年初二開年午餐…早兩日經過附近,見到花朝軒啱啱開將!八掛下原來主要做小菜加D上海菜!見佢仲有做茶市添!好想試!機會黎啦!正諗緊去邊同媽咪食個開年lunch, 今朝年初二打電話博一博!原來已經開市,咁就訂左1130!坐低望下張點心紙,選擇非常小!不過正所謂貴精不貴多!最緊要好食!我地點左蝦餃,燒賣,排骨,炒麵,煎腸粉,叉燒飽等等…食物逐一黎到!不過大部份食物質素就真係麻麻!麻辣煎腸粉…就咁將豆板醬加入腸粉再煎!蝦餃同燒賣!唔知係返蒸定點…一夾d皮就爛!其他野就不過不失!冇驚喜!不過服務有待改善!可能唔係做開樓面!問左3個人攞辣椒醬都無功而還!仲有其中一位人兄!我加單後佢拎走左張單!之後我問佢我地叫既點心到齊未!佢答我…”你自己睇番張點心紙睇下咪知齊未…”我再話…”你攞走張單!”…佢就答我”冇可能”就行左去…轉頭就攞住張單返黎!仲未完!佢話我地加單既甜品冇哂!我就問佢有冇其他甜品仲有供應!佢答我..”我剩係肯定你叫既就冇!仲有乜就唔清楚!”真係唔知佢係新手定唔想做!好彩價錢尚可接受!埋單2××!謝謝!

坐低望下張點心紙,選擇非常小!不過正所謂貴精不貴多!最緊要好食!

我地點左蝦餃,燒賣,排骨,炒麵,煎腸粉,叉燒飽等等…

食物逐一黎到!不過大部份食物質素就真係麻麻!

麻辣煎腸粉…就咁將豆板醬加入腸粉再煎!

蝦餃同燒賣!唔知係返蒸定點…一夾d皮就爛!


其他野就不過不失!冇驚喜!

不過服務有待改善!可能唔係做開樓面!問左3個人攞辣椒醬都無功而還!

仲有其中一位人兄!我加單後佢拎走左張單!之後我問佢我地叫既點心到齊未!佢答我…”你自己睇番張點心紙睇下咪知齊未…”我再話…”你攞走張單!”…佢就答我”冇可能”就行左去…轉頭就攞住張單返黎!仲未完!佢話我地加單既甜品冇哂!我就問佢有冇其他甜品仲有供應!佢答我..”我剩係肯定你叫既就冇!仲有乜就唔清楚!”真係唔知佢係新手定唔想做!

Restaurant's interior is very beautiful and luxury. The cuisine and price is close to Chinese fine dining, but quality of half dishes are below average, as well as the service / time management / coordination. First, we were first couple walking in for table and I had an extremely dirty (quite obvious) spoon that was wholly oiled. I couldn't believe and used my finger to see if that was real dirt dried out oil on the whole spoon and yes.... That should not have happened at first place. After, th

First, we were first couple walking in for table and I had an extremely dirty (quite obvious) spoon that was wholly oiled. I couldn't believe and used my finger to see if that was real dirt dried out oil on the whole spoon and yes.... That should not have happened at first place. After, the appetizers arrived and one of their speciality crab dish did not come with a tool for us to open it, while another table did receive the tools nicely served. We had to use chopsticks and nobody noticed anything, while it was just us and another table. The venue was very new, management's leadership were inexperienced. Rice was included to menu, but came after our main dishes when we almost finished everything and when the leftovers got cold. Excuses we received that rice is not ready yet, while it supposed to be ready already early. As well, when rice finally arrived, it was cold. We asked them if they steam rice or are they going to microwave this. Either way, it didn't make sense to us. The half of the set menu dishes were not special, flavors were boring, quality was below average. The whole dinner came to our attention that there were no details for such quality restaurant and all we had to do is writing the bad stuffs down and noticing what wrong came next.... Very dissapointing. Price was HK$670 for the set menu and dishes were all small and delicately served. Interior, furniture all looked classy and premium. 
題外話/補充資料: As conclusion after yesterday's experience, we would not want to give another try in future!
