晚歺是做set dinner $600 or tasting menu $800.我们点了2份tasting menu,8道菜。
先送上是用白色歺巾包着黒色的墨魚汁面包,熱辣辣,外脆內軟,好好食。1,starter 是fresh figs salad,新鮮及清新.2,Hors-d'oeuvre,meaning is 少少的头盤,有panfried french foie gras,scallop, alsaka crab leg.foie gras 煎得好好。3,湯是2個小杯子上,lobster cappinno n porcini bisque.佢提議我地飲后者先。湯都好夠熱,好飲.4,baked portbela stuffed with cauliflower都唔錯.5,baked miso cod,cod魚好滑,有D魚油漏出,及有些沙律醬比你点,好好味.6,跟住來過lychee sherbet,係我試過最好食的flavour。7,main course.我揀了angus beef ,MR.男友揀了lamb rack,MR.講明了肉想要outside burn的。main dish 送上,服務員禮貌問伱要些mustard and mint jelly?点了一些,便動手了。碟是serve hot plate,very good .很專業。碟上的伴菜都很花心思,有紫心蕃薯、炒法邉荳、黃紅各一粒cherry tomato、和烤pumkin。非常colourful,擺得也很靚。兩份main course 都好好食,牛肉都好有肉味,羊都好tender,一定係quality貨。而我地叫outside burn 都做得好好。和上次一樣,吃完晒收晒枱面D嘢,也有為你掃枱,呢個service好好。8,dessert 是dessert platter,當晚是home made tiramisu,blueberry tart 仔,及apple n rose sherbet.餐茶我們都是叫coffee,因我必定,而且上次試過好,今次都再叫。很很很很滿足的一歺!!!
當我地埋单,先有另一枱客來,難得好似包場咁,不過他们每晚接枱不多,有時也有做包場,早訂揾陣D。
其實$800有咁多嘢食,都唔貴。食歺好D嘅西歺都要啦!最緊要佢要好味!難得feel 到係間好有heart 去做food、service的歺廳。一定会再來,及介紹比朋友知!

Take 完order,佢話面飽要等一等。乜飽都要話比人知要等?等咗一陣,招呼你一個唔講你都未必估到嘅墨魚汁面飽,熱辣辣,外脆內軟,好味!Baked oyster 好香口惹味,Boss話湯都好飲,clams is fresh!Angus Beef 整得好好食,成數都啱,肉係靓quality,連伴菜也很有心思、水準。用一個小杯子放切片薯仔、洋冲、一些cream sauce,上面再加些cheese焗,做了杯焗薯仔,伴菜仲有些炒什菜,有茄子、小黃瓜及把長長的青豆札起焗熟,顏色豐富又好味。而我個東星斑我都未試過咁整,煎得好香,食得出好新鮮,very good!餐后,我們在白枱布上留下一些黑色的面飽碎,十分礙眼,想不到這裡會有專業及細心的掃枱服務。沒有吃甜品了,好飽,叫了兩杯咖啡。奶是熱的,都唔錯!我和boss对這lunch好讚賞,希望有更多人認識。
餐后,有和老板傾計,多謝為客人做有誡意、心思旣食物,一間難得嘅餐廳。
一定會介紹給朋友,有機會及好快再來,同男友慶祝生日來diner。

做得咁辛苦對我來說是想有餐好食個墨魚味包, 食不出有墨魚味, BUT外脆內軟呢下無得頂周打蜆湯OK特別既PASTA, 同出面食既口感完全不同 STEAK好有牛味環境OK架, 睇得出佢都有心去整,我朋友說在外國呢D餐廳多的是只是HK較少, SO收費也較貴..ANYWAY, TKS我FRIEND既介紹.食LUNCH抵過食DINNER

I passed through this restaurant several times so figured that I would go for a dinner.We ordered their dinner set menu for $600 + 10% ...The appetizers appeared a lot, get three types, on the menu but once it came, only - a tiny piece of foie gras- tiniest slice of lobser- some veggies (very small portion)The soup was a carrot soup put inside a pear. It could have be an innnovative idea but the taste was too sweet for my palate, kind of like a desert soup and too early to have such a sweet tas

I passed through this restaurant several times so figured that I would go for a dinner.

