飽。不過我相信呢一碗嘢一般男人應該都食得飽。對我來講就多左啲,不過太好味,會食曬,不過會好飽。所以次次都飽過頭。成日食會變肥妹。最後一定要推介本「菇皇」最愛的牛肝菌。口感非常特別,個菇原本的型裝唔知道係點,切好曬的牛肝菌一半是「淋bad bad」、「滑生生」的,另一半有咬囗質感少硬的。我覺得口感好正。而且菇味又香。大愛呀!中環$39兩餸米線,抵啦。總結:食物👍💋❤️環境👌服務👌,不過有時都會👎睇你好冇彩價錢👍

這家食店直頭係我個人最愛食店頭三甲。盡管坐位迫到爆,地下油立立,不太衛生的環境,但味道太好,其他因素都突然變得𣎴重要。今日放工好夜所以食埋飯先返歸。晚市就冇午市咁迫,終於可以慢慢享受。但晚市好多餸都賣晒,例如我最愛的牛肝菌就售馨了。今晚要了東菇牛展湯米線小辣。湯底好香好美味,有些許豬肉碎掉味,但又不會過多過油。東菇好淋好滑,牛展好咬口富牛味。中環來講,價錢相宜。另外有撈米線,即冇湯的,比較啱夏天食,不會熱騰騰,酸味味好開胃不過比較辣。總結:環境👌食物👍服務👌價錢👍

Since our office is quite near, we decided a lunch together to check this place out!Although we waited in line for about 10-15 minutes, we were provided a menue and could arrange our order while in line. Some introduction into how to order noodle soup>
1. Chose a base, i.e. Noodle soup or no soup. 
2. Decide what level of spicy you want
3. Do you want sichuan pepper?
4. Add X number of dishes: 2 dishes = 36 HKD, 3 dishes = 41 HKD,.. etc. Add 5 HKD for soya milk.
5. Wait for the dish to arrive and Enjoy!

I ordered the noodle soup, sichuan medium spicy. Add two dishes: Minced pork and pork ribs. I did want to order the intenstine, but that will be for next time.
My colleague ordered same soup as me, but added: Intenstine and fish balls.
My food
Soup: Very good. Nice fragrance from the sichuan pepper, a decent amount of oil and spicy.
Noodle: Like previous comments say, the noodles are quite slippery and tasteless. I tended to find bean sprouts, which mixed very well with the minced pork, was much more convenient and tasty.
Minced pork: well seasoned and well minced. 
 Melted in my mouth. It was totally how I was hoping for it to taste.
Pork ribs: a bit much fat, but otherwise so tender a touch with the chopsticks will make the meat fall off the bone!
Colleagues food
As I already covered the soup. I'll just send my regards to the fishballs, and intestine.
Service: Well, what do you expect of a very busy little restaurants! The service was very well. Although we waited a while in line, we were able to make our order (however they did not start cooking until we were shown our table)

All in all, I will definitively go here again. Maybe I will opt for take away in the future, due to my office being near the restaurant.

I mostly just walk by places with Chinese signs and no clear indication of what's served or whether there's an English menu. YES, first of all, there's an English menu (this place is basically on the escalators) and the server we got had excellent English. We came around 2:30pm, so getting seating wasn't difficult (but the place was surprisingly full the entire time). Here's what we got:
Sichuan--Very Spicy

There are two kinds of broth. I got the Sichuan broth, but this was somewhat of an accident. I thought 'Sichuan' was a level of spicy (I think it even says 'Sichuan spicy' on the menu next to the different levels of spice) and then after I ordered it, I was asked how spicy I wanted my soup. But hey, I love Sichuan spicy.

"Very hot" is very hot. I haven't had anything spicier in all of Hong Kong. I'm sure it exists, I'm just saying that I haven't had it-- and I'm a spice freak, so there you go. It wasn't inedibly spicy-- I could still taste all the flavors and I was able to eat until I was full (it's a lot of food).

