來到這裡總要喝杯冰凍生啤！這裡的特色之一，就是盛載啤酒的杯子是冰凍的，用以將生啤的溫度保存得更好！叫了一杯生啤，人口真是凍得頭也有點痛，生啤清爽怡人，淡淡的麥香，非常易入口，也討好，對於不飲酒的人也易接受！

黎到西貢，見呢間食店既好評尚算多，而且門面裝修幾特別，所以就決定入去試下。入面既裝潢滿是西部牛仔既感覺，讓人有置身於外國既感覺，而且餐桌均以牛作主要主題，故予我感覺在此食牛準沒錯！叫左個炸魚薯條--可惜炸魚未熟，仲有稔杰既感覺，食落感覺嘔心，之後我地告知店員魚柳尚未熟透，佢居然只係就咁攞番我咬左一口既魚柳入去炸就算，呢個行為令我覺得整件事變得更嘔心，如果佢店內係用所謂既萬年油，咁將我食果既魚柳放入去番炸，豈不是令成盤油都充滿我既口水嘛...另外粟米煎餅同沙律都唔係我口味，而薯條既味亦亦屬麻麻...一心以為黎到食牛實冇死，所以就叫左牛肉漢堡，不過佢冇問我地要幾成熟，所以出到黎牛肉偏乾，冇JUICY既感覺，令我大感失望可能係因為呢種為外國人既口味，我食唔慣先會覺得唔好食，不過大概唔會有下次喇~

來到西貢，很多人也會到這間有名的美式烤肉餐廳Anthony's Ranch，除了豬肋骨等菜式吸引外，那布朗尼也是熱賣，一直也想來吃。碰著這個週日的下午，於西貢出海過後回到市區內，朋友便帶我們來到Anthony's Ranch坐坐，吃些甜品，終於可以一嚐很布朗尼。餐廳共有兩層，我們就坐下面酒吧旁的位置。掛在牆上有一大隻牛頭及馬鞍裝飾，旁邊的牆身有不少舊照片，還有蠟蠋吊燈、牛仔帽及槍，充滿西部牛仔風味。餐牌上，共三款甜品，其中蘋果批今天沒有供應，所以就點另外兩款。Hot Brownie with Ice Cream，$45，原想吃兩份布朗尼的，只賣剩下了最後一份，也算是幸運。厚厚的布朗尼上放了兩球雪白又巨大的雲尼拿雪糕，上面再淋上熱融的朱古力醬，賣相十分誘人。暖暖的布朗尼表面微微脆身，內裡濕度軟腍，朱古力味香濃而不過甜膩，夾著不少果仁粒，增添口感。再配上那香甜的雪糕，冷暖交融，的確美味吸引，要是獨自吃一件也不多。只得一件布朗尼是不夠吃的，所以便點了兩件Cheesecake，$45。芝士蛋糕份量不少，面層淋上了 紅紅的 士多啤梨醬，賣相同樣吸引。蛋糕質感十分軟柔，入口隨即滑開，幼滑細膩，有點

上網睇到團購2人餐$268 有前菜,主菜,甜品,飲品,唔好睇得3樣幾食,2個人食完飽到要係西貢行下入到去待應都係外國人,但佢地都識講小小廣東話,個個都好nice,坐底就立即比杯熱水,我記得上次夏天黎佢會送上冰水,好細心先係前菜有 雞肉沙律or芝士玉米片,擇左後者,份量十足,有4隻醬好好味,食完己經有小小飽肚感到主菜要左大漢堡/煙豬仔骨配薯條,黎到我地到嘩左聲,又好大碟,.個大漢堡上面會有塊厚芝士,個包好香脆,豬仔骨整得好好,一路食一路讚到甜品係cheesecake 同apple pie,又再一個讚總結:待應好nice,唔會因為係食團購而服務唔同,食物都好有水準我見唔係食團購的食物分量一樣,出面好多團購會因為平左而食物質素差,但呢度無變,好有誠意,之後就算唔係團購我都會再黎食

Do not get me wrong. waiting time outside is "0". 我們，選擇在西貢的遊艇上，橫跨2011到2012。雖然也有很多人，選擇來到西貢渡過大除夕，但沒有旺區的那種人逼人，沒有時代廣場，蘭桂坊，尖沙咀的喧嘩，擠擁。。沒有煙花盛放，沒有自由行在阻頭阻勢。。哈，來到西貢的"Anthony's Ranch"，已差不多凌晨一時，本來餐廳接近打佯，因友人之面子，我們一行六人，繼續喝下去。生啤有數款，ASHII，生力，好加頓，Stella等等。看見有Kronenbourg 1664，便來這個，順理成章，成為我今年第一口啤酒。後來興之所至，更開了兩支氣酒，與店員一起舉杯：Cheers！我喜歡Anthony's Catch，與Anthony's Catch同出一脈的Ranch，早前因沒有空，所以錯過了友人安排的聚會，很多朋友對她們的菜式，尤其是燒肋骨讚不絕口，真的要找天來試試了。就算2012怎樣糟糕，怎樣不快，任由其過去吧，新一年，由這一口Kronenbourg，重新出發。Don't look back in anger，I heard you say。