We ordered their dinner set menu for $600 + 10% ...

The appetizers appeared a lot, get three types, on the menu but once it came, only
- a tiny piece of foie gras
- tiniest slice of lobser
- some veggies (very small portion)

The soup was a carrot soup put inside a pear. It could have be an innnovative idea but the taste was too sweet for my palate, kind of like a desert soup and too early to have such a sweet taste for a meal.

The main dish which I had a steak and my partner had a lamb rack were good, if just the portions were on the small side. I would have no complaint if it was for lunch but at this dinner's price, I would expect a more generous portion.

The set came with a set of deserts, the ginger cream brulee was good.

But at $600 set, the set did not include coffee or tea!

Anyway, the taste was decent (except the soup) but I think I can similar quality of food with a more generous portion at other places, e.g. those restaurants at The Pemberton.

23/7/09(四)第一次來吃午餐,餐廳裝潢簡約舒適,座位不密且樓底高,予人空間感。先送來的墨魚汁脆包,既有新鮮感又有驚喜,外脆內軟,非常可口。沙律不但看來精緻,亦新鮮。一份主菜是燒焗鴨胸釀法國鵝肝配意大利黑醋汁,鴨胸肉質嫩滑,值得一讚是出色的配菜,材料新鮮也很香口;另一份是扒美國安格斯牛肉配干邑燒汁,肉味濃郁,配汁更是錦上添花,令T吃得開懷。這裏位置隱蔽,但其實交通也方便,期待有更多客人認識這間有誠意的餐廳。

去完4天星加坡, 食左好多好刺激的食物, 包括辣蟹, 炒粿條, 沙爹, 叻沙, 回來香港後的第一天, 很想食餐精緻的西餐, 所以約同朋友去3R食番個法式lunch. 1點15分去到餐廳, 剛巧還剩最後一張枱, 仲見到老闆娘Edith及Kenneth, 我們2人被帶到1張寛闊的4人枱, 心情馬上大好. 我們點了2份set lunch, linguine with mushroom ($88) 及 duck breast with goose liver ($138). 招牌的墨魚汁麵飽熱辣辣, 外脆內軟. set lunch頭盤可選tomato soup 或caesar salad, 我們2人乾脆選湯及沙律share, 首先, tomato soup賣相精緻, 中間還拌有少量麵包粒, 又濃又好味, 味道層次豐富, 有甜味, 有蕃茄原有的微酸, 再而食到濃香味, 真的很不錯. caesar salad羅馬生菜新鮮, 麵包粒鬆脆, 煙肉甘香, 白汁醒胃. 沙律份量頗多. linguine with mushroom麵條有咬口, 不會太淋, 加入香草, 橄欖油及mushroom很清新.D

我們點了2份set lunch, linguine with mushroom ($88) 及 duck breast with goose liver ($138).

招牌的墨魚汁麵飽熱辣辣, 外脆內軟.

set lunch頭盤可選tomato soup 或caesar salad, 我們2人乾脆選湯及沙律share, 首先, tomato soup賣相精緻, 中間還拌有少量麵包粒, 又濃又好味, 味道層次豐富, 有甜味, 有蕃茄原有的微酸, 再而食到濃香味, 真的很不錯. caesar salad羅馬生菜新鮮, 麵包粒鬆脆, 煙肉甘香, 白汁醒胃. 沙律份量頗多.

linguine with mushroom麵條有咬口, 不會太淋, 加入香草, 橄欖油及mushroom很清新.

Duck breast with goose liver 更加一絕, 賣相簡直就像藝術品一樣很討好. 不過份量略少, 相信男仕未必夠. 碟面的2塊少少的duck breast外表界上菠蘿紋, 煎後的菠蘿紋賣相很靚
, 鴨胸的底層釀了goose liver, 每食一啖鴨胸都食到goose liver的甘香濃郁, 真係好好味, 配上酸梅汁真係正到暈.
伴碟有蕃薯粒, 蕃薯也是甜甜的, 很配合酸梅汁, 伴菜還有煎到有少少濃邊的翠肉瓜及茄子, 全碟主菜賣相真的很靚, 靚到我真係有d唔捨得食, 而且味道非常之好, 比起先前的蘑菇意粉更靚更好味. 深深感受到廚師做好菜的熱誠.