The broth's notable flavors, in order of salience were: spicy (duh), Sichuan peppercorn (very prominent, yet nicely distributed throughout, without many of the actual peppercorn husks), sour. It was really good stuff, and as others have said, not overly oily-- and I'll add, not overly salty either. Easily the best part of the soup.

Noodles: I was disappointed in the noodles. I thought they didn't have a lot of flavor, and they were somehow both too soft (on the outside) and too firm (inside). They were slippery and had a tendancy to flick broth all over my shirt. They weren't bad or anything, but nothing that I would crave. I believe our server told us that there were other noodles, but they were out of them, so maybe there's a better option I've missed.

"Dishes": you order dishes to go in the soup. I picked just the fish dumplings and the beef flank. I thought the skin on the dumplings was flavorless and clothy-textured, but the fish was pretty good. The beef flank included some large pieces of fat, but the meat was alright and medium-tender. I believe it had been barbecued before being added to the soup.

Others: You get a large pile of green onion, cilantro, and bean sprouts in the soup. Standard fixings, but definitely more than you'd get in, for example, a bowl of pho. There's also some pickled vegetables that give things a nice sour note.

Overall thoughts: I came here for spicy and I got it. The broth was delicious, and even though nothing in it blew me away, the potential here is very high. I was a big fan and I will come back, definitely. A-

My wife got the Yunnan broth-- also very spicy. She ordered the beef flank, but also pork balls and lettuce. We were sharing a table and so didn't get to share food as much as usual.

She says the broth was "delicious-- absolutely fantastic." She really liked the pork balls, but found that some of the beef was overly chewy. Despite the fact that cooked lettuce in soup sounds awful to me, my wife rather liked it. She found "very spicy" to be on the edge of her tolerance level and would probably get less spicy in the future. Her rating overall: A

As you can see, we liked the place. I will come back to try the other broth and the other intriguing add-ons. Hong Kong is full of "spicy" things that really aren't, especially among its Sichuan places (like Yunyan or San Xi Lou). If you're really into spicy food like me, this is the place to be. They don't even try to talk gweilos out of it!

米線其實係一種普通非常既食物, 不過要做到好味都唔容易, 除咗個湯底味道要夠好之外, D米線稍一不慎就好容易過淋, 就會摧毀整碗米線...比起譚仔, 橋香園既湯味道較吸引, 因為譚仔既湯味道係較清淡的; 但若你想食米線之餘又有D小吃的話, 就不要唻橋香園喇~ 食得辣既不妨選擇大辣, 因為佢地既中辣都只係少少辣, 唔夠過癮~$30多元有一碗大大味道不錯既米線, 仲要係中環, 所以雖然坐位擠迫, 依然客似雲來, 往往接近三點都仍然坐滿的~餸料方面, 我最愛佢地既木耳同冬菇, 木耳夠爽脆, 冬菇夠入味, 最重要係唔肥丫嘛~ 愛吃肉既朋友, 可以叫佢地既腩肉, 都唔錯既~ 另外我幾位同事都話佢地既海龍 (=海帶)好味, 我下次都會試下~

雖然地方細,午飯時間又好多人排隊,但係米線真係唔錯,本人係唔識分味精唔味精既,只係評論湯底味道,個湯底好夠味好濃,甜甜地既酸辣湯食完都會回味。朋友叫左麻辣湯,因為唔算太食得辣既關係食得比較辛苦,佢地酸辣同麻辣既辣程度係好唔同架。對於我以前十分鐘意食譚仔、星林居既,依加去食都覺得呢兩間既湯唔夠濃。而且特別推介非麻辣湯時點豬頸肉,平時去其他米線鋪,佢地話咩秘製豬頸肉,但係往往試完都係不外如事,但係橋香園既豬頸肉我係認真覺得係秘製,我係一個原本唔好豬頸肉既人,但係食完佢地既豬頸肉之後去親其他鋪只要有豬頸肉呢個餸,我都會去試下😊

