經朋友介紹, 上星期終於一試inagikuserice一流, 環境也一流..~有sea view一座低就先來一個海膽杯, 很 fresh 再黎入口即溶拖羅~~~~超yummy啊!!試了2隻oyster, 很fresh, 不過其實食oyster 都唔洗o係inagiku食...... 接著是燒拖羅, 熟食又熟的另一番好味~~~主菜之一: 天婦羅, 是manager 說最出名的入口不油, 真係唔錯唔錯再黎係燒牛, 厚燒和薄燒, 有一定的水準, 薄燒都幾特別, 牛肉內面卷了一些蔥最後叫了炒飯及udon甜品是綠茶雪糕~

要是有期望,反而更失望。是日點了個 Holiday Lunch Special @HKD398+10%.... 最初以為份量會好夠食,可惜根本一般正常女士也覺得不夠飽的。Menu內的食物全部都好少或好細件,其供應的食品味道又不是很特別及精緻,以這樣的價錢食這樣普通的貨仔.....實際上坊間一般中價日本餐廳也可做到。 壽司未知是否因不再入日本貨的關係,絕無鮮味可言.... 韓國油甘魚仲好多筋.... 最衰仲要俾挪威三文魚,三文魚出名是平價魚(野生除外) ,而這件壽司一些三文魚的甘肥味也欠奉。薄燒牛肉又沒有蔥花捲入內使其更好吃,肉味又不夠濃,友人們點了厚燒說好一點。(上星期跟友人去盛八食牛胸腹肉味也比這個濃郁)HKD398+10% 以上的價格,吃自助餐可能也偶有驚喜! 要是食品量少不要緊,但請精緻一點。要是食品不能精緻,份量請多一點。失望!

It's a bit over priced. I can't believe we paid about 350HKD per person today just for lunch! but the food was good, and went home stuffed.Reservations are recommended, but we didn't have any, so we were seated at the bar. It's a bit over priced. I can't believe we paid about 350HKD per person today just for lunch! but the food was good, and went home stuffed.
Reservations are recommended, but we didn't have any, so we were seated at the bar. It was quite nice and quiet, rather than in the hustle bustle inside.
We each got a set lunch and shared. Teppenyaki set and a sashami with tempura set. They don't have the small omakase set anymore that I remember from last year.
It starts with a salad and egg custard. We also go a plate of sashami (small peices) and a sashimi salad.
The teppenyaki beef, you had a choice of two kinds of beef - in cubes (thicker) or thin pieces that wrap some green onion. I liked this a lot.
Then we had a chrashi, with 2 miso soups and a plate of teppenyaki vegatables. Then some peices of tempura (one shrimp, one onion, veggie and small corn). Then a friend rice.
For dessert, it was a small green tea cake with some fruits on the side.
I can say that the best deal is the teppenyaki set for the amount of food that you get. It didn't seem like a lot, but we were so full.
The bartender was quite friendly and very attentive. Our empty plates did not sit there for longer than a few mintues.

Sitting: fairly tight… too close to thy neighbor
Service: the “tea lady” is good but the waitress with her wireless walkie-talkie is absolutely terrible. She started to take my order, half way through the order taking, she disappear as my neighbor called her for more service. In other instance, she handed the soupspoon right in front of my eyes from my right side to my daughter sitting to my left. She should have done that in my back or walk an extra two steps to hand her the soupspoon.
Wine list: very nice wine list, la cave is stuffed with expensive fine wines
Food: the skin of the broiled mackerel was burned… we should have returned it. The sequence of service of the food is all wrong… they serve the fish before we even had the miso soup, the rice came prior to everything else. After we finished the soup, we place the cover on the soup bowl according to Japanese dining etiquette. The server thought that we have not started to drink the soup and waited until we tell her to take the empty soup bowl away. The sashimi and sushi are quite fresh. The beef roll with shitake mushrooms is over cooked.
Cost: HK$1000+ per person, inclusive of two small serving of sake wines (half a sake serving per person)
Value for Money? … absolutely NOT… 2/10
General: My brother made an interesting comment at the end of the diner: << did you notice that most of the customers are either Hong Kong people, Gwei Loh or Mainlanders…no Japanese people!>> … perhaps the Japanese People knows this restaurant is not value for money.