這頓午餐實在吃得我跟友人太開心了, 決定encore去點甜品, 我們看中了lime sorbet ($30) 及請來老闆娘介紹其他的甜品, 她說這兒的雪糕都是gelato意大利雪糕, 其中有一款味道是gorgonzola ($30), 因為未曾試過這款雪糕味, 所以也一併點了. lime sorbet上碟時伴有2片菠蘿, lime sorbet同時有青檸及檸檬味, 好清新, 好適合這個炎熱的夏天.
而果2片菠蘿好特別, 先有菠蘿固有的甜酸味, 菠蘿表層洒了辣粉, 有微辣, 很特別, 真是大開"味"界. 食得出廚師的無限創意.

gorgonzola雪糕($30) 味道像蒜香, 很濃郁, 雪糕真的滑得不得了. 非常好味.


最後配上latte, 這頓午餐雖然稍貴, 每人$160, 不過我跟友人覺得絕對值回票價, 友人對於我今次3R的介紹更讚不絕口.

A friend chose this restaurant to take advantage of the no corkage fee set up, for we prepared to bring 3 or 4 bottles of wine. The atmosphere was quite nice and the service was adequate. The goose liver was a disappointment, for it was over-cooked; the inside was no longer soft or juicy. Thankfully, after we expressed our disappointment, they replaced our goose liver to our satisfaction. The goose liver was a disappointment, for it was over-cooked; the inside was no longer soft or juicy. Thankfully, after we expressed our disappointment, they replaced our goose liver to our satisfaction. Maybe they were just off that night.

The Lobster Bisque was very thick; it seems that the chef used a lot of shrimp heads to get the 膏 to achieve the texture. Good job.

The Ribeye did not seem to be grilled. As it lacked the smokiness, I am assuming that it was pan-fried. That was another disappointment. A nice steak shouldn't be pan-fried; it should be char-grilled. It would be like dressing up for a wedding and then, instead of taking the limo, one goes by a bicycle! If I have a restaurant for steak, I got to have a open grill; otherwise, I might as well pan-fry the sucker in my own kitchen! (Maybe it was grilled, if so, my bad. I'll blame it on too much wine!)

The final disappointment: My friend paid the bill, and each share came out to be $550. OK... For foi gra and steak, I think I will try other places... Sorry!

.The first thing they serverd the squild ink bread. It was very impressed.
The black coulor bread just baked from the oven.Outside very crispy, inside very soft.very special!
Main course i had lamb rack and order medium rare .It was absoutly right and the lamb was very tender ,tasty i never try this before.
My mom had cod in the puff pastry, it also delisious
Dessert, it was a dessert platter, served with chocolate mousse, ginger creme brulee, lychee sherbet. It also very yummy.
The most important thing was my parents , sisters and family all feel happy!
The owner told me ,they also have another menu, call ADA set dinner,
It is the painting matched with the dishes, very creative . It untill 31, May. Order this set , the restaurant will donate 10 % to ADA . To help the disable peoples.It is a very good meaning things. We will try very soon!

P.S. That night , this restaurant had a special piano performance,he was a disable Angel from ADA, hope in Open Rice , appreciate him .

Wow, I made the right decisions ! I picked a set lunch costs $98 plus dessert costs $20.
First thing served was squid ink bread. Though it's a bit salty but it's hot !
I had a green salad with some aloe on top. Not much salad sauce but the fresh vegetables and aloe helped start my appetite.
Main course was clam risotto with cream source. The clams were juicy and fresh. Unlike most risotto with a lot of sauce which made you easily full, this risotto was tasty and not sticky ! If just a little bit more cream sauce, the whole dish could be more melted together !
What impressed me most and made my lunch with no regrets was the creme burlee.
The first bite told me I must come back again ! The taste of ginger magically matched with the creme burlee. It's so smooth and delicious that no one could forget.
Another dessert was carrot cake with cream and fruits. Wah, the sweetness of the cake was just right !
Lastly, the coffee was good too.
Highly recommended for lunch.