今天與友人相聚於午餐, 可惜天公不做美, 下個不停雨第一次到橋香園雲南桂林過橋米線, 聽聞生意好, 不停手做既姐姐好串有晒心理準備先入去坐, 未埋位就等左15分鐘, 入到去同5個人share一張細枱, 都幾迫迫貢!叫左肉筋條蟹籽丸小麻辣米粉多花生, 另加$6有coke zero等左十分鐘, 上左黎一碗大大份既米粉, 上面有2粒蟹籽丸 及 6條肉筋條, 麻辣真係剛剛好, 而且夠香蟹籽丸 內有好多好多既蟹籽, 可惜得兩粒肉筋條 只是普通的豬肉丸口感, 不彈牙, 挺淋身米粉夠多, 而且不會淋晒!最愛是有好多芫茜係面, 而且花生真係多左比我!整體而言, 食物好味, 但食到汗流浹背, 再熱少少就難捱了!

叫左肉筋條蟹籽丸小麻辣米粉多花生, 另加$6有coke zero
等左十分鐘, 上左黎一碗大大份既米粉, 上面有2粒蟹籽丸 及 6條肉筋條, 麻辣真係剛剛好, 而且夠香
蟹籽丸 內有好多好多既蟹籽, 可惜得兩粒
肉筋條 只是普通的豬肉丸口感, 不彈牙, 挺淋身
米粉夠多, 而且不會淋晒!
最愛是有好多芫茜係面, 而且花生真係多左比我!

整體而言, 食物好味, 但食到汗流浹背, 再熱少少就難捱了!

胃口欠奉,找一些較易入口的東西吃,於是來到這間米線店,點選的是無錫骨貢丸米線外形與其它米線店的無異,而用料也是這麼多配菜的,比起主菜的肉食多出很多倍。今次特別推介的是無錫骨最喜歡是它的軟骨,很腍,無需用勁便已經可以咬開,加上醃料的味道不錯,甜甜的,作為米線的餸菜很夾。唯一不足的是太少了,只有兩件。

最喜歡是它的軟骨,很腍,無需用勁便已經可以咬開,加上醃料的味道不錯,甜甜的,作為米線的餸菜很夾。唯一不足的是太少了,只有兩件。

星期五的午餐下雨天, 人比較少, 12:40也不用等位環境狹窄, 七張枱坐不過30人, 迫得連相也拍不了不用等位, 但上菜卻等了10分鐘才有得吃, 可能外賣的單太多了點了豬頸肉, 牛展中辣米線先喝一口湯, 中辣也不算辣, 但湯底的味道卻很突出, 跟平日的過橋米線很不同, 很像是雞湯的鮮甜味再吃一口面, 軟硬的程度也掌握得不錯, 不太淋卻又不會感覺未熟, 比很多米線店好主菜的牛展和豬頸肉都中規中舉, 份量也很足, 只是有點切得太大小不一配菜方面, 沒有平日很多的肉碎, 酸,韮,芽菜也不算特別多, 對我不嗜酸的人來說也沒有太大壞處跟米線還有豆漿, 既是送的就不好有太大期望了, 不算是太過"糖水主導"已經很好了這個價錢有這樣的質素, 真的很不錯了

先喝一口湯, 中辣也不算辣, 但湯底的味道卻很突出, 跟平日的過橋米線很不同, 很像是雞湯的鮮甜味

再吃一口面, 軟硬的程度也掌握得不錯, 不太淋卻又不會感覺未熟, 比很多米線店好

主菜的牛展和豬頸肉都中規中舉, 份量也很足, 只是有點切得太大小不一

配菜方面, 沒有平日很多的肉碎, 酸,韮,芽菜也不算特別多, 對我不嗜酸的人來說也沒有太大壞處

跟米線還有豆漿, 既是送的就不好有太大期望了, 不算是太過"糖水主導"已經很好了