食材新鮮,脆漿掛於其上,若隱若現,恰如其分,安分守己,不會像旺角街邊那些大大條的炸魷魚鬚,其雪白軀體與外層厚厚黃色裝甲,幾乎可以分開展覽。

尾聲,再來一客壓軸炸物。吃進口,濃稠奶香,一嘴甜暖,想了好久。

謎底揭開,是炸蛋黃。

我滿足了,朝落地玻璃無敵維港夜景敬禮。最好吃的日本菜,根本不在日本。

侍應一臉不可思議,因我整頓飯只吃炸物,刺身壽司沒碰。

師傅一臉敬重,似在炸壇遇到高手,惺惺相惜,下次再遇我這樣身體結構的人不知幾時。

蕭源屬水,水尅火。所以,多吃炸物才得陰陽五行平衡,事實上吃多少炸物,我也不會長暗瘡,Jacqueline做不了我生意。呵呵。

是為食經一。

On arrival the greeting was friendly, our seat was perfect right next to the window with a great view.

Placing the order was a little difficult and we all ended up taking a set option as the variety of individual options was too large for a "formal" occasion. I would however love to come back with my wife and take on the menu for real as I think this could be rewarding.

Now the strange part starts. We were a group of four and for some reason we were served alternate two at a time. Only after the two had finished were the other two served and vice versa. For a business setting this was problematic, with the guests forced to watch the hosts eat and vice versa. After raising this with the management this still persisted for the remainder of the night.

Having said that, the food was spectacular. Great flavours, textures and presentation.

I will be back again!

今日係我老公嘅生日,所以特別在兩星期前訂位(因很難訂WINDOW SEATS)訂位時我同那位小姐講有人生日,她主動問我是否要提供CUT CAKE 俾我哋,令我對他們已留下不錯嘅印象!到了那天,我哋真係被安排到海景枱坐.一坐低便有服務員問我哋飲品,然後隨即遞上MENU.當我感到唔知食什麼的時侯,那位女CAPTAIN便介紹我哋食假日套餐,價錢只係$280.那個套餐頭盤係刺身沙律,沙律中有吞拿魚,三文,甜蝦.非常之FRESH!接著係日式蒸旦,蒸嘅時間剛剛好,出到來很滑.而MAIN COURSE就有三款選擇:1,鐵板燒(牛肉及銀雪魚)或2.天婦羅(有蝦,魚,什菜)或3.火鍋(黑豚肉野菜火鍋),以上三選一.我哋選了2及3號.那些天婦羅十分之脆,而且少油少粉,金黃色,十分新鮮.而黑豚肉則嫰滑.最後仲有飯SET跟埋.(或加$30轉炒飯or稻庭烏冬).而甜品當天係MANGO BUDDING.另外他們安排了BLUE BERRY CHEESE CAKE 俾我哋做生日旦糕,非常開心.到埋單時,只係$616(連加一),簡直超值!令我哋有一個好開心的日子!這個價錢可以享受五星級的服務及食品,絕對值得一試!P.S

今日同老公去食飯,慶祝結婚紀念,一心諗住試試稻菊的鐵板燒,但實在太差啦!色香味都欠缺的鐵板燒,令我地大失所望。首先是帶子一點也不香,入口時還有點凍凍地,龍蝦雖然新鮮但香味欠奉;牛肉厚燒肥邊應該燒得很香,但結果一點也不香口!一餐飯除欠缺食香味外,師傅的功架。。。。。唉,總之一句,失望而回!

同老婆第一年結婚紀念佢鐘意食天婦羅 就帶佢黎試下去到睇左menu 發現佢有個$980既餐又有刺身 又有天婦羅 仲有鐵板燒個餐有個鰤魚煮蘿蔔 個汁煮得好入味又唔會無左個魚味 問返先知原來而家係鰤魚季節唔怪知得咁好味啦最後個甜品一出 真係令我有d surprise又有水果 又有雪糕同蛋糕放得好精緻 我老婆好開心

上個星期日我同女朋友揸架車去四季酒店食LUNCH...諗來諗去都唔知食咩好, 我女朋友話有間稻菊,聽聞佢地既天婦羅好出名, 咁就試下啦...我望左個MEUN 好耐都唔知食咩好...之後待應推介左"全蟹宴", 咁就ORDER 左兩客...嘩!!!!! 估唔到份量十分, 勁多野食!!!!!沙律, 壽司, 蟹肉蒸旦, 天婦羅, 鐵板燒, 炒飯, 麵豉湯, 甜品...其中蟹肉蒸旦真係好滑, 蟹腳天婦羅勁鮮味鐵板燒除左蟹之外仲有幾舊牛柳粒...勁好味呀!!!總括下次可以再來既...