到木星街探完朋友,見康復了不少,滿心歡喜,但望下次到來會再有進步。隨後我們到這餐廳午膳,要不是好友帶我來,我真不知這裏有間這麼骨子的餐廳。可能是週末的關係,祇得我們四人和另外一檯單身客人,而負責招呼的工作人員祇得一個。全餐廳每張檯都鋪了檯布,又用餐巾摺成很美麗的三角型,牆上掛了些烹調獎狀和一些很漂亮的食物照片,也掛有一些頗典雅的裝飾品,播著很柔和的音樂,感覺上是舒服的。午市有多款套餐供應,平宜一點的由$88 起,較貴的約三百元也有,朋友相敘,簡單一點便算,套餐可選甜椒周打湯或蘑菰意大利雲吞配黑橄欖忌廉汁,我選了雲吞,主菜選了蘑菰天使幼麵伴西京燒龍利魚柳,友人與家人點了甜椒周打湯和燴雞伴有機番茄飯。先送來一籃黑麥包,雖然麥味並不重,用來醮橄欖油和黑醋吃也是不錯的,可能人手不多的關係,上餐的速度比較慢,蘑菰意大利雲吞有兩隻,配淡淡的忌廉汁,吃慣鮮蝦雲吞的我,感到有點素,但也很可口,而甜椒周打湯是將甜椒用攪拌機打爛,加入其他配料煮成,味道不得而知,但看朋友們清了湯碟,應該也是好味的。又等了一會,主菜來了,份量不大的西京燒龍利魚柳,是兩件浸了白味噌才燒的魚柳,配些少沙律醬,伴以白汁天使幼麵,是

到木星街探完朋友,見康復了不少,滿心歡喜,但望下次到來會再有進步。隨後我們到這餐廳午膳,要不是好友帶我來,我真不知這裏有間這麼骨子的餐廳。可能是週末的關係,祇得我們四人和另外一檯單身客人,而負責招呼的工作人員祇得一個。

全餐廳每張檯都鋪了檯布,又用餐巾摺成很美麗的三角型,牆上掛了些烹調獎狀和一些很漂亮的食物照片,也掛有一些頗典雅的裝飾品,播著很柔和的音樂,感覺上是舒服的。

午市有多款套餐供應,平宜一點的由$88 起,較貴的約三百元也有,朋友相敘,簡單一點便算,套餐可選甜椒周打湯或蘑菰意大利雲吞配黑橄欖忌廉汁,我選了雲吞,主菜選了蘑菰天使幼麵伴西京燒龍利魚柳,友人與家人點了甜椒周打湯和燴雞伴有機番茄飯。

先送來一籃黑麥包,雖然麥味並不重,用來醮橄欖油和黑醋吃也是不錯的,可能人手不多的關係,上餐的速度比較慢,蘑菰意大利雲吞有兩隻,配淡淡的忌廉汁,吃慣鮮蝦雲吞的我,感到有點素,但也很可口,而甜椒周打湯是將甜椒用攪拌機打爛,加入其他配料煮成,味道不得而知,但看朋友們清了湯碟,應該也是好味的。又等了一會,主菜來了,份量不大的西京燒龍利魚柳,是兩件浸了白味噌才燒的魚柳,配些少沙律醬,伴以白汁天使幼麵,是一個日本與意大利 fusion菜式,味道配合得很恰當,白味噌味道偏甜,應是信州產物,西京燒多用銀鱈魚做,當然用龍利柳也並無不妥,但魚身較薄不耐燒,因此色澤看來不夠金黃,若是用銀鱈魚,又不會收你 $88 一個午餐,餐後的咖啡也很好。

席間友人的小孫女,談論誰應付賬的問題,如人多請人少,年青的請年長的等,雖是年紀輕輕,但分析力強,說來頭頭是道,其實大家開心,誰做東也一樣。

上次食過tasting menu既dinner同x'mas幫襯過佢地既外賣到會之後, 一直很懷念kenneth 既手勢, 所以今日帶埋父母同妹妹一齊去食lunch.先上個黑糖麵包, 同我上次食dinner果時果個一模一樣, 不過今次都無整熱到, 感覺就差左好多lu. 今日頭盆係2揀1, 包括菠菜湯或蘆薈沙律, 如果加$10, 仲可以2款頭盆一齊食晒. 菠菜湯+cream又香又滑, 濃度剛剛好, 配襯一片脆卜卜既蒜溶包. 蘆薈沙律好多菜, 配襯酸汁醒胃又健康,主菜我同媽咪都揀左蜆肉意大利飯 ($88), 蜆肉連殼上配上白汁, 好鮮甜好rich, 意大利飯浸左d白汁好香, 好軟綿綿, 我同媽咪係怕肥既人, 都忍唔住口清晒成碟,妹妹揀煎三文魚($148), 三文魚超厚切, 有成4吋咁高, 原本佢一拎黎, 我見到切得咁厚身, 仲估唔方好食啦, 點知外皮煎到少少脆, 中層魚肉剛熟透, 內層就僅僅熟, 每淡三文魚都有3種唔同既魚香味, 同樣都係咁滑, 好正囉. 可見廚師出色既烹調技巧.爸爸叫左個肉醬意粉($78), 不過我就未試過味.最後我同妹妹要左cappuccino, 父母就要左cof

上個禮拜尾同女朋友食飯,朋友介紹3R。餐廳佈置簡單舒服,女朋友order咗Soup & Main加warm chocolate pudding,我就要咗個set dinner。Set dinner有香煎大蝦,龍蝦濃湯,西京燒鱈魚,main course就揀法國有機春雞,仲有甜品薑味梳乎厘;女朋友main course係安格斯牛扒。湯好濃郁,最欣賞係魚同雞。鱈魚肉質口感都一流,春雞更係皮香肉嫩,配埋香草汁堪稱絕配。女朋友讚牛扒成數剛好,肉汁鮮美。唔好甜品嘅我,都覺得個梳乎厘好味,女朋友更係對warm chocolate puddind意猶未盡,若果唔係怕肥,我諗佢會order多一個。係用餐期間,同餐後,老闆不時親自介紹及分享食經,十分殷勤親切。佢更透露將會攪個Chef's Night添,真係好期待。

Today, I had my lunch with client. She has a friend came here before, so we came to try. We both ordered the set lunch . ( $78 or up ) Add $10 can have daily soup or salad. We ate the roasted chicken legs mushrooms squid ink pasta and baby oyster onion rice. It was tasty ! And they serve the bread is squid ink bread , it is very special ! The restaurant is very high ceilling, so feel very relaxing. For lunch time , at North Point, i have one more place to go now.

很久末試過一頓滿意的晚飯... 那天卻給我找到了..我和女朋友一起去, 她點了一個set dinner, 我散點了..set dinner HK$3xx, 6道菜我點了一份蟹腳沙拉, 一個wild mushroom soap 和 一份黑屯豚肉.味道很好, 份量亦足求. 由於地點關係, 顧客不多... 價錢就見人見智.. 結帳要差不多$780..但... 還是覺得值得.

有個同事LAST DAY,於是就搞左個FAREWELL PARTY,因為公司近既關係,於是就包左呢個場一晚。入到去俾我既感覺唔錯,雖然地方唔係大,但勝在環境舒適。侍應就唔係好多,可能我地加埋都有三四十人、所以都有少少做唔切。黎得呢D餐廳食野就預左『慢工出細貨』,所以我地都唔期望會好快食完既。頭盤有香煎法國鵝肝配黑醋濃汁、意大利火腿蘑菇芝士焗生蠔、焗大蝦伴雜菜沙律任擇其一;新鮮蕃茄湯;主菜有燒法國有機春雞配香草醬油汁、意式焗鮮班配蕃茄汁、扒和牛配干邑胡椒燒汁任擇其一;仲有個餐飲。野食算唔錯,頭盤揀左焗生蠔、主菜揀左扒和牛,先講焗蠔,味道真係唔錯,但略嫌少得滯,只係草草的兩隻。之後既新鮮蕃茄湯就好好飲、配埋麵包真係一絕。主菜既扒和牛肉汁鮮美、五成岩岩好、唔多唔少﹗因為呢個SET DINNER係無配甜品既,所以無評語。不過我諗平時去既話應該都會包埋既。
